"Wow I feel like I'm in one of those fancy movies" said Victor Faye.

"This isn't so special. I remember a lot of fancier places when I was younger with my family" replied Aiguo Zhànsh.

"Oh I thought you looked familiar, Mr. Richy Rich. Weren't your families famous martial arts or something?" said a large African American standing behind him. He had a grin in his face. Zhànsh didn't know whether this guy's grin was genuine or if he wanted to fight. He thought it would probably be best to walk away.

Disappointed with the cold shoulder he received, his grin turned to a sad one. "Hey you want to try out the food?" "I heard it's really really good!" Faye said to the man. Faye was a charming fellow. Even though he was a fighter he always did have a habit in making some new friends along the way. This seemed to be the case yet again because the man happily accepted.

By the dinner tables

"Okay seriously what's up with him he's been glaring at you for a while" replied Sigfried's employer. "Either he's gay or he really wants to fuck you up, either way really sucks to be you" he continued.

Sigfried "Blood" River didn't pay attention. Why should he? He knew fighting between competitors is strictly prohibited. He knew the guy that was staring him down wouldn't lay a finger on him. Though he feels something strange about him. Like something similar.

"Hey you in the red jumpsuit," "Why don't you come over and sit with us?" "There's a lot of tasty food to share". River explained.

Sakura Ibuki was shocked by his employe's proposal, but he was even more shocked when the man with a prison looking uniform actually accepted his offer. The man quietly sat down in front of River. There was an awkward silence, but they began eating. Ibuki was surprised by the difference in how they ate.

River was stuffing his face in with the food, while this other man was eating like he was a classy gentleman. "So why are you working with a man like him" the man asked.

"What do you mean?" both River and his boss explained at the same time.

"You and I are a lot alike, you know" he said as he was eating his food. He was careful to not talk while eating. River was still very confused.

"I can feel a similar energy coming from inside you" he continued. "Why do you work with that man?" "Are you not a king? Why are you doing in a place like this?"

How did this strange man know about River's bloodline from the old Viking king? More importantly really who was this man? "Who are you?" said River.

"I'm a King just like you Mr. Rivers" "My name is David, I'm from the Land of Asura"

"This guy must be nuts, I get it most fighters have inflated egos but come on!" thought Ibuki in his mind. Either David was pulling their chain or this guy was living in a fantasy world.

Suddenly a chubby man wearing what looked to be a warden uniform stepped in. "I'm sorry gentlemen this rat must have wandered off, I'll take him off your hands" as he pulled David away from them.

"That was strange right River?" Ibuki said. Though River didn't respond he was more curious about this David fellow now.

Back of the ship

"What did I tell you idiot!" a sound of a man being punched was heard. Followed by a couple grunts.

"This isn't some kind of vacation little Davey. You're still my prisoner and you're only here to fight" said the warden Armstrong. He started to hit the prisoner more in the face, yet the man didn't defend himself he only took it.

From the shadows a man was watching. Agatsuma Takeo analyzed the situation. He figured this chubby man couldn't be David's employer. He watched the beating take place, he was ready to step in if the man continued. He noticed small traces of blood leaking down in the young prisoner face. He was angered by it, it reminded him with memories. Those memories hit him like a freight train.

But before he could react a man in a suit appeared. "What did I tell you!" "David is free to wander where he pleases." "Think of it as a bit of motivation in order to win." explained Mr. Fujiwara. "Mr. Armstrong, let David be. I'll buy you a drink, let's go".

The warden was obviously still angered by the situation, but he could never pass the offer for free beer.

"I guess I didn't have to step in afterall." thought the Actor. But as soon as the men left another man stepped forward. He was wearing some sort of late medieval guard outfit. He was carrying a sceptre in his hand and had a very manly mustache.

Who was this man? It was none other than the nobleman, Vlad "His Bloody Highness" Voiculescu!

"Do you even know how a king should act?!" shouted Vlad to David. He had fury in his eyes. It wasn't so much anger for the man, but more so frustration.

"Like you would know anything about being a king." David shot back. The beating didn't really affect him in the slightest. He stood up against the taller man.

"Idiot, do you not understand that I am from the nobility?" said Vlad. This David fellow was pushing his patience.

"Yes I do Mr. Voiculescu. However, I am royalty which is higher than nobility" snarked back David.

"If that's the case then why would a king allow himself to get beaten up by a bunch of ne'er-do-wells!" replied Vlad. He grabbed the younger man by his collar.

"If you knew anything about being a king, you would know the right king would wait for the right opportunity to strike" said David. The young King didn't want to be lectured by a man who had no part in his situation.

"You fool-" Vlad began before one of the chairman's bodyguards interrupted him. "It's prohibited to-" said the guard before Vlad grabbed the man by the throat and lifted him up in the air.

The guard was struggling. He was already turning blue in the face. David didn't care much. He was more focused on Vlad.

"Do not interfere in a conversation between kings!" Vlad shouted into the man's face before he threw him off the railing and into the ocean.

"A king has his worth David, take it from me boy" said the older man. True Vlad was a king in his right however, the status wasn't so high as it used to be. His noble family was not seen as that important anymore. This was due to the passage of time. However, with this fight he might be able to bring back that name and all its glory.

David's situation was he needed to win, in order to gain back his freedom. Only then could he hope to claim back his royal status from those who took it away from him. His kingship was still at least there, but with the situation he is now in. No one really knows about that.
