Upon arriving on the ship, Alyssia was met with blood spread out on the deck and wounded people looking pale with many wounds on their bodies.

Among the few that had been wounded, one of them was left permanently disabled as a large deep wound was left on their legs while the one that lead them had suffered from many cuts and stabs completely making him useless.

Alyssia calmly looked at the crew at asked. "What happened here? I want no lies and only truth."

Alfred walked forward and bowed. "It is as you suspected. Someone took the chance to take over upon seeing the possibility of your death or injury. They gathered a small group and tried to take claim over the ship, the people and the belongings on board."

Alyssia sighed while patting the obese cat in her arms. "It seems you have done something good after all little fatty Li."

She had enough time to stop little Li from eating the food on Boin Archipelago but she still allowed it to happen in the end.

Little Li had improved her body a lot after meeting Alyssia and was no longer the sickly and weak cat she once was.

The malnutrition and weakness would still be difficult to overcome so quickly so a lot of healthy meals and exercise was needed to build up her body but the island provided a way to improve her overall strength and stamina to another level.

After fattening up in her Lynx form and transforming back, it seemed to have compressed and reduced the overall foods bloating effects on her body so it was not so obvious how much she had consumed before.

Two years after being on Boin Archipelago, Usopp was able to work off his fat and make full use of his new found strength.

Although he was not considered as strong as the others on the crew, he had shown a large improvement compared to his old weak self.

After Li has been put through strict training, she should be able to show much better potential than she had previously.

The island becoming active was also something that was not something discussed beforehand but she had spoken to Alfred about testing the crew at some point.

When the numbers start increasing dramatically, it is difficult to keep track of everyone and their own individual goals.

Some may have just been trying to lay low on her ship like Blackbeard had done on Whitebeard's ship and were waiting for some kind of opportunity to gain control of the ship or crew, to gain her wealth or to steal the technology on board.

Since Li triggered the island, Alyssia waited a while to return to the ship to see if her suspicions had been correct.

She had noticed that the battle had been handled mostly by Jester and one was dealt with by one of the more promising people among the Kano group martial artists.

He had great potential for his strong body and his obsession towards training, among the many recruits he had caused her to keep an eye on him more than the others simply because he is a pure martial arts and training fanatic who readily takes on her training plans with great vigour and excitement.

His war glaives were also very large and deadly so she understood that he must have been careless or in a state of excitement during the battle to cause so much damage to his enemy.

Although there have been chances for them all to try out their own new strength and techniques, when given the opportunity to fight he must have been overly excited and could not hold back his strength enough to inflict a slightly lighter wound than he had.

She looked over towards him and coldly spoke. "Since you do not know how to hold back then you must kneel to apologise, try to learn to control yourself a bit. Jester good job."

His head lowered with a dejected look on his face while carrying his war glaives back with him then began to follow her orders accepting his punishment."

She looked at the dual war glaives again and pondered. "If there was some green fire on those weapons then perhaps… nah! No Illidan Stormrage! Having the glaives is enough. Sigh. But he really is like an obedient puppy which is surprising for such a big scary looking guy! If I remember correctly he was called…. Ah thats right! Liushi!'

Battle maniacs were always difficult to control but in the end he and Jester had done a good job of protecting the crew and ship so she did not wish to be harsh on them.

After figuring out everything that had happened she said. "Give them minor treatment for now then we will decide what to do with them. For now we have more important matters to discuss and handle. I need containers that can store food within!"

After returning to the island, she began filling the containers and began transporting them onto the ship bringing them in front of the previously wild children that were all skin and bones. "Have a little at a time and try to control your urges to it. Even if you have improved during your time on board my ship, I do not want you all dying suddenly from overeating."

Those that eat too much too quickly after suffering from starvation can sometimes suffer from refeeding syndrome resulting in shifts in electrolyte levels which can cause seizures, heart failure and comas.

Although the teenagers and some of the children had improved their food intake over their time on the crew, they had starved for far too long and she had to be careful about these things even if this world was very different to her previous one.

She took some time to watch and restrict their food intake before passing some of it to some of the slaves that had also endured many suffering in the past and a lack of food.

She pointed to the remains. "Now the rest of you can eat up, this will help to increase your strength and stamina but the effects will be limited to what your body can take in before becoming obese. So my advice is…. Control yourselves and do not become addicted to this stuff. Work out extra hard to digest and work off any of the fat and turn it into muscle!"

Liushi raised his hand while still sitting there kneeling. "Captain! Can I have some?"

Alyssia shrugged. "I have no idea how great the effects are for those who already have a strong body but you can all try it to see its effects. If anything you will be full of energy so you can double your training after eating it so yes you may have some after."

She looked at the skinny kids and said warmly. "Good job helping each other hold back your urges, there will be more later and hopefully you can gain some fat on your bodies."

After emptying the containers and having some herself, she took a trip back onto the island with a bloated stomach. 'Indeed… it does require some restraint! I almost could not hold myself back there. Now I have to train even harder to work off this gained weight, at least it was not as bad as Usopp.'

She arrived back on the island and met up with Nica who was being scolded by an angry man nearby.

Alyssia looked at him and a cold sweat went down her back. 'Oh yeah.. almost forgot Heracles was on the island. That probably almost killed him.'
