[Disappointment]

Moving at a breakneck pace, a snake-like sea king emerged from the bottom of the sea and started moving towards the Island it saw in front of it.

The sea-king was moving at such speed that if anything came in front of it, it would just blast it away and move its own way.

Due to such speed, it quickly arrived at the shore of the Island and started looking around.

So, this is Laugh Tale, the last Island where one piece lies. But this looks pretty normal Island to me.

Meh...

I am kind of disappointed, I thought it would be some cool-looking advanced place filled with inventions of the ancient kingdom and their history or maybe even devil fruit trees.

I have always thought, where do these devil fruits come from, does someone plant them? At one point, I almost believed that someone must be farming these fruits.

But looking around, I only see the dense forest around me, so I just kept moving forward in hope of finding something.

Just to be on the safe side I activate my Observation Haki and spread it over the Island before entering the forest.

Speaking of my observation Haki, it grew quite well, I can sense up to 700 KM around me, maybe this was because my size also grew during my year-long hibernation.

So now, my Haki is catching up to my body growth as just before unlocking my Observation Haki I could only sense up to a few hundred kilometers, but now that number has grown astronomically.

When my Observation Haki, covered the Island completely I could sense everything around me.

Apart from a few birds, I didn't feel any life presence on the Island.

Just as I was scanning the Island, I observed an empty place that even my haki couldn't penetrate.

It was like an empty void or could be said a black spot, I just couldn't sense what was inside it.

Maybe, this is where I can find the treasure?

This is where One Piece is?

Oh my god, just thinking about makes my whole body excited, uhh... I can't wait anymore.

Then I just started moving towards that place.

It only took me a few seconds to arrive at the place, just because of my sheer size.

Arriving at that spot I could see a huge dome-shaped building, this dome looked rather very ancient, and judging by its state it can be said that it is at least a few centuries old. But still, I felt that this dome hasn't weakened a single bit since it was made. It is also quite big, at least big enough to cover a few football fields.

As I analyze the dome from the outside, I sensed one problem.

This dome had no entry point or a door to enter.

Man, what the hell is this, I did so much and even chose my respawn point in Laugh Tale but now I can't even see what the treasure is.

Well, I could just break it and enter the dome, but I doubt that would be helpful as whoever made this thing, must have made some mechanism to open it and I am sure it also has some fail-safe measure if someone tries to enter forcefully.

It would be pretty bad if it just auto destroys itself if I tried to break it.

Hmm...

Let's search for some clue around here, I believe there must be a clue or maybe some hint about opening this dome.

Then I just started searching around the place manually, because my observation haki didn't work properly around this area.

Hell yeah, after God knows how many hours, I spent looking for some clue I found it.

It was a huge stone-like structure with some writing around it, most likely this is a poneglyph.

As this is the only explanation for it being around here for centuries.

Now let's read what's written on it, I somehow feel that I can read this text.

Well in any case, if I can't read it, I am fucked.

Now I understand it.

I was quite surprised when I could read the text, this confirms that I have the voice of all things.

Maybe this was due to my insane observation haki or something to do with me being a sea king.

As I read the poneglyph I was astonished by the requirement that needed to be fulfilled in order to enter the dome.

More or less the thing it stated was I needed all four poneglyph and had to reach this Island the correct way and if I tried to force my way in everything inside it will be destroyed.

Reading all this my mood went down, as now I had no way to know what one piece is or what transpired in the void century.

After sulking for a few minutes, I returned to my normal mood and started thinking.

There must be some mechanism by which this dome knows if I reached here the correct way or not.

What might be that mechanism, does using all 4 poneglyph trigger a reaction, and by that the dome knows who reached this Island correctly?

Now, that I knew there was no way for me to enter this dome because no way in hell I can find all 4 road poneglyph right now, like man I am literally 100 years before the great pirate era.

Well, I can try but who the heck wants to do all that work, I would instead sleep for a few years than roam the seas just to find one piece.

The payoff is not worth it.

It could be worth it but if someone else did the work of finding those poneglyphs.

The last thing I can do before leaving this place and going into the deep sea is to leave my mark here.

A mark that confirms that I was here first even before that Roger.

What should that mark be?

Umm... Oh, I know I should probably inscribe my name here.

Yes, that would be perfect. God, I am so good.

After patting myself on back for the crazy idea, I moved my tail towards poneglyph, to carve my name.

Unexpectedly, a thought hit me that I had no name.

Haha... what the hell I have been in this world for better than a year and haven't even named myself.

Sometimes I don't even know what goes around my brain.

Joseph, was my name in my past life, well I would say it was a really pathetic life.

No way, I am naming myself that in this new life where I am so powerful, here I am in control of my life.

I can do whatever the fuck I want, who can stop me?

Calming myself, I began pondering what should I name myself.

A might name for somebody like the world serpent, Jormungandr.

Hello guys some of you may not like what I did with one piece but please understand that I currently have no idea what one piece would be

Frankly, I don't think I am that good of a writer right now to make up my own version of what one piece should be.

I am just writing this story for fun, as I suddenly had this idea what if Jormungandr was in one piece, so there might be some plot holes or grammar mistakes as I am not a native speaker, so kindly point those out if you find them, I will try my best to solve them.

Now if you guys have any idea about what our protagonist's name should be, feel free to comment, and give me some ideas as I am really bad with naming.
