"Yes, I have the latest news that they will be arriving at Nanyan 2 days later with such a big army it will probably only the vanguard and the main army would arrive after the 4th day" said Lingxu not even minding Shoheikun disrespect

after another 4 hours ride to Xianyang, Lingxu started to organize the Garrison and try his best to ready to man for an attack while also waiting for his own personal army to come and another 50k man sent to him from the capital

while he prepare, he also talked to the carpenters and stone masson to help him build some makeshift Catapult even with low accuracy it is doable for such a large army attacking
a day after Lingxu started to barked out order after order, His Army arrive together with the batch of man the kingdom sent
" go and man the South, East, and North wall fully while the West did not need too much guard as it is right by the river, but do not let your guard down as the enemy might cross the river to come up the wall" ordered Lingxu and the people hearing it Cusp their hand and move as ordered
walking while talking to Yue about the incoming attack which estimated will come 2 days later, a scout come and the newest information

"The enemy has camped in the hills around 40km ahead, I think the full force will come next day at noon, the commander in charge is Yi Bu to known for his relentless attack almost as General Mougou he is cotious man which did not make mistake in his order, the army is filled with infantry and Archer while I only spot around 30k Cavalry but I also spot a lot of Horse near the camp I thinks its their way of using it to get there so fast" said the Soldier ending his report
"How did Chu even manage to have that sort of power is beyond me, but the thing that is clear is that they will come next day and we got less time to prepare, Yue, tell the man to stay vigilant tonight, I don't want any mishap to occur" said Lingxu and sent away the report to think of a plan inside his war room

(I gave up following the Sanyou campaign, I will create a variable, I just don't have an idea of how to integrate Lingxu to the current sanyou campaign as it is impossible for him to compete with the likes of Ousen or even Replace Ouki with his prowess yeah)
(this battle would totally filled with Lingxu commanding and a bit of him fighting, no other characters are here or will they? who know, but I know for sure that this battle of Xianyang is purely my story)
