Itachi had taken Luffy over to a restaurant in Rainbase and Kisame had moved over back to the Scorpio, the heat wasn't doing him any good. 

"Slow down, you will choke yourself."

Luffy replied back, it was just a bunch of words hard to understand. The man with a white headband in between them had already lost his appetite. 

'I hope the Princess doing okay.'

Thinking about Vivi troubled him a lot, he knew how much Crocodile wanted to kill her. All his agents might even go after her. The young princess always wanted to do things on her own, which will end up in her endangering herself most of the time. 

He was still wary of the man who dragged him here, "Are you the princess friend?"

"I am not." Itachi replied. He had never seen this princess till earlier today. He turned his head from the man with black markings on his face to the rubber boy, "But he is. He is the one going to defeat Crocodile."

Pell was shocked with Itachi's confidence, and with how his face was neither happy or serious, he also gained a little faith in Luffy. 

"But how can he defeat Crocodile?"

To Pell a Warlord was near invincible and his Devil Fruit made it hard to even lay a punch on him, but the one to answer his question, was the Straw Hat Pirate Captain, as he ordered something. 

"Give me a barrel of water."

Looking at the near serious expression on Luffy, Itachi smiled. 'The defeat from before seems to have taught him a lesson, not to over estimate himself and look at the enemies weakness instead.'

That was all in the Uchiha's thought, not in the rubber brain. 

"You seem to have a plan?"

"Yes." Luffy took the barrel of water being handed to him, "This time I am going to defeat Crocodile!'

'Defeat?' Itachi had thought he was going for the kill, but the young pirate was a pour kid, who only killed things that can feed his mouth. He was brighter than Naruto in that sense. 

"Thanks Tachi-bro!" Luffy grins, as he gets ready to leave the restaurant with out paying. Itachi had bought him food, so originally in his mind he was a good person. 

Seeing the Straw Hat five steps away from the table, Itachi called him back, "Wait Luffy!"

Straw Hat halts his steps and looks back at Itachi, "Huh?"

"If you go there as you are, it will be too late to save the Princess. Let Pell fly you there."

"Fly?!!" Luffy was intrigued and had stars in his eyes. Flying is generally something he found cool and he would like to brag about it later to Usopp. 

Pell was slightly stunned by this offer, but it was a chance to save the people of Alabasta and the Young Princess he wasn't going to waste it. 

"I will repay this offer." There was no way he was going to do that, since him and Itachi might never meet again, but he just said it for the honorifics. 

He transformed into a human sized Falcon in white Middle Eastern clothes and Straw Hat immediately jumped over to his back. When they reached the door Luffy shouted something shocking. 

"Itachi! The next time we meet I will make you join my crew!!"

His words faded as they took of to the sky, leaving the slightly shocked Itachi alone. Luffy had been calling him Tachi-bro all this time, and hearing him call his name made something in his heart move. 

"Sorry Luffy. I am not a pirate."

Itachi once to be an Emperor, something with almost similar weight to a Kage in this world. If he had joined the World Government, it would make it hard for him to stay in one place and protect the future generation.

'I will pass by her hometown and ask for some details?... But I don't even know her name.. There is no use stressing about it now.'
