19 Help me!!!!!

Forgive me you guys, I don't know if I'd be able to post a chapter today. My mind is filled with an idea of a ff that is giving me nightgmares. Like for the past two days I've not been able to sleep without dreaming of Aizen battling Gojo Satoru in my mind!

Like I'm literally going crazy like I always do for each one of my works. So I need help guys, should I just put the idea down on paper, or just ignore it. And if I should ignore it, what else can I do to stop the nightmares!!
