Hunter's Hesitation

Van dropped against the ground. He felt the oppressive sun struck down on his feet and he didn’t mind. The pain from the training numbed his strength and he had to remain on his position under the umbrella of a tree.

Regardless the mordacious process with the recent training as he referred to it, Van clutched to hope that his training with Alastor will open a door of opportunities to his abilities. He felt that the power within him grew and is still growing. The more it grew, the more he understands a better part of himself.

Alastor withdrew from the training when he felt drowsy. They had retired under the reclusive calm of a shade tree.

Van knew that his appeal to Alastor to train him wasn’t all in cordial way. Van had pushed Alastor. He did not expect that Alastor could get cranky when disturbed his nap.

Van let out a sighed and fell asleep.

Ten minutes had passed and it remained uneventful. Alastor was still deep asleep. His swords plunged on the ground at his side.
