16 Chapter 16 - Coming back
Next morning Ryuzaki started his journey towards the village. And he noticed that the ninja who were watching him also followed him.
Feeling that their worry is not on the right place Ryuzaki laughed a little. < This world with their own problem. No matter which world you go there will be trouble with greedy and paranoid people. >
Reaching the village he saw new buildings were made that looked better than before. Walking towards his clan compound he saw that the more he walked towards his clan the more desolate the area became.
There were spaces to make a new buildings towards the compound area but it was empty without any buildings and people.
<Looks like the plan to isolate the Uchiha was taking place. The village is really making a big deal out of this attack. They actually made the this kind of plan to their allies. No wonder Konoha didn't help Uzumaki as well. They don't know how to differentiate between allies and foes and only knows how to stay safe like hypocrites. > looking at the desolate place surrounding the clan he felt sad for them.
Reaching the gate he was stopped by the guards as they asked him " Why have you come here?"
Ryuzaki seeing that he was stopped for questioning felt confused until he remembered he wasn't here for one month so they might have thought he died. "My name is Ryuzaki Uchiha"
The guards looked at him like he was an idiot. "What kind of Uchiha are you that your eyes are so different...Do we look like fools to you?" asked the guard with a cold voice.
Ryuzaki wasn't wearing the clan symbol and his eyes were purple and red so it was obvious they don't believe him.
Seeing that they will not believe him, Ryuzaki showed his papers saying "Here look at this paper. I am Ryuzaki Uchiha."
The guards looked at the paper and started to discuss something and said "Wait here". Without waiting for Ryuzaki's reply one of the guards left to authenticate his papers.
Meanwhile the other guard stared at Ryuzaki with cold eyes.
Ryuzaki didn't have to wait long as the guard came back and said "Where were you all this time and what happened to your eyes?"
"I was out in the forest to train as my house got destroyed in the attack. I just got back to the village as I have ran out of my rations. As for my eyes I don't know, It is like this from my birth. " saying so Ryuzaki took back his papers.
The guards stared at him thinking whether what he said is truth. After some more questions they let him in.
As Ryuzaki entered the clan the Konoha-nin who were following him stopped. As getting inside the Uchiha clan right now is too dangerous. Despite living in the forest for past month they know what is happening in the village and that's why they didn't take any chances.
The clan's atmosphere was cold as nobody could be seen in the street. Ryuzaki looked at what seems to be the playground which is devoid of children's. The only people he saw were some Uchiha-nin who were going towards the gate.
Reaching his house he found that the house was renovated just like before. Despite no one being here to claim the house they actually renovated it.
< Looks like they couldn't leave a destroyed house behind. Good for me though as I don't have to live in other place as I got comfy in it. > getting inside he saw the house was empty without any furnishings. So he went out again to bring some furnishings for himself.
Walking around the village he once again found the ninjas from before is continuing to watch him but instead of being two its was only one.
<Hmmm.. One should have gone to report and the other is watching me. Well whatever if they don't annoy me I will leave them be. >
Buying every thing he need for daily needs he made his way back. There were a lot of things he bought as his home was empty. So, he couldn't roam around the village to see what have changed but then again he wasn't motivated enough to look at all the sceneries.

Misako was in front of Hiruzen recounting their mission which was not much other than keeping watch on him.
Listening to the report Hiruzen had a headache as a month of watching him become fruitless. "You are dismissed from the mission. There is no point in continuing the mission now that he came back."
"Yes Lord Hokage."saying that Misako left the office and made her way to Shinji. She was happy as this boring mission was finally finished.

There in the Uchiha clan Head's house Fugaku was looking at the report of Ryuzaki coming back to clan. Fugaku was thinking that this brat doesn't work with common sense, why come now after going missing for a month. But there is a strange news with the kid as his eyes are different from the Uchihas.
< His father and mother were both Uchiha so there shouldn't be any mutation on his eyes. The eyes which look strangely similar to sharingan but yet not is sharingan is a mystery.>
Thinking to himself he saw Itachi coming back from his training and asked him "Do you remember the kid with Ryuzaki name?"
Itachi suddenly gotten asked was startled and replied while thinking " Wasn't that the kid who didn't attend the academy."
"Yes he is, and have you made any contact with him during that time?" asked Fugaku back.
"No, I didn't make any contact with him. I just saw him once when he came to academy once." Itachi didn't know why his father is asking him so much question about a kid.
"Do you remember what his eyes look like at that time?" seeing that Itachi saw him once made his job easier. If Ryuzaki had the same eyes back than maybe his eyes did mutate when he was born. If not than maybe something happened to him or this is the spy they were looking for all this time.
"Yes.. I remember, his eyes were different colour from us as it wasn't black. I remember because I got curious how his eyes become like that and wanted to ask him but didn't get the chance." said Itachi while thinking something.
"Okay you can go." dismissing Itachi he made his way towards his office and called Uchiha-nin.
< Hmm....so his eyes were like that from before but we can't be sure that his eyes were like that from his birth. And there is no one to vouch for him to, as he is orphan and didn't have friends.> thinking to himself Fugaku made the decision to, keeping a watch on him.
