1 Prologue

2010, June 24th. Naples, Italy.

"Hello?"

A figure of a man picked up the telephone as soon as it rang. It is as if that man has been waiting for a call all day long.

"Yes, it is me. Giorno Giovanna. Who is this?"

Giorno calmly talked to the person on the other side of the telephone line.

"It's me, Hirose Koichi. The one whom you've stolen luggage back in 2001. Do you remember who I am?" Koichi answered in the other line.

"Hirose Koichi, huh? Your name seems like a Japanese' name. But it seems I can't recall someone calling by that name." Giorno is confused as he cannot recall someone by the name of Koichi.

On the other side of the line, a late-20 Hirose Koichi, who now foresees the Speedwagon Foundation as an assistant to Kujo Jotaro was slightly irritated by how things were going. It appears that Giorno cannot recall their meeting together in Naples last 2001.

"How's your stand, Giorno? It has been a while since we last met in Naples, aren't we?" Koichi tried his best to give a hint for Giorno to remember that time.

From what he heard, Giorno remembered the young Japanese man he met way back in 2001 even before he joined Passione. The Japanese man who is also possessed by a Stand power.

"You are that guy from 2001, right?" Giorno stood up as soon as he realized who is the person behind the phone.

"So you finally got it, huh?" Koichi sighs in disbelief.

"What's your business with me?" Giorno firms himself.

"Well, if I am being frank with you, our company, Speedwagon Foundation would like to give you fundings. In exchange for our investment to your mafia, we would like you to go on a journey to look for a man whom I believed have the same Joestar blood running through him." Koichi replied as brief as he can manage.

To make sure that whoever is this guy talking about, Giorno looked up on the medium called internet for the name of the foundation called "Speedwagon Foundation" and look on its net worth. He decided that he won't be getting any investment from other companies, but in this case, it is a bit different from the others. That is because of the Stand ability being involved in the issue.

What bothers him is not the foundation who'll be investing in the mafia but the last line the guy told him.

"... a man whom I believed have the same Joestar blood running through him."

He recalled those words which he heard from the guy he was just talking. That's what bothers him

"So, where can I see this man?" he asked.

"You can see this guy located in southeast Asia... "

After that, the line of the call was cut and he never got to hear the things Koichi was about to say.

"I am feeling some deja vu on this little trip we are about to do," Giorno said as he recalled the events happened when they hunt for the boss. (please refer to the events on JJBA: Vento Aureo)

Giorno stood up from his chair and took a step outside of his room where two people await him - Mista and Trish.

"Our mission has now started. Mista, Trish, we are going to look for a Stand user in Southeast Asia."
