She started walking towards the water she heard again. "Why the hell is this forest so empty?!" looking around it was just smooth trees and short grass, no leaves or sticks ether. it looked like it was even recently mowed yesterday.

'I might starve if I don't get out of this forest.' Kella thought then started walking slightly faster.

Kella checked her mana after about 10 minutes of walking and realized that her Mana recharged by about 2 every minute.

"I should practice my mana manipulation, I don't want to lose my skin again."

then started trying to circulate mana through her blood stream 'I wonder how long it will take to level Mana manipulation up.' and walked while circulating mana which was like tying knots while you were walking it was very difficult at the start but As she did it it slowly got easier to do, to the point it started moving on it's own.

-14 minutes of walking later~- *Ding* *Ding* "Well that was faster than I expected...Wait, 2 dings?"

*Spash* The noise happened again as if to signify that she is going in the right direction. the sound is also much louder now.

"Does this forest just carries sound really well because it's so empty?" and stared to walk again while continuing her new habit.

"Again?" She watched as in front of her what looked like a slime toddler With massive head wobbled towards her.

"I think that's a goblin or something like that. I can only hope it's not supposed to be a child"

just to be safe, She didn't jump it immediately and put about 7 meters of distance between herself and the mobile blob of acid.

"Is it just or are they getting worse at walking?" Kella looked the small biped fall over, slowly get up and fall again.

"Well this works for me." Because she wanted test something now that she was reminded of her claws. 'Just calling them Claws is a bit boring I should them something else sometimes.' She checked her mana and saw she had 100 mana.

She then pulled mana into her flesh shovels and watched them all grow a centimeter and stop.

"Now then let's see if I can make my pointy pointers stronger." Then proceeded to pull a good chunk of her mana into her finger knives in the hopes that her little slashers would gain a Layer of mana that increases their power.

And that's just what happened. Her mini Sickles started to glow blue and emitted a fine blue mist that disbursed in the air. 'That's menacing but I don't think that's efficient, I'll stop calling my Claws weird things now.' looking at her mana it took 10 mana to make the Initial man layer and then it takes about 3 mana a second to keep it going.

"let's see what this can do before I use too much mana" with the (hopefully a) goblin 3 meters away, she ran at it and slashed at it with her left hand.

On touching the slime with her claws, it's skin acted like a popped balloon and disappeared immediately making the slime inside fall to the ground pitifully.

She stopped pulling mana to her claws. "That worked really well." Kella was stunned at how well that worked. *Ding*

'Should I put mana into my legs or eyes?' Kella thinks about it for a bit, then started infusing her legs in mana. 'I want to get there faster, not see it earlier'

As she put more mana her legs they started to hurt more and more to point it felt they were both on fire and getting stabed over and over so she had to give up on the idea. 'Haaa haaa why did that hurt so much?'

after about 12 minutes of walking she finally saw something different.

"Finally found it." She said staring at a pond with dark blue water. "Well this won't help me get out of the forest, why did hear splashing from this?"

Kella walked closer to examine the 5 meter in diameter pond but as she got about 3 meters from it something started screaming in the back of her head to run away.

She quickly back stepped 2 meters "what the hell was that?!" *Ding*

the glob of water shot out of the pond and. *Splat* It hit the tree that she hid behind that then slowly rolled down the tree forming a puddle at base of the tree. "That was close."

Staring at the blue water on the ground. 'That looks familiar... Wait don't tell me.' as the gears clicked in her mind, she watched the puddle quiver and rise in form of a wolf.

"That's not water, it's a slime."

' I don't know whether to laugh, scream or cry with this revelation.'

Strangely enough when the wolf tried to take a step it it's leg fell apart and it tumbled. 'Do they not know how to control themselves when they first come out of the pond?'

Kella put mana in one claw and tapped it, Making the wolf just turn into a normal puddle. 'I'm not dealing with that when it's got control over it's body.' *Ding*
