15 Chapter 14- The Abomination~2

What did they know about this Cursed Spirit Abomination?

First, it has incredible endurance, speed, and strength.

Second, it can nullify a Jujutsu technique regardless of its degree.

Third, it can absorb Cursed Energy itself.

Fourth, it can grow stronger and bigger upon being fed with CE.

It has been ten minutes down in the battle against the behemoth, yet Gojo couldn't discern the weakness of this thing. Not only does it have the ability to perceive its opponent from a blind spot, but the abomination can respond to any attack in an instant—showcasing its fast reflexes despite having such a big body.

Ryuuji's blade strike was also not working against the Spirit, since its RCT was fast enough to make a strike look like it inflicted nothing.

"If it has come to this..." As Gojo began to unfold his blindfold, intending to release his ultimate weapon, Ryuuji called out,

"No, don't. We don't know what that thing could absorb. Just a single Red has increased its strength by twice....what if it absorbs your Domain as well?"

Ryuuji's words made Gojo frown slightly. While it was true that nothing could remain unscathed by his Unlimited Void, it was also true that this adversary was a strange one.

His Domain could only be formed through his CE and if this abomination could absorb Cursed Energy, it surely would adapt to the effect of the Limitless and increase its strength by nullifying the Void.

"You got any plans?"

Gojo couldn't believe things had come down to the point where he could only rely on his student. Although he wasn't an arrogant prick like before, it sure was a rare occasion for Gojo Satoru to rely on someone else.

However, before Ryuuji could respond, he had to jump toward his right and dodge the advancing behemoth who was now targeting him rather than Gojo.

Although it was fast, Ryuuji still could detect and anticipate its movements using his Byakugan. He just needs to be vigilant on his feet and sync his movements with his mind to not let his eyes outdo him.

Ryuuji not only was guessing at which path the Cursed Spirit would charge but he was also actively keeping the brawl away from the school and the students.

'It can't continue like this...I need to use it...' Just as Ryuuji was thinking of a way to delay the monster from approaching him, someone shouted,

"ERUPT!"

*Ting*

Suddenly a strange ringing sensation echoed before the behemoth was blasted a few meters away.

"Kokusen!" Just at the spot where the behemoth landed, the figure of two individuals jumped in the air before they landed their fists on the massive chest of the Spirit—releasing raven thunder upon the impact.

[GHUOOGH!]

The evil fragment possessor evidently groaned at the three almost simultaneous strikes as a purple and red liquid sprayed out its mouth.

"Hoh~" Gojo smirked upon seeing Todo and Yuji landing back on the ground and Toge, barely holding himself from falling unconscious after his last strike.

'It can absorb Cursed Energy, but not the one that indirectly hit it....hmm?' Gojo suddenly launched itself into the air and with an astonishing pace, he advanced toward the behemoth; who was about to get back on its fist.

With his both feet joints, Gojo struck the abomination right in the middle of its torso; a similar black flash released upon the impact.

"...amazing..." Yuji's eyes sparkled upon seeing the strike that made the behemoth fall back on the ground and create a crater around its body.

[HNG....GHAAAAAAA!!!]

Suddenly, the behemoth howled on top of its lungs, releasing a massive amount of miasma that began to create heat waves around it.

"This much strength..." Even Todo was missing his usual vigor seeing the abomination releasing such an intense aura which was not even comparable to the Special Grade he fought last December.

Gojo's brows wrinkled as he watched Cursed Spirit rising to its feet with an incredible amount of Cursed Energy coating around its frame.

'There is no doubt in it...this thing is getting stronger as it fights...' Gojo thought that Cursed Energy released from Black Flash did not apply to the absorbent factor of the abomination. But he was wrong.

Gojo's eyes shrank as he saw where the Cursed Spirit was heading before Gojo disappeared from his spot.

"HA-"Inumaki Toge, who was about to command the Spirit to stop, had to stop himself as with a pace which he couldn't track, the Cursed Spirit disappeared from its spot and appeared right before him.

Toge stumbled on his feet as he was pushed away by the back of none other than his sensei.

"Toge, don't! It won't work on it anymore!"Gojo's command made Toge realize his mistake as the Cursed Speech user widened his eyes.

Gojo held the behemoth's fist with his bare hands. His Limitless was suppressed—signifying that the Cursed Spirit was using Domain Amplification constantly.

"HUPPP!" Suddenly Yuji appeared behind the Evil spirit and struck his joined fist over the head of the behemoth—however, it didn't have any impact on the Cursed Spirit at all. It almost felt like the Spirit didn't even bother with Yuji—that much endurance the behemoth has adapted.

Gojo gritted his teeth before pushing the abomination away with sheer force and directing a punch toward its chest.

However, Gojo was never able to reach his destination as the Spirit suddenly disappeared from the spot and appeared right behind him.

With his Six Eyes, Gojo had a complete view of his surroundings, however, in such a short lapse, he could only protect himself...not his student...

'Toge...'

Inumaki closed his eyes as he saw the enemy's advancing fist toward him....however, it was then when suddenly, a stream of light poured down it.

The stream of light halted the movement of the Cursed Spirit before its body began to tremble under the burning sensation which was akin to nothing it had felt before.

[UGHAAAAAAANNNNNGHHHHHHHHHH!!]

The earth trembled under the sheer force of its cry. Toge felt his ears getting numb and so did Yuji by the loud howl of death. The stream of Light didn't cease at that, rather it only continued to intensify to the point where the Cursed Spirit was not even visible to others.

The ground shattered because of the impact. A hole was carved and the evil spirit's yell of anguish soon disappeared and so did the heaven's wrath.

Amidst the ensuing silence, the sound of the hilt hitting the sheath, attracted Gojo's attention, before he heard some words escaping Ryuuji's lips,

"Ninth Fold: Supernova."
