Jeff does not know his own identity due to his parents' mistakes in the past. He turned against his father and fled from the Rodrigues Mafia clan. During his escape, he was helped by Reiji Fujiwara and Moana, a family of CIA special agents who were unaware of Jeff's background, which made him a potential successor to the leader of the famous Mafia clan in Las Vegas, The Rodriguez. Suddenly, a group of criminal syndicates surrounded Reiji and Moana's secret house. In that battle, Reiji and Moana died, leaving Jeff holding little Kiara Fujiwara, the daughter of Reiji and Moana. Since then, Jeff and Kiara have looked after each other, until one day when Kiara decided to accept the offer to become a CIA special agent like her parents. Meanwhile, Jeff must return to the Rodrigues Mafia clan, putting them on two different sides, the dark and light sides. What will happen to Jeff and Kiara next?
