15 update

The family member I had previously mentioned has passed away and the funeral took place so I should be able to start posting chapter again fairly soon. The update schedule might vary a little bit more since school started but I will try. Thank you for everybody's patience and shame on those that said I was making an excuse to drop cough** Soul_Parade cough**.
