Appearance

Human: Tan skin, Long golden hair, 8 golden horns that form a crown, Amber snake-slit eyes, snake-like fangs, a forked tongue, Sharp black claws, and a height of 6'5¼".

Dragon Form: A golden Wyvern with three dragon heads with long snake-like necks, Huge bat-like wings, two twin-tails that end with spiked clubs, and a height of 10'10¼"

(Basically he looks like 2019 king ghidorah)

Abilities

Transform: can turn into a golden hydra wyvern with three heads and two twin-tails.

Energy Absorption: In dragon form and while human Izuku can drain his opponents dry of energy and stamina. But also has another purpose?

Regeneration: Izuku has a fast regeneration ability in which he can regrow any limb and even an entire head back in seconds. Though this does take a lot of energy, But one full course of electricity can re-energize him quickly.

Weather Manipulation: Izuku can use his power in dragon form to change the weather. With one clap of his wings, He can make level 9-10 hurricanes and cause electrical storms.

Gravity Beams: In human and dragon form he can fire high power lighting beams out of his mouth or the tips of his wings.

Super Intelligence: With his quirk activated or not Izuku's intelligence has gone to the max brain power of 79%.

Speed: In dragon form, Izuku can flay up to speeds of Mach 4.
