47 Chapter 47 Birth of A Religion

"Finally real fu*king armor"

May was overjoyed to finally have real armour as she no longer had to wear a disgusting beast tunic.

The armor was made of Earth drake scales so it made it look like scales going from her neck downwards, the helmet was a normal square helmet but the inside was layerd with drake scales making it more durable, it was also very light so it didn't hamper May's movements.

"Guess the old man was right"

"Ah yes well I'm planning to limit the church by starting my own religion"

[Do you really think it is easy to start a religion ?]

With the end of that conversation, May went to finish her promise to Carol, she took some apple seeds and sunflower seeds from the bakery and gave it to Carol, with that done she went to Drag and put him in charge until she returned and with everything taken care of May started making her way towards the village.

With The end of May's short conversation with Amira, she started making her way towards the village center, people made way for her, maybe it was because of the air of authority she now had around her or maybe it was because she was wearing a full Knight armour set with blood splashes still present on her torso.

When she made it to the center she tried to speak but no one paid any attention to her, so she spoke louder this time people would look at her but after a small pause they would still continue their way.

With Amira's teasing, May had enough of being ignored so using earth magic she put herself on a pillar, now the people around her had eyes on her wondering what is this armored maniac was doing.

Some people got angry at May's declaration they started shouting and being rowdy but some listened more closely intrigued by what May was saying.

"Take a moment to think about it I mean really think about it, the gods want us to be kind yet do they obey their own rules no they wage wars for reasons they refuse to disclose and they say we cannot comprehend their desires"

May let her words sink in then she continued

"Gods are meant to be perfect beings yet the ones you worship are flawed and a flawed being is either a human or a Demon but my god is perfect they know all they see all and they lead by example rather than being a hypocrite like your gods, I mean will real gods have Fiend abusers in there ranks, I heard that just a few days ago another priest of the hypocrites was caught with a fiend"

May was able to see that the anger of the people had calmed down now they all looked like they were thinking about her words, she was able to see that most people were agreeing with her, they believed her words were correct.

Jone was singled out from the crowd he looked visibly nervous but he still answered
