At the Nakayama residence, a brown haired man was sitting at his desk with hands on his head. His name was Nakayama Kohaku and his face was full of dread as he felt afraid. Not for himself but for his daughter as he was the clan head of the Nakayama's.

His daughter was in danger yet he could do nothing. Nothing but wait for someone to come save her. "God damn it!" He slammed his desk full of rage. "If only I was born with a power then I wouldn't wait here like a dumbass!"

For the first time in years, he was cursing his powerlessness. Even when his clan was about to dissolved, he didn't feel this much stress. It has been more than 2 hours since his daughter had been kidnapped.

The man began questioning his actions. "Maybe I shouldn't have made her train. Maybe we could of lived like a normal family if I'd just dissolved the clan. Maybe... just maybe us two. Living somewhere far away."

Before further thoughts could cloud his mind, the door to his office was opened without any warning. A woman in her late twenties barged in with a phone in her hand and before the man could scold her, she handed him the phone.

"Its the man who took on the mission to save Nao!" The woman yelled out with happiness in her voice. She was his secretary and is supposed to keep composure at all time but when hearing the news, she didn't hesitate to run and shout as every moment could be used to find her boss' daughter.

Taking a deep breath to prepare himself, the father answered the call. "Hello?"

"Yes, hello my name is Isao Arai. Is this the clan leader of the Nakayama?" He heard a young man's voice that did not sound older than 18.

"Yes, that is me." Kohaku responded.

"I've been given the task to save your daughter. I'd like you to give every single bit of information you have. That is, if you want to see your daughter safe." The young man didn't seem to joke around as he wanted to get right down to business.

"...of course." Although reluctant, the Kohaku agreed. He let his daughter get kidnapped and discarding the remaining amount of pride within him was the first step to saving her. He began explaining everything that happened to his savior.

"I see. Thank you for your help. If you recall anything worth of note then do please call me." Arai said in the line and hanged up. "What a pain. Kidnapped by a terrorist group and Yaga wants me to deal with this on my own. I'm sure he has a plan but sending a grade 3 sorcerer here is akin to suicide."

"Can you stop the car? I'll move by foot from here on."

The driver nodded and unlocked the door letting him leave. Looking around, he smiled as he saw the people carrying on with their daily lives. Getting out of the car, he stretched as his legs were cramped. "Welp! Time to go to work."

"Should be at this place." Arai was looking a place at an amusement park where there was countless families. Rides that people were on and groups of people having fun. It wasn't a sight that he particularly enjoyed as he never got to experience it.

'Kind of expected to come here when I got kids. Like that would ever happen. Bet Gojo would laugh at the notion of me having kids. Heh.' He smiled at the thought but looked around looking for something.

Arai soon came at a ride where he observed the area around him. 'The clan leader told me it was under this ride that he saw the kidnappers taking her.'

He then noticed a trace even amidst the crowd. Looking at the ground were traces of curse energy being used.

'Seems like there are still traces of curse energy being used. Did they not cover their tracks? Well, the father did tell me that they caught the kidnappers while they were running. How unprofessional.'

Following the tracks, it soon stopped at the end of an alleyway where no one was there. "Seems like the tracks stops here. Guess they got rid of them when they were out of sight. I don't even have another lead for them to give me."

Looking around, there was nothing in sight that could help him. No clue for him and no useful information given by the clan. With no leads, Arai had to simply narrow down the search and hope to find the girl.

"I should look for abandoned places first. They would probably take the girl to a secluded hiding spot. The other thing is that they wouldn't have taken the girl too far since I heard that there was a conflict from two sorcerers. Moreover, one of them was someone from the Q organization.

I doubt I'll be able to face that sorcerer since he faced off against a semi-first grade sorcerer. That means I'll just have to find the girl before they meet up. Gojo better come here and finish this mission for me."

At the jail, the girl hugged her legs as she hid in a dark corner. Hoping to hide herself from the kidnappers. 'Where is everyone? Dad... where are you? Why aren't you here?' At the jail, the girl hugged her legs as she hid in a dark corner. Hoping to hide herself from the kidnappers.

"Egh! How long do we have to wait to get out of here." The impatient terrorist asked as his limit was nearing.

The other clicked his tongue from having such an annoying partner. "Stop complaining and stay here. If we run off to do something, our leader will kill us for it. So just control yourself for an hour or two."

"Yeah, yeah I know." The man waved it off as his attention turned elsewhere. Where Nao Nakamaya was. An interesting idea popped up. "Hey... how about we see for ourselves what's so important about the girl?"

"We already know what's important about her. Didn't I just tell you that earlier?" The other man argued.

"Tch. You're so boring." He snorted.

Just then, both heard the sound of crying. Their attention was back to Nao who couldn't her tears. "Hey! Stop crying." He banged on the cage making her even more frightened.

"Wow. Great Job. Never were good with kids were you." The other said sarcastically.

"Shut up!" His face was red from shame as he grabbed the iron bars. "Stop crying or I'll make you." He said in a threatening voice which sent shivers towards the girl but this only made her cry even more as she hid her face full of fear. "Fine! Since you won't listen to me then I'll just have to forcibly do it."

"Don't permanently damage the target Yagi! I'll go outside to guard."

"Hmph, guess its just me and you." The man named Yagi turned around to the terrified girl. "You'll at least get rid of this boredom, little girl." The man opened the cage and entered it. As his hands were nearing her, she could see her doom.

Being mute, Nao couldn't even ask for help. All her screams were useless as no one would come save her.

It was one of the things she feared the most. Having only her ears and her sense of curse energy, she was always afraid of asking for help only for no one to come.

And now, her greatest fear came true. 'Please... stop.' Her meek attitude only further enticed the man as he grabbed her by the shoulder.

'Stop!' She screamed inside her head as she covered her face not knowing that curse energy flowed out of her body. The man could barely react when he was hit. The cage that once bound her was destroyed as spikes of earth emerged from the ground destroying the very building they were in.

While outside, there were 3 of the terrorist including the partner of the one inside. They scanned the perimeter and guarded the entrance from anyone.

"What do you think Yagi's doing, Sora?"

The henchman named Sora sighed as he shook his head. "Probably trying to scare the kid. He's weird like that."

"Wait. He gets off being scary to people. That's not just weird, that's creepy as hell."

"Sure is. But. Sometimes, you just have to ignore it and act like you didn't see anything. Take it as advice from a senior Takeshi."

"I honestly feel bad for the kid. Getting kidnapped like that. But at the end of the day, it's all for the greater good."

As he finished his sentence, the spikes unleashed by Nao appeared breaking through the buildings. Their expression was full of shock as they had never expected this in their wildest of dreams.

Meanwhile, at a nearby location... "Hm? Well... this certainly makes things easier."
