19 Cecil

Sam was stunned as he saw the tiny figure standing in front of him. It was like a small pink dumpling in a gorgeous princess dress.

Her height was even smaller than Sam's childish body, barely reaching 4ft tall. She had adorable pudgy features that slightly resembled Sam himself but the only difference was her deep topaz eyes glinting with excitement and she looked at Sam in front of her.

''Hello Brother'' She said in a sweet, melodious yet childish voice.

''Uhhh'' Sam started to think of how to reply, but before he could he saw some tears rise up in the eyes of the girl.

''Brother doesn't want me?'' She sniffled slightly with slightly slurred words.

''No no that's not it, I was just surprised.'' Sam hurriedly explained to the girl after seeing the tears on her pudgy cheeks.

''Hic…Really?'' The girl stopped crying and looked at Sam with curious eyes.

''Really. Do you have a name?'' Sam questioned

''Nope Brother needs to give me one'' She smiled happily as she hopped around the room curiously.

''Fine, then I'll name you Cecil. Is that ok?'' Sam said cautiously. He was really worried that this little thing would start crying again.

The girl tilted her head slightly as if thinking deeply before happily nodding to show her agreement.

''Yep!'' She said joyfully.

''Hooooo good alright'' Sam gave a sigh of relief after finally dealing with Cecil.

After allowing Cecil to continue playing around the room Sam had finally finished using any important summons he had at the moment. As for the summoning opportunities of the disciples, Sam completely ignored them for now. He would rather save a large amount of them and use them all at once.

The day had been eventful, and was finally taking a toll on Sam's 8 year old body. So he finally went to sleep, not noticing that Cecil had wriggled her way into Sam's arms murmuring something about protecting him.

The next day Sam woke up feeling something brush against his face. When he opened his eyes he saw Cecil sprawled along the bed with her hair covering Sam's sight.

Sam also saw General Lucas standing at the back of the room with some of his private army surrounding the room. Sam looked at this line up and sighed in his heart. Even most nobles wouldn't wake up to such a scene.

General Lucas' soldiers all wore armor similar to him, except it was a deep navy blue. The main similarity was the heroic posture. Each soldier had a cold face as they alertly looked around.

After quickly cleaning up, Sam sent out all of his clones and even General Lucas out after making a decision. He wanted to create a powerful organisation.

At this point he was strong enough himself, and had Cecil protecting him so he didn't need to be accompanied by any of the other guards. So he decided to start off by taking over Watt Cities underworld.

His clones have the ability to use the summoning scrolls they obtain and even power themselves using killing points. Like completely independent versions of Sam. This allowed Sam to potentially let them grow without having to be involved.

After sending his orders and letting all the subordinates he brought with him, mainly General Lucas and Sam's clones, leave Sam finally gave in to the pestering little sister and decided to take Cecil around the city.

After leaving the inn with the tiny Cecil walking next to him, they both naturally attracted a lot of attention. Neither of them wore cloaks this time as they didn't believe that anyone in the city could detect their Strength.

Sam spent hours taking Cecil to various street vendors and buying any snacks she wanted. Finally they decided to get dinner at the most expensive restaurant in the city.

When they entered Sam looked at the decor of the restaurant out of curiosity, it had a rustic feel with various colourful stones embedded into the walls creating a sort of ethereal light.

Sam and Cecil were quickly seated and began to order a variety of dishes, unaware that on the second layer of the restaurant, the saint of the Fairy palace sect sat watching Cecil in shock after hearing what the elder next to her said.

''Elder are you sure? That little girl is a Rank 15 warrior??'' Ceilia barely managed to ask

''I'm sure, the fluctuations are definitely that of a Rank 15 warrior!''

The elder replied confidently. If Sam viewed the elders profile he would be stunned to find that the elder actually has the strength of a Rank 30 warrior. That's even stronger than all the sect masters who came to the city!

''Ceilia, we have to recruit her!'' Ceilias maid, Lucy said excitedly.

''I agree, but it's highly likely that she is from a powerful sect, otherwise how could she get so strong at such a young age?'' The Elder spoke out.

''Go and invite her up'' Ceilia on the other hand, motioned towards lucy,

''Alright'' Lucy replied and walked down the stairs.

Meanwhile Sam was enjoying eating with Cecil. The meals here were nowhere as nice as the meals cooked by his chief in the castle. However it was enjoyable eating with someone who acts normal around him.

At this moment Sam heard someone talking to him. As he looked over he saw an unfamiliar face.

''Err hello, our saint invites you to go accompany her'' Lucy slightly stuttered after feeling an invisible pressure from Sam. This was naturally a result of his talent 'Leaders Dignity'.

Sam was confused at this invitation. From what he remembered he hadn't had any contact with people from many sects since he got here.

''Who is your saint?'' He asked

''Ceilia, Saint of the Fairy palace sect'' Lucy looked slightly happy hearing Sam respond to her.

''Oh it's her?'' Sam remembered the carriage that passed him the other day.

''Fine let's go see the saint''
