Yu Long sat on a wooden bench and released a heavy sigh because Shizu messed with his mood. He would like to get back on that smug maid but knew there were no harmful effects on accepting Ling Zhiyun, Ni Wanhu, and Ni Yeyue's contracts.

After ordering Shizu to take Ni Wanhu and Ni Yeyue to play somewhere else with Su Ling'er, Yu Long rubbed his temple and asked, "Yuyan, what is the status of the rare minerals you mined?"

The Emerald Spiritual Phoenix popped out of the bush behind Yu Long and returned with a surprised look, "Woah, Master. Since when did you know I was here?"

"Since the beginning, the report, though."

"Yes, yes, I will take them out right now."

Yuyan snapped her finger casually, and a swirling vortex appeared beside her. It poured chunks upon chunks of minerals to the ground, shocking Ling Zhiyun, who stayed behind Yu Long.

"Good god, these minerals..." Ling Zhiyun gasped while covering her mouth. "Some of these are so rare they were like hot pancakes in the Primordial Channel."

"Is that so?" Yuyan responded uninterestedly. "There are tons of these underground. Girl, what do you expect from the planet made by the Evil God himself? After millions, if not more, years of accumulation, it would be weird if there were no rare minerals like this."

"The Primordial Energy and Aura might not be around anymore, but you cannot underestimate this era's essence."

"I suppose you're right." Ling Zhiyun bowed down and checked some minerals by hand.

Even though she could use her divine sense, she's more comfortable doing it manually because of her origin as the Sword Spirit God Clan's member.

"What do you think? Are there any minerals we could use to fix the Spirit World of Heaven and Earth?" Yu Long asked after a good five minutes.

Ling Zhiyun pondered and answered, "Hmm, we can do something with these minerals..."

"However, we still lack a bonding element. In the past, Evil God made the Spirit World of Heaven and Earth with many heavenly treasures, some even he forged himself. The most important one is Twilight's Tears."

"There are some Twilight's Tears left in the fortress, but I don't think they are enough to repair the damage."

"Will this do?" After some consideration, Yu Long picked a treasure chest from his spatial storage and placed it on the table nearby.

"Master, that thing..." Yuyan's eyes widened in shock.

"Yeah."

Ling Zhiyun brushed her hands and opened the treasure box, "Let me see..."

What greeted Ling Zhiyun was none other than Meru, the Nugget of the Star!

A massive silver orb is lying in the treasure chest. At first glance, Ling Zhiyun couldn't find anything special about this metal.

But then her sharp sense detected that this metal was alive!

"Master, where did you get this metal?" Ling Zhiyun couldn't help but ask curiously.

Yu Long sipped her iced lemon tea and answered, "I made it. Well, to be more precise. An old friend of mine collaborated and made it."

"We called it Meru, the Nugget of the Star."

"It's a special alloy that is 'complexly' made with several different metals and careful mixing techniques. It somehow gained a property to absorb metal and continuously evolved with the right resources."

"The one you stare at right now is the biggest one I had."

"You had... Does that mean you have more somewhere else?" Ling Zhiyun was speechless. An alloy that could devour metal and evolve, she has never seen or heard such a thing in the Era of Gods.

People are going to wage war because of this alloy alone.

"Yeah."

"So, what do you think of Meru? Can we substitute Twilight's Tears with it?"

Ling Zhiyun gauged the Nugget of the Star, "Technically speaking, we can."

"No, we might even strengthen the Spirit World of Heaven and Earth with Meru instead of just fixing it." She added excitedly.

"Good, you can talk with Yuyan more about the materials." Yu Long smiled leisurely. "I will be waiting for the good news."

"Leave it to me!" Ling Zhiyun patted her chest.

"To us!" Yuyan scowled at the new girl.

"Yes, yes, I mean us..."

Yu Long watched two ladies to the area where the Primordial Profound Ark was parked and chuckled inwardly. Out of the ladies, Yuyan is very brave but isn't particularly close with anyone.

It's not like Yuyan never talked with other ladies. She's just a 'one-man' team. With the new maid Ling Zhiyun and Feng Xue'er, the perverted Emerald Phoenix should get new companions.

"Well, let's take a nap..." Yu Long tactfully closed his eyes. He took the advice of his lovers and people to rest every once in a while.

Overworking without satisfactory productivity isn't good anyway.

However, Yu Long didn't realize his arrangement would be frighteningly effective.

An hour later.

Lin Zhiyu and Yuyan returned to the garden. They appeared weary and exhausted, but smiles were plastering over their beautiful faces.

"Master!" They called him out.

Yu Long slowly opened his eyes, "What's the matter? I thought you two were going to fix the Primordial Profound Ark?"

"Hehe, we did." Yuyan placed her hands on the hip proudly. "It was easier than I thought."

"Right, my little junior."

Ling Zhiyun nodded, "Thanks to Meru's versatile properties, we fixed the damaged parts quickly. We even upgraded the Dimensional Travelling ability, which allowed us to travel to any parts of the Primal Chaos, as long as they are not Forbidden Grounds."

"Senior Yuyan helped me a lot in creating a new energy source with her Phoenix Flame. As long as the Phoenix Flame in the central room wasn't 'completely' extinguished, the whole ship should be able to function for eternity."

"Of course, we still had to maintain it every five years and see if Meru is durable enough."

"Overall, the Spirit World of Heaven and Earth has been restored. No, it has become slightly stronger than before." The Spirit Sword Maiden finished her report proudly.

Yu Long was startled by this news, "Really?"

"Really, really," Yuyan confirmed solemnly.

"Damn..."

"What are you two waiting for then? Let's check the resources left behind in the hidden storage." Yu Long was excited to see what kind of treasure and resources his new ride kept.

They went to the Spirit World of Heaven and Earth without further ado.

Upon stepping onto the deck, Yu Long immediately felt the difference as the whole ship wasn't shaking. There is also the suction force that absorbs the surrounding profound strength.

Yu Long entered the inner dimension and saw the land of lives, such as ancient trees and profound beasts. After restoration, these Tyrant Profound Beasts stopped being aggressive.

"Interesting."

"Where is the hidden storage?" Yu Long asked Ling Zhiyun.

Ling Zhiyun understandingly escorted Yu Long to a fortress and tapped her foot against the floor, causing several white lines to appear on the black floor.

The tiles moved and arranged themselves into a door frame. A spatial swirl appeared, which would lead them to the hidden warehouse.

Yu Long entered the warehouse and was 'immediately' greeted by mountains of amethyst-colored crystal.

And that's just this part of the warehouse. Yu Long could see the herbs section, technique, and weapons not far away.

"What are those amethyst-colored stones?" Yu Long asked.

"Divine Crystals." Ling Zhiyun answered honestly. "They are a long crystallization of Primordial Energy and universal laws of Primal Chaos!"

"Divine Crystal also currency in the Era of Gods."

"I don't think the current era has Divine Crystals, but I could be wrong."

"The highest currency in the Realm of Gods is Purple Profound Jade." Yu Long returned as he got some information from Jasmine a while ago. "And they are much worse than these amethyst crystals..."

Yuyan giggled and dropped a fact bomb, "Master, what if I told you all this wealth was pocket money that Evil God kept for Wanhu."

"Pocket money?" Yu Long was speechless.

"Yes..." Ling Zhiyun confirmed it. "The Evil God did leave some wealth and resources for Princess Wanhu."

"Still, it was left untouched because the Sword Spirit God Clan's Patriarch spoiled the princess so much she didn't have to touch her pocket money."

"In fact, the Patriarch even added some Divine Arts and Weapons for her here."

"Thankfully, Master met us at the right time, or else all this wealth and resources will become wasted, corroded by space and time..."

She gazed at Yu Long and added, "Master, since you're Princess Wanhu's guardian, all of this will be yours now."

"Hehe, you're rich rich." Yuyan was happy for Yu Long.
