8 Opening night.

"Because it's true,plz, believe me."Those words didn't enter her at all.They just passed like the wind but he looked desperate so she did not have a choice."Fine,but I don't believe you a hundred percent."Alicia told him."I'll take my chances."Leo was happy that she utlist gave him a chance."Let's practice"Alicia said then went into character.The rehearsal went smoothly and she was relieved when it ended.

The bell rang and it was time for biology,she looked for a seat elsewhere but it looks like it was not her lucky day.She just sat next to Max and she ignored him and hoped that the bell would ring but it looks like time was also against her.Finally the bell rang,she got out quickly and headed to the cafeteria,she found Amalia and Kira waiting for her.They hugged and started eating.Layla was still on the verge of annoyance and decided to annoy her more.Layla went and took her food from her grip and poured it all over her uniform.Alicia woke up and tried to keep her cool but Layla annoyed her even more.She took Kira's hot jelly pie and poured it directly at her face.Layla screamt loudly and you could even say her scream would return a snake inside it's home.Jessica and Alexa took her away and Alicia just laughed seeing an angry Layla.Alicia went back to her dorm to change then go to the library.She met Liam and he also tried to talk to her but she gave him a cold shoulder and walked away.She took a book then left.She went back to her dorm and read then fell asleep and prepared for opening night which was a few hours from now.She woke up the next day wondering how she slept in and no one woke her up."Morning sleeping beauty,how was your sleep?Kira asked her."How comes you never woke me up,I am so hungry."Alicia said caressing her stomach."You looked so peaceful sleeping and we did not want to disturb you."Amalia said as she handed her a tray full of mouth watering food.They ate and when they were done,they went to class and the day kicked off.Alicia wanted to research something so she went to the library and accidentally bumbed into someone."I am sorry."She heard a different voice and she was happy."It's ok."Are you Alicia?"he asked her."The one and only."Alicia answered in a moking tone."I am Shawn and I've heard so much about you and I would like to be your friend."Ok."she answered confused.They walked together across the hallway and people started to murmur and Alicia noticed it but didn't care.Kira and Amalia pushed her aside and started questioning her."Do you know who you are talking to?Kira asked."That's Shawn Gray,the second most popular boy."Alicia said in a sweet voice."Yeah I get that."Alicia said then left.The day was over and everyone was now talking about her but she was used to it.

She went to her next class and finally the day was over,they ate their dinner as usual and went to sleep."Students,only two days to opening night it is going to be exciting."The teacher said excitedly.The students were now filled with joy because they knew for two days they won't study.Rehersal commenced immediately and everyone got into character.Amalia and Kira seemed to enjoy themselves but Alicia was so bored to death.The images of her and Max rehearsing flashed in her mind and she smiled leaving Leo confused.The bell rang and they went to music to rehearse the songs for the play and Layla took the spotlight to herself and everyone was annoyed.While Layla was singing,some chatted,others laughed, others slept and other were in their own world.The bell finally rang and everyone left leaving Layla and her accomplice's by themselves.The two days were so fun, they only rehearsed,ate, slept and had fun.Finally opening night arrived.Parents and guests were arriving and Everyone was anxious,they had rehearsed and everyone had gotten their parts since the third cast list.Alicia was Juliet and Leo was Romeo then the others followed."Don't worry girl you will be awesome."Kira told Alicia after seeing how tensed she was.She tried to give herself confidence but it was not working,her palms were sweating and her heart was raising.She was almost getting a heart attack but she decided to stand strong."Good Luck."Max told her with a smile then left.She did not know why but she suddenly felt better,that was the effect he had on her."Good luck everyone,you have worked so hard and it's your to time to shine, curtains open in two minutes."The teacher said then went to sit in the crowd."Ready?"Leo gave her a reassuring smile."Ready."She said and now she was in character.The curtains were finally open and every parent wanted to see their child shine.It was going smoothly until something unexpected happened,Leo fell and twisted his ankle. The teacher came back stage and the scene did not please her and now she was panicking."It hurts so much but I got to come continue with the play."Leo tried to sound courageous but it was not working."The teacher even fainted for ten seconds and woke up like a zombie.Alicia was still doing her parts with no idea of what is happening backstage.Her confidence was going up by each performance,she saw her family and she was happy that they had time to come but why wouldn't they?Her sister gave her a wide smile and her heart became worm but on the other hand, things we're not going well backstage."Everyone stay calm,we have a solution."Kira told everyone.Everyone now kept quiet and took all their attention to her and Amalia.Amalia let out a fake smile then said that"How about someone to replace him?"The teacher finally stood up confidently."That's a good idea Amalia and Kira"the teacher said while looking around for someone to replace Leo.
