Antonio Vanguard, A high school student finds his parents being brutally murdered by someone. As his father was a businessman, he had way too many enemies. After many failed attempts to find the suspect behind this murder, Antonio lost his will to live. When he was about to commit suicide, Antonio received a phone call which changed his life forever.
After six months of Antonio's parents' murder, suddenly, criminals went berserk and started killing each other and overnight, several of the criminals died of this massacre.
Shaken by these mysterious murders of several known criminals, All the nations of the World grants permission to a secret organisation called Counter-Action Force to investigate this case. One of its S-Class investigator, Lucia Wilhelm personally takes upon this case.
Lucia Wilhelm, Also a high school student had solved such cases in past that normal people could never think of. Lucia and Antonio, both finds out that there are more like the killer who has the mysterious powers.
Now, Lucia and Antonio's fate are intertwined with each other as they first save each other and then ultimately destroy each other. Antonio must find out the others before they find him out and either destroy them or be destroyed.
