[Background Story]

This Young Heaven Concealing Beetle is the descendant of The Divine Beetle, And a Mature Heaven Concealing Beetle.

He has fallen down to the mortal realm after a freak accident, and has been lost for over 60 years, Although Young, The Heaven Concealing Beetle has intelligence and incredible instinct which has allowed the beetle to adapt and survive.

This species of Beetle is considered Nobles among beetles, and is only second to The Divine beetle species. Once completely matured, is rumored even be able to deceive the Heaven's!

Unfortunately, The heavens are impartial and it takes millions of years to fully mature as a heaven concealing beetle. This particular beetle is an unprecedented anomaly, as there has never been an offspring between the divine and heaven concealing species.

Due to it having accidentally flipped itself over, and hasn't been able to move for a week; It has become desperate.

Therefore it has decided to reveal itself to you for help, Otherwise it would be impossible for anyone under Martial Emperor Realm to spot it!

[Importance in Plot: S (Originally supposed to be saved by Long Tian, then Long Tian would help the beetle get back home. Through this action he gets the favour of the Beetles, therefore allowing him to acquire God-like herbs and Materials easily.)]

*Gulp* B-Beetle Royalty?!

I FORGOT ALL ABOUT THE XIANXIA BUGS?!

If there are epic beetles like this...

Then what about the spide...*Shiver*, I quickly discard that line of thought and try to think of how I can make sure this bug doesn't vanish on me after helping it.

Although, I would imagine that this Cool Looking Beetle wouldn't be an ungrateful bastard; however, I am not Long Tian...

I don't have the Plot Armour.

Plus, It would be the sensible thing to do by escaping instantly after being freed...

As I approach the upside down Beetle 'Prince', I make sure to not come across as a Bad Guy.

I was considering giving him a pet name to establish some communication, however after thinking about it...

Saying in a stupid voice,

'Don't Worry Little Beetie-Beet, I'll help you soon' Or 'Who's A Good Little Beetle!'

...Doesn't feel right.

And I would die of embarrassment if even after all that, the little fucker still didn't stay with me.

Due to me not having much time before it will probably grow impatient, I decide to go with, the safest yet most risky option...

Play it cool, and improvise.

What... Where you expecting some elaborate scheme?!

I haven't been trained in beetle psychology; Or any bug's psychology for that matter!

SO WE ARE WINGING IT AND HOPING FOR THE BEST!

I approach the Beetle (That Looks COOL AF) and kneel down to get closer to his eye level (Heard That shit helps with Animals; So why would Bugs be different?)...

I then stretch my hand out slowly, and reach out, for his semi-transparent yet somehow defined(Don't ask, Just Read) Black Shell.

As I approach, the Upside Down Beetle's Jade Green eyes seem to be staring at me with trepidation...

His small Legs starts to wiggle, as I'm guessing he is quite nervous exposing himself to someone else.

I Finally grab him.

His shell feels incredibly smooth, and he surprisingly weighs a fuck ton considering he is tiny.

I resist the temptation to bring him closer for inspection, and and gentle put him down on the marble floor...

*Silence*

(Third Person POV)

In the Spacious and Luxurious Bathroom, a Young Man and Small Beetle can be seen, standing on the white marble floor...

The Young Man had a towel around his waist, whilst the rest of his body was bare; His body was lean and muscular, His Ink black hair ran down his back freely, and he had abyssal Black eyes.

This Young man, was Staring at a small Beetle,

The beetle had a shiny black Exoskeleton which shimmered due to it's smoothness, It has Jade Green eyes, and A Glorious Horn which was a royal gold colour and seemed so sharp that it could pierce anything.

The Beetle was staring back at the Young Man.

Silence filled the unique scene, between Bug And Man.

The Young Man suddenly made a move which startled the little beetle...

He jumps back into the bath...

(Bu Cai POV)

WHY IS THAT FUCKER JUST STARING AT ME?!

CAN'T IT DO NORMAL BUG THINGS?

I decided that he would definitely leave if I don't urgently do something, and nervousness was building up in me, therefore I done what my mind subconsciously wanted to do...

Finish my Bath.

As I sat down in the warm bath, and couldn't help but think that I am a complete imbecile...

HOW CAN FUCK IT UP SO BAD?!

I look back over at where the beetle was... And he is gone.

I close my eyes and think about any possible actions I could take to steer this into a good direction:

Can I Tempt the Beetle with Food? Don't know what a beetle even eats...

Do beetles like to play anything? ...Never mind.

...

I take a deep breath... And get over it.

What's Done is Done.

I've Lost my chance to intercept Long Tian big time due to being a braindead. Mourning over it won't do me any good, however I try to think about how this Beetle 'Side Quest' Could help me at all.

How is it possible that Long Tian Would just randomly take an insect with him and ascend with it, If he didn't have a clue on it's Value.

So he must have gotten into contact with someone that knows about it, or Yue Mei's instincts carried him once again.

An even bigger question for me right now...

Is, HOW THE FUCK LONG TIAN TAMED THE BUG?

Was it just plot, or is he a beetle whisperer.

*Sigh* But then again, A Cockroach isn't too far from a beetle.

...

Although all this could be just due to the influence of plot and I am over thinking it, Part of me still believes that I'll see that beetle again.

And next time, hehehehe...

I'll definitely tame that Beetle, even if it is the last thing I'll do!

Not only am I stealing his millennia old crush...

I'm Also Stealing his BUG!
