Practical class

"What do you think of them Amon-kun?" Gojo asked.

"I think they all are very interesting. I definitely don't regret coming to Jujutsu high" Amon said as he continued his lunch. Gojo just laughed at his reply.

He noticed this student of his was very different from how he was portrayed outside. He was somewhat cold, apathetic, uncaring on the inside.

This somehow reminded Gojo of himself. So, he genuinely wanted his student to enjoy being at Jujutsu High and learn the value of life.

Amon looked at his classmates as he kept eating his lunch.

'I don't know why but I feel a weird sense of calmness when I look at them' he said while looking at Maki, Inumaki, Panda and Gojo.

It's been nearly a week since Amon started learning about curses in Jujutsu high. For this week they were only learning theoretical knowledge about curses.

As usual, Gojo entered the class lately as usual.

"Fire up people because today I have a surprise for you. Today you are going to attend your first practical class" Gojo announced excitedly.

But everyone in the class didn't react to this even Amon and Panda were silent. It was because Amon had already informed them. Amon knew about this information yesterday itself.

So, he announced it beforehand to everyone so that they would not react to Gojo's antics. He even informed Panda specifically to keep quiet.

Seeing even his favourite student Amon not responding to his surprise Gojo sighed.

"Sigh, okay let's pair up now. Maki and Inumaki are one team, the other team is Panda and Amon" Gojo announced as everyone exited the classroom.

The objective of today's practical class was to test their craziness. Being a Jujutsu Sorcerer was a difficult and a bit disgusting job. Curses take various bizarre appearances.

There were various jujutsu sorcerers with great potential that retired because they couldn't get over their fear and disgust of curses.

So, to be a successful sorcerer one needs to be a bit crazy. Gojo knew beforehand that Amon and Inumaki has exorcized many curses before.

So today's test was mainly for Maki and Panda, to know how crazy they could get and if their mentality is suitable for being a Jujutsu Sorcerer.

Gojo soon departed with Maki and Inumaki. Since Amon could use a curtain, Gojo accompanied Maki and Inumaki.

They reached an office building. It was in the middle of a busy street with many workers moving around in the street. But none of them entered the building.

"This building belongs to a paper company. Many workers in the office had mysteriously fallen ill and became overly depressed. One even tried suicide" Gojo explained.

"This definitely looks like a work of a curse" Maki interjected.

"You are absolutely correct Maki-san. We investigated a bit and found, it was indeed the work of a curse. Your mission today is to exorcize it" Gojo explained as Maki and Toge entered the building after preparing.

Gojo cast a curtain and waited outside somewhat anticipating their performance.

Maki and Toge slowly entered the building. They felt the heavy oppression brought by the curse. Maki appeared a bit nervous but Toge was calm.

"Gonbu" he said as he touched Maki's shoulder. Maki calmed down a little after feeling Toge's presence. Gradually they moved towards the stairs that led to the second floor of the building.

As they neared the stairs they noticed a swarm of insects flying towards them from one of the rooms. They were at least 12 insects.

Maki readied the swords she carried when Toge interrupted her. He lowered his swarf that hid his mouth and revealed his 'Snake and Fangs' seal.

"Burst" he uttered as all the curses burst into pieces causing a huge sound. Their body parts and blood splattering everywhere. Maki flinched a bit but she soon calmed down.

"When it comes to curses the weaker ones always come in swarms" she said enlightened. As she was thinking Toge already started ascending the stairs.

Maki quickly went after him as they slowly ascended the stairs.

"There is more?" Maki asked as Inumaki nodded. Just as they were about the step into the second floor they were suddenly attacked by a curse.

Both Toge and Maki avoided the attack on time as they gazed at their assailant.

They had the urge to vomit as they saw its appearance. Its whole body was only composed of its face. It had a large disproportionate rectangular face.

Supporting that face were two thick and small legs. The most bizarre thing about this curse was its ears. Its ear size was as big as its face.

And to further increase its bizarreness it had two hands growing from its ears. This was the most disgusting curse they had seen in their lifetime. Even the usually calm Toge was a bit shaken.

Its long hands extended as they attacked them. Maki was a bit shaken as Inumaki pushed Maki out of the range of the attack. Even though he tried to evade at last he was still tool the full brunt of the attack

He was sent flying as he crashed into a wall. Maki upon seeing this scene quickly composed herself.

'I must not hold back Toge' she thought as she strengthened her grip on the sword.

"Doo...you...want...to...pick...my...ear" they curse asked in a distorted voice while looking at Maki.

The curse immediately mobilized its hands and attack Maki. Maki evaded the hands by making full use of the room. She constantly moved around the room evading skillfully.

While evading, she attacked its hand many times causing many cuts on it.

Toge was very much recovered by now. As he readied to use his cursed speech. Seeing this Maki retreated toward Inumaki so she will avoid getting caught up in the middle.

As one of its hands was coming towards Maki, she stepped on it jumping in the air while swinging her sword down with great momentum.

As its other hand was coming to attack her while she was midair, Inumaki uttered

"Twist"

The hand that was coming to attack her was suddenly twisted. The curse made a weird sound in pain.
