Don't Underestimate a Devil

"When are you planning to take them down Lady Luna?" Sambit ni Myst pagkatapos maglagay ng tsaa sa tasa naming dalawa.

"It's not fun to dispose them so easily Myst." Sabay higop ko ng tsaa. Gumawa sila ng plano para patayin ang mga magulang ko. Why can't I do the same?

"But you'll be in the throne in no time." Napahinto naman ako bago ako tumalumbaba. Hinalo ko ang tsaa bago napabuntong hininga.

"I'm not interested in throne, Myst. I'm interested in their souls." Wala kaming pasok ngayon dahil narin sa schedule. Hindi naman araw-araw ay dapat pumasok ng eskwelahan para lang masabing may gana kang mag-aral.

"Remember your words, Lady Luna. I'm afraid that you'll back-out soon enough." At bakit ko naman gagawin ang bagay na yo'n? Hindi pa ba sapat na kinuha nila ang lahat sakin?

"Gumawa na tayo ng kontrata Myst. I wish you'll help me with this." Siya naman ang humigop ng tsaa bago tumingin sakin. "Bakit naman ako susuway?"

Pagkatapos ng kaunting pag-uusap namin ay pumasok ang isang maid. "Young Masters, your visitors are here." Ang aga naman ata nilang dumating. Is it because of money?

As expected from a trash like them. Tumayo na kami ni Myst at pumunta sa drawing room kung saan ginaganap ang mga pagtitipon. I'm not used at meeting people but I guess I'll be fine.

After all, I'm quite talented in communications and stuffs.

"This must be your younger brother."

"Yes Sir, I'm Lucifer Raven Contalejo." Pagpapakilala ko sa matandang lalaki. I wanted to smile but I don't have the appetite to do so.

"You're quite pretty for a man." Sambit ng isang binata habang iniinom ang tsaang binigay ng maids namin. "I'll take that as a compliment Mr. Eliazar."

"What's with the formality? Call me Sebastian." Hindi naman na ako kumibo at tumabi kay Myst na ngayon ay kaswal na nakatingin sa mga bisita.

"Let's get down to business shall we?" Bagot na sambit ni Myst kaya nagsitikhim na ang mga nakatatanda.

"About that, I heard that you're supporting small company to grow."

"So?" Ramdam ko ang lamig sa salita ni Myst. "We wanted to–"

"But you're involved at selling illegal drugs." Bagot ko sambit habang tumingin diretso sa mata ng matanda. He's at the news. Ang kapal din pala ng mukha nilang tumapak sa lugar na ito.

"But that's on the past Master Ra–"

Marahan ko namang binigay ang dyaryo. They're on the headlines. "Someone's looking for you. Are you here to hide yourself?" Sumaglit ang katahimikan.

"You're not that dumb Lucifer." Do I look like a dumbass to you? "5 minutes and the police are coming over." So, Is it the time to be afraid?

"Hand me 50 percent of the money and we'll be good." Humigab lang ako. "Are you sleepy?" Tumango naman ako kay Myst.

"Want to sleep?" Tumingin naman ako sa kanila bago ngumisi. "At a crisis like this? I can't lose this chance." Halata mo ang kunot sa mga mukha nila pati narin ang binatang si Asus.

Fighting with the Young Masters of Contalejo is like underestimating our abilities. "You're getting my little brother in trouble." Sabay tayo ni Myst.

"And I'm also annoyed in this conversation."

"So, should we end you already?" Kasabay nito ang pagtutok ng baril ng mga maids sa mga matatandang hukluban. "I'm just a teen. How can you point your gun on me?" Kalmadong sambit ni Asus havang nakaupo at umiinom ng tsaa.

"Mr. Eliazar, you came here with us—"

"Does it mean that I have the same business with you?" I can't tell what this guy's thinking. "Eliazar company has it's own dignity. I'm not crazy to be your allies stupid hag." The following event shock the hell out of me.

Sa likod ng mahinahong personalidad ay agad niyang binaril sa ulo ang limang matanda. "All cleanings belongs to you now."

"Smooth as ever Sebastian." Ah, so I guess this is one of Myst's allies. "As for you," He gets my chin as he take-off my wig. Agad akong dinala ni Myst sa likod niya pero ngumisi lang ang lalaking nagngangalang Sebastian.

"You can't hide her in her male form Myst." Sabay higab ni Mr. Eliazar. "Soon enough, her true identity will spread in the city."

"Let the world know who am I." Sambit ko sa kanya na ikinatingin niya sakin. I'm born to know by everybody. And I'm not scared if they come after me.

"Such a strong guts you got there Miss Luna–"

"But I'm afraid that I can't cover you up when the time has come." Umalis siya sa mansyon kaya napatingin naman ako kay Myst na ngayon ay napabuntong hininga at napaupo sa sofa.

"You never mentioned him on me."

"Should I have too? If I do, you'll just fall for him."

"You think I'm like those stupid girls out there–" Hinigit niya naman ako dahilan para mapunta ang ulo ko sa dibdib niya. "I know Lady Luna."

"Edi ano pang problema mo?" Hindi naman siya nagsalita. Umupo na ako ng maayos habang tinitignan ang mga maids na linisin ang labi ng 5 matatanda.

"Young Master Lucifer, ano pong gagawin namin sa kanila?" Ininom ko naman ang tsaa kahit na may tulo ito ng katiting na dugo.

"Brought them to police station and leave no trace." Yumuko naman sila at umalis na. "That wig will not work anymore." Napatingin naman sakin si Myst.

"You should cut my hair Myst."

"Sigurado kaba?"

"But I want you in your long hair."

"I'm Lucifer Raven Contalejo. What are you even saying Myst?" Seryoso kong tanong sa kanya na ikinaseryoso niya ng tingin sakin.

"Go to your room. I'll prepare the things." Sa pag-akyat ko ay ang determinado kong pagkatao. It's really hard to deceive people if you're not good at it.

Pagpasok ko ay ang pag-alala ko kung paano suklayan ni mama ang buhok ko noong nabubuhay pa siya. Hinawakan ko ang salamin dahil nakikita ko ang imahe ng pamilya ko.

Kasunod nito ay ang pagkatok ni Myst kaya pinapasok ko na siya. He seems to be irritated at my decisions pero wala akong choice. For these 2 years, ngayon lang nakita ang disguised ko ng isang lalaking nagngangalang Sebastian Julius Eliazar.

I shouldn't let my guard down. Dahil nadadama ko ang kakaibang aurang nakapaligid sa kanya. As if he's just like Myst.

"Don't think about that guy. He's just my colleague."

"You should've said so earlier."

"My bad Lady Luna." Hindi naman na ako nagsalita. Kasabay nito ang pagputol niya sa buhok ko.

"Right, We have to meet those trash in the evening. Balita ko kasama rin sila ng mga matatandang iyon." Sambit ko sa kanya.

"Gusto mo pa bang sumama?" Why not? Sounds like fun to me. "Prepare my clothes until then." Ilang oras ang tinagal ng paggupit niya tsaka ako tumingin sa salamin.

"Not bad." Sabay harap ko sa iba't-ibang anggulo. "If I can't do simple things, then I'm useless."

"I'll not underestimate a Devil like you." He smiles as if he's satisfied at my words. "You smile like an idiot."

"You'll not regret about every single thing, Lady Luna." And I trust you for being loyal Myst.
