67 Shibuya III

Descending the stairs into the Shibuya station, there were four figures walking to what could very well be the enemy's territory.

One was a competent first-grade sorcerer and had slick blonde hair while wearing circular glasses that looked like goggles.

Two of them were the infamous twins disowned by the Zen'in family and adopted by Isao.

And the last one was the very same man who had brought the decision of disowning the twins.

"Gojo is sealed?" Maki repeated what Nanami said in disbelief but maintained her rationality.

"Yes, though there seems to be something bigger involved. Geto seems to have been the done doing the sealing."

"Geto? Didn't he die last year?" Mai asked confused.

Nanami nodded confirming what she said. "Right, which is why I'm assuming it's a fake but right now our focus is going to head towards this Geto and unseal Gojo."

"Bah! I wouldn't mind letting Gojo be sealed, having their clan fall apart will be pretty convenient for me." The old man who was the head of the Zen'in clan, Naobito, commented before burping. His comment was made from the fact that the two clans were rivals and hated each other to the core. With Satoru Gojo gone, the clan may very well be weaker than the Zen'in.

"Can you just shut up, keep that mouth shut so that no one else can smell that disgusting alcohol." Maki clicked her tongue in frustration.

"You've been drinking?"

"Not a sippp!" Naobito said to Nanami before burping once again.

The man responsible for her and her sister was next to her yet she couldn't do anything. Worse was the fact that the man was on their side. This irritated not only Maki but Mai as well.

But their little fight was about to end as they all spotted a curse spirit ahead of them.

Hiding behind a pillar was a bright red octopus like creatures with big round eyes. The creature had two muscular arms with four fingers and a caterpillar-like body and covered itself with a white cloth draped over its head and back.

"Bwoo, bwoo..." The curse spirit made an incomprehensible sound.

"I'm taking the shot." Mai said before she pulled a revolver and with the monocle, aimed it right at its head.

*Bang!*

The bullet from the shot fired came its way to the spirit and hit it dead in the head.

They all saw the bullet pierce through the cursed spirit and made its way out.

It was easy, a bit too easy.

*Pwhoo...*

The spirit didn't even react to having a bullet pierce its head. It stood there looking at the ground sadly.

"Mahito, Jogo, Hanami... How dare you... HOW DARE YOU ALL!!"

In an instant, it discarded its flesh and a new figure emerged.

Becoming taller with a humanoid shape to it, its head became octopus-like with black dots on the top and was still red but was a darker shade with black being under his inner sections. On his back were wings in which he used to float above the sorcerers. This was Dagon, a special-grade, the same as his fellow cursed spirits.

"Pfft! No wonder he was so weak, you were just a curse womb. I felt something wrong with having that little girl exorcise something." Naobito remarked as he walked up to the cursed spirit.

Mai clicked her tongue but stayed quiet. She knew that the cursed spirit in front of them was on a whole new level. It may not have been on the same level as the one that attacked when the exchange event happened.

But it was still a tough one to beat.

Dagon, the curse spirit, lifted its index finger in the air forming an orb of water. Dropping the orb to the ground, the orb became a wave of water splashing everywhere resembling a heavy flood.

With Maki's quick thinking, she pulled out a couple rods up her sleeve and threw it to the pillar for a foothold. Nanami and Mai quickly jumped on them before being carried away by the wave but the only one that didn't do this was Naobito.

He had not done that, instead he stood his ground.

His hands now holding frames of pictures containing water and none of that water that was supposed to push him existed. Nanami narrowed down his eyes. 'A technique that makes it so that everything the user touches becomes a frame?'

"Hey, cursed spirit. Do you know how many frames are in one second of an animated sequence?" Naobito said walking over the dry land that was flooded just a moment ago.

"My name is not cursed spirit." Dagon said trembling in anger.

The old man ignored the comment and continued. "These days, it's all about resolution and increasing the frame rate."

"My name is Dagon. Hanami, Jogo, Mahito.-" Dagon said on the brink of screaming in anger.

Naobito still ignored him and smirked. "4k this, FPS that."

"WE ALL HAVE NAMES!" Dagon screamed showing his mouth full of sharp elongated teeth.

"DON'T YOU FIND IT SO UNREFINED!"

"They're not even having the same conversation." Maki commented as she watched Dagon go straight at the clan head.

Mai shrugged seeing this as a normal occurrence. "That's sorcerers for you."

Nanami arrived next to Dagon and used his cursed technique. To make a critical strike, but even though he hit it in its arm. It seems to have done next to nothing. Not even a drop of blood had been spilled.

"You two, focus." Nanami said before being pushed away by a wall of water.

Dagon brought its hand down and another orb of water formed. He aimed it at Nanami and was about to fire but instead he felt his body freeze. Not in the cold manner but in the way that he could not move.

Dagon had found himself stuck in a frame of motion.

'What is this?' He thought before he blocked a shot from Mai earning a clicked from her tongue.

And as Maki was about to strike, she was pushed away by a shield of water.

"So even two first-grades can't take you down, huh? What a time to be alive." Naobito remarked and emphasized on the first grade part earning a scowl from both Maki and Mai.

'It's taking no damage... no it's more like it has boundless health.' Nanami thought and looked at his partners, 3 close range attackers and 1 range fighter. This was their set-up and it was perfect for this situation. Against one powerful enemy, having 3 close range fighters will take its attention and Mai will barrage him with bullets.

This was their best option at this moment.

Naobito and Maki noticed this as well. With their superior strength, they would go all out at this moment.

"A shield of water to ward us and large amounts of cursed energy. I bet you still have curse technique up your sleeves. Then what to do? Simple really, before you can use those cards-"

The three close range fighters dashed to Dagon surrounding him and attacked. Their strikes whitling down the water shield with each strike.

"We'll crush you with speed!" Naobito stated with confidence as he punched through the shield.

Dagon seeing this flew to the air and prepared to send a wave of water.

"Oh that's right, you can levitate."

He heard Naobito behind him and turned around only to be kicked to the ground. It didn't stop there as Naobito smashed his fist on his chest before he could recover.

Dagon tried again to use a hand sign but he couldn't. The speed Naobito demonstrated was too fast and he was once again punched in the face.

"Don't even think about it." Naobito said.

The ground cracked from his attack and he could see blood being spilled from the curse spirit. His attacks were having effect but this wasn't enough. This thing would just heal without any consequences. It had too much health, so he had to wilt down its curse energy one step at the time.

Though the curse spirit would not just let itself get beaten.

[Domain Expansion: Horizon of the Captivating Skandha!]

A domain had been formed faster than Naobito could attack!

The domain was formed and took the shape of beach with its flora and water. It resembled the ideal tropical beach that one would go to vacation. Unfortunately for the sorcerers trapped here, this was not a pleasant place to be in.

"Urgh!"

The sorcerers were attacked as they gained wounds. They looked at the origin and saw what had attacked them. It was fish, more precisely, it was shikigamis in the form of fish that had attacked him.

They immediately realized that the sure-hit effect of this domain was in the form of shikigamis hitting them. They only existed when they were attacked so that meant that they could not counter it. They were already wounded before the real fight had even started.

All but one.

'I knew it, this man seemed different from the others.' Dagon though as he stared at Naobito who had just cut apart the shikigami using [Falling Blossom]. An anti-domain.

Knowing who the threats were, Dagon decided on its course of action. It would use 70% of its power on Naobito and 30% on Nanami. That way he can get rid of the two biggest threats and deal with the twins himself.

[Death Swarm!]

A horde of shikigamis appeared beside and with a wave of his hand, they all appeared before Nanami and Naobito.

Instantly, Nanami felt himself be overwhelmed by the shikigami. His body was completely being eaten alive by the monsters. Naobito, on the other hand, kept fighting as his anti-domain killed any shikigami before they could reach him.

That is until Dagon appeared before him. Using the shikigami as cover, Dagon punched Naobito in the face launching him in the air.

"The sea... is the source of life." Dagon said before bringing out more shikigami and sending them to Naobito.

But before he could, he felt something interfere with his domain.

The shikigami failed to appear before Naobito and using that chance, Naobito recovered and gained his balance landing with no harm.

"Guess you two aren't just deadweight." He said as he wiped off the blood from his face.

"Maybe I should of left you to die." Mai said as she killed off the last of the shikigami attacking Nanami.

"I see. That is what is interfering with my domain." Dagon said as he glanced to something stuck to the sand of the beach. It was a capsule.

More importantly, it was a capsule containing a technique.

[New Shadow Style: Simple Domain]

An invention that Mechamaru had created, one that places a technique within a capsule.

Of course this has limitations, one is that it can't contain Innate Technique and the other is that it is difficult to make.

But it is more than enough for Mai to create with her own technique.

"How many more you got Mai?" Maki asked her twin as she brought out Playful Cloud.

"I've got three but they're fragile. If that curse spirit even send one shikigami at it, it will break so make sure to protect it." Mai said before changing her gun to assault rifle mode and turning her monocle on.

Naobito reunited with the three sorcerers and they all looked at Dagon bringing out even more shikigami.

"This is going to be tough." Mai said.

"It sure as hell will be." Maki replied.

"Mai you stay here with your capsules and fire at long range at the shikigami, Maki and I will keep its attention and you Naobito will attack when you find its right."

"Just let me get the killing blow." Naobito said before disappearing.

His great speed made it so that he was the first to get to Dagon.

With the sure-hit effect made, that also made it so that Dagon focused more on destroying the capsule and even for a special grade, doing this task while thwarting the sorcerers was difficult.

That made him open.

Naobito caught him with his palm trapping him in a frame. He then grabbed the frame and send it towards the Maki and Nanami who together struck him sent him barreling to the ground.

"Don't look down on me!" Dagon shouted as he sent more shikigami at them but before they could reach the group. They were all gunned down by Mai with her rifle, the capsule holding the simple domain broke apart but she placed another one on the ground.

They needed to end this now as only two were left.

Their wish would come true, but in a form that they would not have expected.

As a man who went against the Jujutsu world had incarnated and come back to life.

Defying all odds.

'The Sorcerer Killer'.

The man who ingrained fear within the Zen'in clan.

The man who fought and defeated Gojo.

All many titles, but one would address him as-

"Toji?!" Naobito said as he looked at the man in front of him in shock.

He had arrived out of nowhere and entered the domain without any presence. His dark black eyes laid no emotion within them. His gaze turned to the petrified team who felt the intensity of this situation.

More importantly, he stared at a weapon held by a certain girl.

He immediately appeared before Maki and grabbed hold of Playful Cloud.

'I couldn't even see him!' She thought before being thrown away like she was nothing.

Nobody knew why or how he was here.

They only knew he was a puppet of carnage, an emotionless killing machine.

With the sole purpose of killing the strong.

And he would bare his fangs at Dagon, the master of this domain.

{AN: Honestly just happy that this fanfic is getting a 4.6 star review. Though the start deserve a 4 star, I think I'm getting a bit better than before. Thanks for the support, I haven't said much about this but genuinely thank you.}
