Kisah terus berlanjut di negara kecil yang memiliki empat kota yang dinamai sesuai arah mata ingin itu, terdapat berbagai macam orang yang hidup di sana. Kakek pemilik kafe, dan juga cucuknya yang bernama Bella. Mereka merupakan keluarga Seini. Kakek pemilik warung yang memiliki tampang mengerikan, namun sebenarnya dia adalah orang baik. Para rekan detektifnya. Orang-orang dari kepolisian. Snatcher dan kelompoknya. Lalu, seorang pria bernama Hiro yang mengaku sebagai kakaknya. Dan masih banyak lagi orang yang akan berhubungan dengan kasus tersebut. Perlahan kisah terus berjalan, menuju akhir yang mereka inginkan. Akhir untuk menemukan arti keadilan yang menjadi motif segala kekacauan yang dilakukan Snatcher.
