1 Prologue

Masamichi said, "Don't make me repeat myself, Suguru killed everyone in the-"

Satoru raised his voice in denial, "I heard it loud and clear. That's why I said that.."

Izumi patted his shoulder. "Calm down, Satoruchin."

Masamichi continued reporting what they had found out, "Suguru's hometown has already been deserted...but jusdging from the bloodstains and residuals, his parents were probably..."

Satoru shouted, "That's impossible!!"

Izumi's eyes were also constricted. "T-That's...no way S-Suguruchin..."

Masamichi put his hand on his face. "Satoru! I also don't understand what's going on."

Satoru and Izumi were devastated, their faces showed they can't believe what their teacher had just said.

Satoru's fist was bleeding from clenching so hard while Izumi's tattoos were on the brink of breaking out.

Both of them was speechless.

-----

Satoru asked, "Explain yourself, Suguru."

Suguru stoped. "You already heard from Shoko, right? That's all there to it."

But Satoru can't accept this. "So you're just going to kill everyone who's not a sorcerer? Even your own parents?"

Suguru answered without any hesitation, "I can't give my parents the privilege. Besides, my family isn't just them now."

Satoru crunched his face. "I thought you didn't want to commit any pointless murders!"

Suguru closed his eyes. "I have my reasons and there's a point...it's for the greater good."

Satoru replied, "No it's not..."

Satoru continued, "You said you want to kill all non-sorcerers and create a world of only jujutsu sorcerers!? You know that's impossible! Doing something that's absolutely unachievable is pointless!"

Suguru grumbled, "You're really arrogant."

Satoru was confused. "H-Haah!?

Suguru with a plain face remarked, "You could do it then, couldn't you, Satoru? Yet you would try to convince someone else that it's impossible to do something that's possible for you?

Then, Suguru turned towards Satoru and continued with a rhetorical puzzle, "Are you the strongest because you're Gojo Satoru? Or does being the strongest make you Gojo Satoru?"

Satoru asked him confusedly, "What're you trying to say?"

He just replied calmly, "If I were able to become you, this foolish ideal would become a lot more grounded and real, don't you think?

I've decided on my way of life. From now on, I'll strive to achieve what I'm capable of."

Satoru's face immediately become angry! He got ready to fight with him, he did his hand sign to launch his attack.

Then, Suguru said calmly as he walked away from Gojo Satoru, "If you want to kill me, go ahead. It would also be meaningful..."

But Satoru can't take the last time and just cancel his attack. He clinched his fist tightly.

After walking for a while, Suguru stopped as he spotted his other best friend. "Hi, Izumi, Do you want to stop me as well?"

Izumi came out from the crowds while rubbing and shaking his head dismissively. "Nah, I don't want to do that, Suguruchin. I just want to tell you to invite me when you want to kill the real monkeys and not innocent people, hehehe."

Suguru just stared at him and burst a chuckle. "Pft, you're weird. You know that, right, Izumi?"

Then, Izumi made a exaggerated disbelief face. "Ehhhhh!? Hey! I'm not the one who suddenly want to kill all normal people, okay? That person is you, hahaha."

Suguru was surprised for a second and then just straight out laughing at Izumi bluntness. "Hahahaha! Okay, I'll invite you...but may I ask...why'd you want to help me?"

Izumi then made a questioning face as he raised his eyebrows. "Huh? Aren't we best friends? Of course, I'll support whatever my best friend dreams!"

 'In my own ways...'

Suguru then chuckled at Izumi's absurd reasoning. There's no way that was his true answer but Suguru shrugged as it's always hard to understand Izumi. "Whatever then...so, want to grab some ramen?"

Izumi smiled as he nodded, he walked first as he said, "Shall we?"

-----

"Subarashi! Absolutely wonderful! Truly the power to change the world! If I had Rika, there would be no need to sneak around gathering curses.

Next time...next time, I'll obtain her."

Then, Suguru noticed a figure near him. "Heh. You're late...Satoru. To think you'd be the one here at my end. Is my family safe?"

Satoru answered, "Every last one of them managed to escape. The ones in Kyoto were under your orders too, right?"

Suguru replied while smiling, "Yeah...unlike you. I'm a kind man. You sent those two assuming that I'd defeat them, didn't you? To set Okkotsu off."

Satory said in a deep voice, "I trusted you. Trusted that a man as principled as you wouldn't kill off young sorcerers without a reason. "

Still with a smile plastered on his face. "Trust, eh?"

Suguru reminiscing on his old days. "I didn't think I still had any of that left...Return this for me, will you?"

Satoru then captured a student card with his hand. "Was the elementary school your doing, too?"

Suguru just agreed.

Satoru ask him if he had any last word. Suguru just said what he wanted immediately.

"No matter what anyone says, I hate those monkeys. But I never held any hatred for those in Jujutsu High...I just couldn't wear a heartfelt smile in this world."

Meanwhile, in the dimly lit corridors of Jujutsu High School, Miyamura Izumi walked, his footsteps echoing off the cold, stone walls.

He'd always been a bit of an outsider, not hailing from any prestigious cursed clan.

But he possessed a remarkable gift, a cursed technique known as Tattoo Manipulation that had set him apart.

Izumi's fingers lightly brushed the intricate tattoos on his arms, a power he'd honed through countless hours of practice.

As he turned a corner, he spotted Gojo Satoru, the prodigious jujutsu sorcerer known for his boundless confidence and limitless potential.

In another corner was Geto Suguru, another Special Grade jujutsu sorcerer whom can dominate cursed spirits and control them but he seemed battered on his last breath.

Both of them were considered the strongest alongside with Izumi.

Satoru and Suguru had been his best friends, and yet, now Satoru just watched as Suguru slowly died.

All of them had different ideologies on how to deal with cursed spirits.

Izumi approached the heated duo, his eyes reflecting the turmoil within.

He couldn't stand idly by when his best friends were on a war but not against the curses, instead against each other.

Suguru smiled, "At least hit me with some curses at my end."

Satoru stood up, his eyes was covered by his hair and his expression was unreadable.

Then, Izumi arrived besides these two sorcerers, "Suguruchin. Damn, what happened on just killing the monkeys?"

Both of them whispered his name, ""Izumi.""

Izumi then proceed towards Suguru. "Let me heal you, Suguruchin."

But Satoru can't just stand there as Izumi healed him, can't he? "What're you doing, Izumi?"

Izumi didn't give any attention to Satoru's question.

Then, Satoru warned Izumi, "Stop at once, Izumi! I don't want to kill my two best friends at the same time, today!"

Izumi smirked, his negative energy was sprawling forth. "Oh, then why're you ordering me like I'm your subordinate...Satoruchin?"

Izumi continued, "Plus, maybe you're not the only honored one resided in this world...hehehe."
