After gazing at the tabs for a few more seconds, I snapped my gaze to Arata, who grew even more nervous under my scrutiny. I couldn't hide the eagerness in my voice as I addressed him.

" Arata, do you know how to make weapons as well? "

" Yes. I mean, not the best of each weapon but I am the blacksmith of our clan, I can't repair weapons and tool if I don't know how it was made in the first place " His answer was more confident this time though he became flustered when I burst into laughter.

" Arata I know what I'm asking might seem presumptuous but how long will it take for you to create every weapon you know from scratch? "

" Even if I didn't have any other work to do, which I still have now, it will still take weeks at the minimum, and that's after considering the cooling done with all weapons being optimized while forging others "

' That's a letdown, expected but still a letdown '

" Can you make special weapons as well? "

I don't know if it could be done at my current level but damn it, that would have given me the option to learn more efficiently. After parting ways with Arata, I rushed home to inform my parents that I wanted a fuinjutsu guide, books, and a list of every inscription we knew along with their meanings.

My father voiced his concern, even as he agreed to get me the resources.

Mother's question made me remember that I did give the books to pokemon which opened up a lot more avenues as well

While I was pondering whether the league would have software good enough to find sequences that I could then enchant my creations with, Father cut in with an incredulous tone

" They haven't learned everything already, right? "

" These resources are for me. But aside from the incapability of not having chakra, there is indeed a possibility of them learning from the guides. "

Their body language held a mixture of shock and disbelief, but it was true. It was entirely possible for Pokémon to learn and decipher sealing. I mean the pokemon that are trying to learn it are literal geniuses and legends.

" Is this due to your newfound fascination with forging? "

I met my parents' gaze and stated my hypothesis.

" Listen, I think I can create things like Chakra Sabers and the like with enough effort and If we could get on with the program, I'll need guides, resources and time. Are you with me? "

Their nods sealed the deal and I dashed to the library to immerse myself in the art of sealing. After dinner, I announced my departure to the Pokémon world, assuring my parents I wouldn't return until morning as I had things to work out.

They did protest about not telling them earlier and all that, but they eventually acquiesced as usual and thus in what is going to be a similar scene for the next decade, I am here speaking with the elites of the league

I immediately pitched the idea and waited for their confirmation and fortunately, the software did exist and is going to be assisted by Porygons the league could spare which means that I will have my inscriptions.

Now, I could wholeheartedly dedicate myself to forging, occasionally testing the newly acquired inscriptions.

While I was there I checked out Instant Creation as well, After asking around for a forging station I was accosted by Dragonite who took me to the one in the league.

Armed with an iron bar provided by the League, I placed it in my inventory and selected "kunai" from the creation list. As expected, the iron bar disappeared from my inventory, replaced by a brand-new kunai.

But that's not where the surprise ended, I could see the description of the things I created but as I had now created something I got a new window called deconstruction and analysis which was awesome

I checked the newly created kunai in analysis and after reading the rather bland description of the kunai, I was still puzzled why there was (+) denoting more data on the Kunai

I press it and I get a new line

But the gifts kept on coming as when I opened my stats I now had a new addition

-4 months later -

I don't think that I would be wrong if I said that these 4 months were the most productive since I came here

Because it was the most productive I had ever been, I mean the amount of new things I discovered, the breakthroughs I had. Hell I could safely say that I enriched the clan's library even more

The subjects ranged from metallurgy, sealing, science, electronics and even software development. The clan was thrilled with my contributions, helping me secure even rarer resources like chakra metal ore and weapons made from it.

As we amalgamated the clan's knowledge with modern technology and the insight of Steel-type Pokémon, we uncovered deeper insights into chakra ore, we now knew more about the chakra ore than ever before

With the program for finding inscriptions running all these months with even more with every new data we learned. Fuinjutsu for enchantments as far as I am concerned was coming along brilliantly

I personally got to experience the difference between chakra conductance between different materials and I learned a lot from it.

With several tests, we explored the possibility of artificially producing chakra ore. The ore's natural formation depended on its absorption of ambient chakra, making it inherently suitable for all elements even in its most basic state.

With the help of a scripture that I only notified my parents about, I have been taking bars that were provided by the league and slowly turning them into chakra metal

As I didn't know whether this scripture would rob the entire place of its ambient chakra, I initially began with a marble-sized iron and after a few more tests like this, those who were in the know about this information were able to find out how long it would take, whether there would be any imbalance in the ambient chakra of the place and how it would differ with the materials used

We were also able to find out that regular chakra training in the place would help to increase the restoration of the ambient chakra and that's how we ended up building another underground room under our basement

I did veto this decision but I was countered with cold facts and logic and as I didn't know whether my discomfort was due to raising a flag or due to my cultural feelings, I have thus adopted a `wait and see` approach

Then we started working on whether we could incorporate meteorite ore and chakra metal ore, we have begun to close down on an alloy between the ores that would facilitate both chakra and aura

Initially, I wanted it to be able to facilitate haki as well but haki much more than the other two had an attitude and thus my current method is to smother every alloy we create with haki in hopes of turning it into haki suitable as well

' It was said in the manga that swords could turn black after permanent imbuing with haki. Perhaps the alloys won't become black, but they should become more suitable for haki infusion. '

Needless to say, my experience in haki began to increase with blasting it at the eggs and imbuing the bars with it. Though speaking of eggs, mine is taking a lot of time to hatch

In the beginning, after screening out the eggs that didn't feel that strong in observation haki we had about 48 eggs in the room, two weeks into that room filled with the energy of the jewel I began to occasionally emit conquerors haki and chakra

Those eggs that could not adapt to it were immediately marked and removed after another week in the room to ensure that any harm that came due to the filtering was healed

Those 17 eggs that could tolerate the energies filling the room were constantly monitored by the league. While we tried to ensure that every egg was of the same age it soon became clear that there were differences

3 weeks after that, 6 eggs hatched earlier than we assumed and while they were indeed stronger than the average hatched Gastly, we chose to wait for every egg to hatch to make the decision

Of those 11 eggs left, while all could actually tolerate the energies at this point, 6 eggs in particular began to show signs of will in observation haki.

After a letdown when 4 of those eggs hatched 2 weeks later to show power equal to the previous batch, I began to emit the energies even more.

As of now, there are still 5 more eggs to hatch, all eggs hatched so far have been of equal power after several tests by Gengars trained by Agatha, who might as well be the authority in that matter.

There still remain 2 eggs that have shown will so I remain optimistic especially as I'm sure these 5 eggs will basically have either perfect IVs or as close to it as possible after basking in all the energy for so long

I also made a breakthrough in shadow dragon slayer training after levelling up Umbrakinesis as much as I could. However, I still haven't been able to bring that ferocity that the attacks had in the lobby when I'm doing the attack outside of the lobby

' And to think I thought so deeply about acquiring an artificial dragon seed or similar things to achieve it '

But while the technique does register on the system, there is something that's holding it back, an issue I didn't have in pokemon moves, haki or Spirit gun

I now have hope that as my control over umbrakinesis continues to grow I will eventually bring that ferocity, especially as my experience in haki also increases

' I can't wait to try haki-infused umbrakinesis '

However, neither the eggs nor the techniques were my current main objective. The weapon, the crafting which would allow me to either stop or halt the massacre that's going to happen in 2 years

In the beginning, watching and learning from Arata was to enrich my knowledge and level up forging, the appearance of instant forging only pushed me to further dreams of grandeur

Instant forging as the name suggests was instant, I gave it the materials it gave me what I had selected and this was where I needed the knowledge of forging it. I believed that what came out of instant forging was the bare minimum of what I could forge and as such I began to forge physically as well. This helped my stats shoot straight up and with the increase in stats some techniques were also easier for me to comprehend

The fact that I now did every physique training with two times gravity thanks to the league psychic was also a great factor in my gains. I was also able to go some dungeon diving as I was able to gain some loot after being picked up by the Dragonite to destroy and I mean destroy some pokemon

Granted the most I did was blast some conquerors but I gained some loot. Unfortunately, most loot wasn't something I could use to craft the weapon, but I did create some new dresses though.

After four months of such productivity, my new status looked great

The Fire moves and dark moves weren't that hard to learn but the others were comparatively harder but completely worth it

I even was able to learn how to forge more than a hundred weapons thanks to the effort all of us put in. Unexpectedly I didn't have that much suitability for katana

' Which was really strange and downtrodding because I hoped for it '

But I only had 57% compatibility for katana and surprisingly 65% for shortswords, After realising that even the staffs which were my second go-to choice had only 62% compatibility with me, I wondered whether I was suited for pure short-range melee weapons and thus I looked into compatibility for more of the short-range weapons which did have some bit of success

I branched off at that point to see if I had compatibility with Asuma's weapon which was knuckle knives, which had a compatability of 72%. Then I tested knives and daggers of which the Dirk had 80% compatibility. But knuckles only had about 66%, then I delved into less used handheld weapons which worked

I had an unforeseen surprise when I found a 77% compatibility with Deer Horn knives, then after a pointed research and forging session I had a staggering compatibility with Kanawa with 83%

When I returned to the weapon that Kanawa reminded me of, I found the personal best and my most suitable close-range weapon which was the Chakram

Chakram is certainly a unique throwing weapon, it's also a native one for me. Characterized by its circular design, resembling a flat, metal ring with a sharpened outer edge. They can range in size from small, palm-sized variations to larger versions. They can be used for both slashing and slicing attacks but not piercing.

' I love it '

I also had a surprising affinity for whips, which culminated in another suitable weapon, the chain sword with an 83% compatibility

And by now, I have plans and dreams for these weapons and I am going to achieve them.

Right now we have discovered inscriptions that had some good effects, some really good effects and effects in general. I don't plan on enchanting every effect, because I can't but mostly due to it being unneeded

Primarily I am going to enchant it with

a) Owner recognition, which allows me to step into

b) Return to owner function, I want it to be either like Mjölnir or mind-controlled like a Microbot from Big Hero 6

c) Indestructible

d) Basic intelligence, I'm thinking slightly dumber Porygon which could defend in case the owner is incapacitated

e) Elements, Enhancing with elements, at least the basic 5 elements to deal with ninjas

These are my primary objectives, then there are my secondary objectives

f) Invisibility

g) Barrier, I'm thinking of a barrier with the weapon as a centre.

h) Linking, strengthens all objectives

i) Communication, like a paper cup phone with whoever's holding the other part

j) Size expansion, Kusanagi and Power pole, My point is made

k) Chakra bank, for a rainy day

And that's all I can think of now, but I think it's more than enough. It's certainly lofty, but with the way things are going I can accomplish this in time
