INTO THE UNKNOWN

For a long time, technology was developing at a slow pace, and its significance in the lives of ordinary people was not pronounced. However, everything changed one day when something unusual was spotted in the sky by astrophysicists. It took quite some time to identify this thing because it was very close to the Sun, hidden by its intense light. It emerged before human civilization like a mystery.I was around 12 years old when I went with my father to witness the launch of ISRO's first spaceship, which could potentially uncover information about that mysterious object.

Centuries ago, this Earth was lush green and beautiful. The air flowed coolly, rivers were clean and cool. Looking up, you could see an open and clear sky, finding peace, tranquility, and serenity. But as technology advanced and villages turned into bustling cities, the peace and tranquility of taking a breath became difficult. However, after 2027, when astrophysicists discovered that mysterious entity, plans were made for robots, machinery, satellites, and space missions to explore its origins. Technological advancements accelerated so rapidly that we could approach the Sun closely and uncover the secrets hidden in its intense light.

As I watched the launch of SuryaVidyaan-1, little Adhipa, with awe in my eyes, felt the presence of that grand spaceship amidst its bright and swift light. Every second, I was overcome with goosebumps just from watching that spaceship, as if nothing else mattered in life anymore; this was the one thing I wanted, to experience that moment of brilliance. A sparkle lit up in my eyes and a smile formed on my lips. I, too, now wanted to become a scientist and journey into space.

Excitedly, I turned to my father sitting beside me and shared this dream. The excitement, energy, and glow within me were contagious, and my father couldn't help but share in my joy. It felt like a celebration inside me; I was so happy at that moment, words couldn't capture it. I hoped that one day I would be inside that ship and become a part of a space mission like SuryaVedh, exploring the unknown.

Suryavedh-1 was the first mission by ISRO aimed at helping to discover exactly what that unknown entity near the Sun.

Under the SuryaVedh mission, the spacecraft named SuryaVidyaan was launched on year 2029 , which carried a satellite named Aditya. This satellite was designed to approach the Sun closely and transmit information about the unknown entity near the Sun back to Earth.

As SuryaVedh mission unfolded, it became evident that achieving our envisioned goals was more challenging than anticipated. NASA and other international space organizations also launched several satellites and spacecraft in attempts to get closer to the Sun.

As I was growing up, watching all of this unfold—observing the mysteries hidden in space and the Sun's light—my desire to understand that hidden entity grew stronger. It felt like any moment a miracle could happen, revealing to me what is hidden up there. The excitement of unraveling this unsolved mystery, which has always been within me, never lets me sleep peacefully. Who knows when this puzzle will finally be solved?
