"Romeo and Juliet"
A day later, Eve left for the Miami. She has already told Liam about her leaving, and has dealt with his emotional drama.
'Are you really going to work in Hollywood, Can't you think about anything else?'
The look on Liam's face made Eve felt guilty the whole flight as if she was doing something wrong. She has told them countless times before that she is acting because she likes it, not because of any earlier lack of attention or anything like that. But they don't believe her and always think she's comforting them.
Anyway, the moment Eve set foot on the plane for Miami, she forgot all the previous worries and looked forward to the work.
Leonardo was waiting to pick up his costar from the airport. Director especially asked him to do this as to have a better understanding between the actors, and he himself was quite interested in this. After waiting for a while, he spotted Eve Thompson coming out of entrance in blue jeans and black top. She was wearing sunglasses and a hat on the head, but one can still easily identify her with those glittering golden hair. He went to greet her.
Eve was surprised seeing Leonardo DiCaprio coming to pick her himself. She thought it would be a driver or someone else from the crew.
"You look surprised?" said Leonardo while helping Eve put the luggage on the back seat.
"I indeed am. I thought it would be someone..."
"Someone else?" smiled Leonardo, and opened the side door for Eve, "How could I let someone else have the pleasure of greeting this charming lady before me. So this someone could be only me."
Eve laughed hearing Leonardo's flattery. Such sweets on face of Leonardo are enough to please any girl. Of course, she has not fallen in love. It's just that when someone on whom you have had crush before says such sweet words, anyone will feel happy.
The whole ride to the location of crew went smooth and the two peope laughed and smiled the whole time. Maybe Leonardo really has the magic of making everyone smile.
Director was also happy seeing the pleasent atmosphere between the actors. Eve spent a day reading the whole script and preparing herself mentally. After all, this was her first movie and she wants it be memorable. For the movie, she has to dye her hair brown. The Romeo in the movie is blond, so the Juliet must be brown haired to better match the atmosphere.
The shooting of the move started and Eve spent most of the time practicing the script. There are quite a lot of kissing scenes in the movie, and she got NGs several times, but had gotten better with the time. Anyway, kissing Leonardo's handsome face is also a pleasure.
Leonardo's situation was also not better. Kissing a beautiful girl so many times a day when the girl also fits all your preferences is nothing short of a torture. He spends quite a lot of time with Eve even after the shoot, and he has to say he is very impressed with Eve Thompson. In addition to being very beautiful, she is also knowledgable, wise and sometimes even mature than him. She respects others privacy and has never tried to interfere in his matters. It's too different from those brainless blondes.
He has been acting since he was a child, and he has seen a lot of people with a huge personality differences both on and off the set. But Eve Thompson has a constant attitude with people both on and off set. He can feel that she admires him, but only as an actor and has never shown any romantic feeling for him, which is a very surprising thing for him, who is now used to girls constant admiration for quite some time.
Eve doesn't know she has such a positive image in Leonardo DiCaprio's mind, but she would indeed be very happy if she knew.
During this smooth filming process, the scene came where Romeo killed Juliet's cousin and then ran to find Juliet.
Leonardo felt a great malice from Director Baz Luhrmann. Originally this was a romance scene between Romeo and Juliet, and both of them were half naked. But director made a little change in which Romeo is half naked and Juliet's back above the waist was only exposed. They have to move a little to show the romance to the audience.
"Leonardo, Why are you so stiff today. You are not posing for a magezine, but are making a move. Move your hand on Juliet's back."
Leonardo was very uncomfortable doing this scene. The waist under his hand is so smooth and beautiful with perfect waist lines and curves. He doesn't want to have a reaction infront of everyone. In fact, Leonardo was not the only one uncomfortable.
Eve was also feeling a little bit unease, but she continued to shoot as Leonardo coperated very well and didn't made her feel uncomfortable by doing cheap tricks which most of the male stars do. Most of the times, female stars are the ones to be harassed and feel uncomfortable. They also can't complain about this as it will make them the one narrow minded in director's eyes.
Eve is indeed a lucky one as Leonardo proved himself to be a gentleman during the work despite how big of a playboy he might be.
