A metal-smashing noise echoed in the room.

Gernis swung his hammer onto an anvil, sending a spark of fire everywhere in the forming room.

Hayate watched the dwarf create a silver sword with some weird alloy. It has the same quality as silver, or maybe even better because profound energy was potent inside it.

"As expected of the master blacksmith." He commented while resting his head on the wall.

Gernis sneered and sarcastically returned, "Says the one with Tyrant Profound Realm cultivation and several more new OP Kaiju, fuck you!"

"Is that "Agitation." and "Envy." I hear?" Hayate narrowed his eyes, but the dwarf didn't back down.

"..." Hayate.

"..." Gernis.

The dwarf smashed his hammer one more time.

TING!

"Hahaha, you sound so tough for a kid." Gernis suddenly laughed while lifting his silver weapon.

Hayate whistled some random tunes and commented, "I'm older than you, you know."

A tick mark appeared on Gernis's face. He was annoyed by this fact because Hayate's age is indeed older than him.

Well, Hayate was his creator.

Gernis shattered the silver sword into pieces and threw them at the fiery forge. "So, how is your life here?" He asked while grabbing a barrel of beer from his spatial ring.

Hayate chuckled and answered, "Not bad."

"I found the "Love." Coach Mei talked about it in the past."

Splurt!!!

Gernis abruptly choked on his beer and sprayed a mouthful of it out. He slapped his hand on the anvil and shouted, "You're kidding, right?!"

"You numb piece of shit finally discovered love?"

"Am I dreaming?"

"What's this place, hell?"

Hayate didn't mind the dwarf's words because he was one of the Kaiju close to him in the past. He also occasionally summoned him for drinks late at night.

"It's up to you to believe it or not," Hayate responded while picking a wine from his spatial ring. "However, Xia Qingyue and Chu Yueli are part of my family now."

"They are precious." He added with a smile, which left Gernis speechless.

A powerful yet honey-like smell entered Gernis's nose, twitching in excitement.

"Fuck that, give me that wine already." Gernis gave up on understanding his creator for now.

Hayate threw another bottle at him and started to recap everything that occurred in the last four years.

At some point, Gernis rested on the floor and heard some lines about beyond S Grade Kaiju.

"W-Wait, you have created a Kaiju beyond S-Grade?" Gernis lifted his head.

Hayate nodded and replied, "Do you remember Mountain Dragon King?"

"He received an upgrade, but I haven't summoned him to the real world yet."

"It's not the right time to use his power yet."

"Bullshit." Gernis spat his thoughts honestly.

"When you created "Eva Shogoki.", you immediately summoned her and almost destroyed part of a mountain."

Hayate's expression hardened for a moment, which Gernis noticed quickly.

"Don't tell me... Eva Shogoki is free now." Gernis's expression became pale. As part of Hayate's Kaiju legion, he understood some of his comrades weren't suitable for the world.

They have too much power for a world to handle.

Gernis had never thought about it because he knew Hayate possessed the power to control all of them, including himself.

There are over a thousand or not ten thousand dangerous Kaiju in Hayate's inner world. Some of them have the power to destroy a world, and imagining them free without shackles makes Gernis tremble in fear.

"Hayate, answer me honestly." Gernis pulled Hayate's collars.

"How many Kaiju left the shackle?"

Hayate slowly explained everything, leaving the dwarf's mouth hanging down. It's shocking news for Gernis, but he can't do anything about it.

"With my skill, I built a boat to this place, finding Su Hengshan by accident and helping everyone here."

"For three years, I built over four underground cities and prepared for the Werewolf King's attack."

"Also, fuck you once more!"

"You should have created me with more OP abilities."

"Metallurgy and Material Reinforcement can't help me against the Werewolf King now."

"If only you make me into a warrior type and not only a craftsman."

"Damn," Hayate looked at Gernis. "Realy, You used her name as the password?"

"What are you, Simp?"

"S-Shut up." Gernis's face reddened a little. Molly is his dream waifu. "Let a man have his dream."

Molly is a beautiful mermaid Kaiju and Gernis's first and last crush since Hayate created her core. This dwarf is the biggest simp in the entire Hayate's inner world.

Hayate wanted to tease Gernis more, but then the ground dropped down. His body stabilized itself.

After a minute, they were greeted with searing lava left and right. Gernis clapped his hand, and everything brightened a little, showing his workshop.

It's an impressive place with a natural heat to forge, having weapons and varieties of armor proudly displayed on every corner, but Hayate's eyes locked on a particular glass case.

Hayate walked to the case and saw a familiar pair of guns with a smile on his face. "How nostalgic." He commented amusingly.

Gernis crossed his arms and said, "Take them away. As they are yours, to begin with."

"Do you still remember their names?"

Hayate picked up the guns and answered, "How could I forget?"

"Even though I'm more of a martial arts guy, every man can appreciate good ol' guns."

"Especially these two."

"Sure, they are on Tier 7, by the way," Gernis added with a cold sneer.

"Is that so?" Hayate gripped the handle gently.

"It's been a while, Ebony & Ivory."
