Jiu's Concern

While in the Ambulance, Xion didn't realize as he tried to wake himself up, his body in real life was shaken hard in the ambulance, Jiu was surprised as his body jolted and spasmed in a sleeping position. A scene like a zombie's awakening is happening in the ambulance as the car moving faster to reach the hospital

The medic quickly asked her to hold his body as he tried to inject some sedatives to calm Xion's body.. Both of them struggling for a while as the sedatives entered Xion's blood and his body calming.

Jiu felt relieved when his condition stabilized.. Xion didn't always enter Mirage since he sometimes didn't need to use Mirage as it needed a certain amount of time for Mirage to recharge each time he used it.

Seeing Xion's like that, Jiu then cried as she felt helpless and didn't know what to do except pray that they arrived at the hospital faster. When they arrived, the ER doctor then examined Xion's body as he received the report from the paramedic. Xion was moved to another room when Lee Joowon and Dreamcatcher members arrived.

Jiu looked so tired as Sua and Yoohyeon came and hugged her. The doctor then talked to Lee Joowon about Xion's condition, saying that he is extremely exhausted and needs rest. He explained that the cause of the condition is because of over exerting energy by physical and mental means, he requested that Xion needs to be in bed for at least 3 days.

Meanwhile in London, Suzy and the Aventurine members are watching the show on a large TV. Karina then said "this first performer is so mediocre, but since he got the first chance, it became the judgment for the rest of the group..

I hope that Xion-oppa can perform better. He already got the basics strong at the first performance, we all missed the second episode, how about binge-watch it after this one? Yuqi then asked Suzy, "Big sis Suzy, are we not having any schedule tomorrow?

The girls were totally astounded as Xion performed, chills ran through their skins as Xion raps, facing the audience as the camera pan zooms back and forth to him.. When Xion holds the camera and it takes a close up shot, Xion's madness was shown and it catches their minds as they stand except Yiren and Suzy.

Yuqi was speechless, Somi was pointing at the TV with no sound but stay still, Xion then continues with the last verse as the audience joined him singing… As he leaves the stage, the encore chant can be heard for some minutes as everyone is taking their time to understand what has just happened before.

All the girls looked at Yiren straight.. as she said proudly " that's my brother.." Yeyoung then speaks, this kind of performance.. isn't it just like a real concert? that is not on the scale of what trainees can perform.. that is a mini concert for sure.

Yena and Heejin agreed, Heejin then said " Yiren, can you check about your brother's condition, his performance makes me shiver as he holds the camera, i can feel the intense stare straight back at me" without a delay, Suzy just dialed Seonho when she hears that.. Yiren looked back at Suzy gratefully, knowing she also cares for Xion as much as herself.

Seonho was on the road as Suzy called him, asking about Xion, He just answered her that Xion is currently hospitalized because he is exhausted but no major damage is happening..

Suzy then told Yiren after she hung up the call, "Xion now is hospitalized as he is exhausted, he just needs rest to recover totally.. and nothing else, Seonho oppa has assured everything is fine there, he also informed that Yuyeon unnie is also on her way to Seoul as we speak ". Yiren then felt relieved knowing Xion was in good care..

One day has passed since the live show which brought out a bad reputation because most of the trainees failed miserably except the few from all rounder and songwriting categories as everyone feels that many of the performers after Xion are totally mediocre..

Some missed their spot while dancing or losing balance, some forgot their raps, some had voice cracks, the songwriters also got dissed as their song can't bring any emotion as good as Xion's.

The media slanders the Boys Republic trainees as incompetence harsly after the performance, only 15 trainees that having better performance as they scored 400-700+ points not passing the 800 marks, but sadly the first performance was cut out as his opponent is Xion due to the rules mentioned before.

He feels indignant but accepting the outcome in the end.. That night, another episode of Boys Republic garnered 7,63% viewers rating as they broadcast a small teaser with tittled 'The calm before the storm" Everyone is totally curious why the great line up the day before turned into disaster the next day.

The world was shocked as they watched their favorite trainee's confidence get crushed by Xion one by one, even Xion not sparing anyone on the vocal, dance and rap team.

The viewers got mixed emotions as they watched the programs, from how an unassuming day from training each day turned into frustration and exploded into a mental breakdown one by one.

In the end, Kim Yohan was shown, as he said " It is not that the trainees are showing incompetency, it's just that the bar was set high and higher to surpassed the previous seasons.

We are talking about the future here, without any solid skills, Idols will surely forgotten, that's why it was never an easy task to become one". Kim Yohan ended his explanation with "This is my choice, this is what i am prepared for.. this is my battle because i, myself too am an idol."

Every word that Kim Yohan uttered jolted the audience's minds and they started to understand the struggles that these idols have overcome each day. He then continued with the elimination announcement.

The first place is Wooseok, the second is Juyeon, the third place is Jun and continues till the fifteen place Chan as the final trainees that passed. The Audience was mind blown as they were asking where Xion, Yeonjun and Ravn were.

Kim Yohan then told them that Xion was hospitalized after his performance due to physical and mental exhaustion and his agency decided to withdrawn him for the concern of his health.

Yeonjun and Ravn also withdrew from the competition as they felt that they lacked in many aspects after having the breakdown. A snippet of their interview was shown as Yeonjun admitted that he feels inferior, and Ravn just broke into tears and couldn't continue his words at all.

A scene where Xion collapsed and was brought to the ambulance also played briefly. The Program PD then spoke last " We the Boys Republic team decided to give two week break for the trainees as they received extended counseling for mental health before we continued with the final program for the line up, we hope the audience can give us and the trainee the time, we are sorry and thank you for your understanding"

The next morning, the media blows up with so many stories about the trainees and Boys Republic. Everyone gets bigger exposure in the media.. even Rain, Bae Yoonjung, Soyou and Mad Clown were invited to talk shows regarding the event pre and post the live shows.

All eyes are on the Boys Republic Program. Kim Sangmin was happy in his office as he called Lee Joowon.. "Hyung, i should thank you properly.. it is not that you are asking help from me but giving me a huge present.. Even the rating and the exposure is greater than previous programs..

He just felt gratitude to Kim Sangmin. Jiu was waiting for Xion to wake up, unknown to her that Xion was given another sedative to keep him asleep for another day. Her experience facing Xion when he was spasming in the ambulance made her wary and decided to accompany him during that time..

Unknown to many people, because of this situation, many agencies decided to hold back their trainees that were about to debut for re-evaluation, which makes it harder to debut at that year.

It's already the second day and Xion still hasn't woken up yet… Seonho is waiting for Xion as he reads some magazines. Suddenly someone knocked the door and entered.

Seonho turned his body and saw Jiu entered the room. "Seonho-sunbaenim, let me take care of him, you can rest now.." Jiu speaks slowly with concern. "Okay, take care of him please, i do need to go somewhere, can you take care of him till afternoon? Seonho asked..

"Okay, I'm free today too.." Jiu replied. Seonho then left the room and closed the door behind him. Jiu just stood still next to Xion's bed as she sighed…

"What are you doing Minji?? this is not like you at all.." Jiu looked at Xion back and forth but still didn't know what to do..

She then decided to read some online novels and watched some drama as she waited for him to wake up. Time flies as she engrossed in her reading.
