Todo paid on his back breathing heavily, blood dripping from his mouth. He stared up at his sensei who stood over him, barely breaking a sweat in their spar, one that Todo initiated. Noritoshi watched as Naoya helped Todo to a sitting position, healing Todo's injuries with Reverse Curse Techqniue before sitting beside Todo.

"Let's go again Naoya sensei. " Todo said.

"Sure, but I have a question for you. Answer this first and then we'll spar. How will you get stronger? " Naoya asked.

" Getting stronger? " Todo mused. " A domain expansion. I've gotten as far as I possibly can with cursed energy enhancement and what I can achieve with my curse technique at the moment, so I wish to reach my maximum. "

" You got a plan to make that happen? " Naoya asked.

" I've asked someone about it and they gave some pointers. I'll keep trying in and out of fights, but the best way I see myself pulling off a domain is against a strong opponent. So please, Naoya sensei, please keep fighting me! " Todo exclaimed.

Noritoshi on the other hand pondered on Naoya's words before thanking him and then leaving, heading back to his room to think and plan, a fire burning inside him. Naoya began sparring with Todo once again, racking up the intensity when Todo began using his Cursed Tcehnique to try and get the upper hand.

From the sidelines, Momo watched on. Utahime gave the girls a break from training, and getting curious, Momo went towards the area where Naoya, Todo, and Noritoshi are. Mechamaru's offline, informing everyone that he's doing some maintenance.

Once she reached the area, she listened in on the conversation and just like Todo and Noritoshi, she to felt the weight of those words coming from one of the strongest sorcerers alive.

Although indirect, Naoya's words affected three of his students in one day. One of them became invigorated to reach his sensei's level of strength, another took the words to heart in order to grow stronger and began to delve deep into the art of sorcery, while the last changed her opinion about the man she thought she knew from her juniors past experience and had thoughts about her own potential as a sorcerer.

One of these students thrived in three days. Noritoshi made a breakthrough with his technique, making a binding vow that gave him exactly what he needed.

The condition was simple. Any blood belonging to Noritoshi Kamo existing outside his body can be duplicated depending on the amount of cursed energy applied.

And upon his success, Noritoshi understood what he had to do to get stronger and decided to take his first steps to become a monster like Todo. So, he decided to showcase his new ability to the man himself, challenging him to a fight.

Todo accepted and now the two stood off against each other, ready to duke it out.
