In the realm of void a being is watching a crystal ball. You can only see the form of the being as a glowing light of human form and can only distinguish it as a male judging by its form. The being is looking at what seems to be an animation of some sort in the crystal ball. Suddenly another being materialised behind him with the form of a female.

The woman looked at the man, who is oblivious of her arrival. The woman seems to be thinking of something while looking at the man. The man suddenly felt like someone is watching him, so he turned to look who it is and the man finally noticed the woman.

The man asked the woman "Why are you here"?. The woman didn't answer instead asked him a question "Do you wanna watch something fun instead of watching someone's future like an anime"?. The man answered "Tell me i am listening but this better be good because last time you had fun while i was just watching from the side lines".

The woman answered "Okay no problem, as a sorry for the last time i will let you choose the soul. As you know last time we made a soul regress so this time we will reincarnate a soul. How about it"?.

The man seems excited as he nodded his head in agreement and said "Okay but how will we play this time"?

The woman said "We will take a soul from the other world and have him reincarnated in one of your favourite anime. And watch how he lives in that world while we bet on how long can he live. What do you say"?

The man said "That is what we do all the time to get entertainment what's new in there"?

The woman replied in excitedly judging by her voice "Well this time the soul will not be an otaku like the others or anything in that category. This time we will be choosing a soul who did not have any wish in life until he died. And give him some powers so he doesn't die to quickly. So are you in"?

The man was really excited when he heard that as he pretty much reincarnate otaku or some idiot every time he gets bored. And because of that there is multiple alternative universe beginning to originate.

The man said "Okay lets choose the soul". After 1 hour of continuous searching they found a soul in limbo who fit the requirements.

The man said in a monotonous sound "Finally found a soul, heck it was tedious to find a soul without a wish in life. Now lets get started ". It was not easy to find a soul who doesn't have any wish in life as every human being have at least one wish they wanted to be fulfilled.

POV 1st person(MC)

I have been in this dark place for some time after i died and i actually like it. Here in this void i can just float until i disappear i think. Well not like i have any regret in life or something, as my life was pretty much normal with family and friends and work. To be fare i actually hated that life as it was too much normal and i also didn't have any ambition in life to make it interesting.

And that begs the question why can i still retain my memories, as i don't think i should be able to remember my past life. <Hmm what is that light, it look like human. Should i be going to that light or something, ahh i forgot i can only float as i can not move in any way>.

As i floated near the light it sucked me towards itself as the light blinded my vision from seeing what happened. And the next thing i know i am in front of a human light bulb, whose features i can't distinguish other than it having a male human body.

I looked at it for some time before it started speaking. "Hello human, i am here to give you another life as i can that you are stuck in limbo because of lack of karma. Without any karma you cannot be judged and you cannot go in reincarnation cycle".

After hearing what the light bulb said i asked him a question "how do you gain karma"?. "Karma is something that you gained by doing good things or bad things. Karma is what makes you human link to each other by action and that is how we judge you in afterlife". He replied with a smile, is what i can presume by its voice.

I stayed quiet for some time hearing his explanation until he spoke again "Well human you have to give me your answer".

I just stayed quiet until what seemed like eternity i asked him "How are you going to give me new life and where"?

He answered "I will reincarnate you through spinning the wheel which will decide your world. As i cannot reincarnate you in your world, so it will be fictional world. Does it answer both your questions?"

I answered "yes it does, okay i am ready to reincarnate".

He waved his hand and a giant spinning wheel appeared before me. I looked at the wheel to see what it is and i can see the names of the world that is written in the wheel in where i will be reincarnating. I see fiction worlds name and a name that literally says normal world.

The man indicated me to the handle of wheel. I approached the wheel and pulled the handle. I waited until the spinning wheel started to slow down and stoped at naruto world.

I looked at the man and waited for him to say something as i know this isn't the end of it. And he answered my silent question "Well looks like you are going to anime world and that is also in a dangerous world. How about i give you some wish so that you can save yourself from danger".

I looked at him get slightly excited when talking by the way his voice rose a little. After listening him i simply said "How many wishes do i get and are there any restrictions"?

The man replied "I can give you 3 wishes and there are some restrictions. I cannot give you power that destroys that world like dao cultivator or anything along the line".

After hearing him i replied "For my first wish i want the powers of Ichigo Kurosaki but with my own zanpakuto, for my second wish i want the power and knowledge of Aizen Sousuke even his bankai, and for my third Saiki Kusuo from the anime. And can you fuse the power of Ichigo and Aizen so that i don't need to fuse it myself later.

The light bulb didn't answer for some time after hearing me. He seems to be contemplating something and said "I can give you the powers but your soul will not be able to handle too much power so i will seal the power of Saiki kusuo partially until you master your other powers. I will also fuse the power of Ichigo and Aizen".

After listening to his explanation i asked "So which timeline will i be going to and do i also have to start as a baby. I would rather not be a baby anymore".

The light bulb replied "That will be random. It will be your luck to when and where you will reincarnate. So are you ready"?

I replied yes and the light bulb nodded his head. After that i started to become transparent and the next thing i know i am inside a house.
