1 Going to Wankhede Stadium

It's 6 a.m. Sunday morning, and I jumped out of bed with a feeling of excitement. I had been waiting for this day for several weeks, and it had finally arrived. I walked towards the window and opened the screen. A beautiful view of the city of Mumbai greeted me. The sun had just risen, and the sky was a bright blue. I smiled to myself and said a silent good morning to the city. I knew that this day was going to be a big one for me.

So, with the same enthusiasm, I went to take a bath and groomed myself wearing a white collared shirt tucked inside a navy blue palazzo pant. I combed my black, medium-sized hair and let it free. I applied kajal in the lower lash line and pale pink lipstick on my lips. After this, I wore my 10-year-old watch on my right hand as usual. I took a peek in the mirror one final time and said, "Perfect!" I looked at the clock, and it was 8 a.m.; the time was perfect too.

I locked my house and went down to my parking area. I hopped on my yellow-colored Vespa and started driving towards Wankhede Stadium. As I drove, I felt a surge of excitement. I was nervous, but I had been preparing for this for weeks, and I knew I could do it.
