chapter 12: The Conclusion

(Amiee) Bryan it's you! I missed you so much! (Bryan) Well you can hug me now. I talked them into letting us have this private room, we only have 10 mins though. (Amiee) Oh Bryan! I'm going nuts here! I can't take it no more! (Bryan) Well you may not have to, you're not gonna believe this. But James from our senior class was vacationing near this little island on the coast. Anyways he saw Taylor hanging out with this female there, he took some pics too look at this. (Amiee) What the!? Are you serious? That's her, my sister! She's alive, then I'm free! (Bryan) Not just yet, I've already contacted both your parents and a private detective. Now this has been going in for the past week, we needed to be sure it was her. Now that we know, your lawyer will be in contact. (Officer) Times up, time to go. (Bryan) Well don't worry I'll be seeing you soon, real soon. (Amiee) I can't believe this! Ashleys alive and been living it up with her boyfriend! While I'm in here accused of her death that never happened! I missed my year long trip with Bryan and everything! What did I do so wrong to her, that she'd put me threw this? (officer) Miss Rivers, your lawyers here. (Amiee) Well I didn't know you were coming today? Bryan was just here and told me everything. (lawyer) Well then that saves time then, let's get you ready for court. (Amiee) Well when is it? (lawyer) We don't have a date yet. We found your sister, shes being process now down where she was found. But she wants to talk to you before anything else happens. (Amiee) To me? She wants to talk to me? After what she put me threw! She deserves to be in here! Not me! (lawyer) She knows, but she'll only tell you why she did what she did. So you need to get her confession, you will be wired. (Amiee) Like she won't check? (lawyer) Good point, we'll figure something out, don't worry. (a few days later) (officer) Miss Rivers your lawyers here. (Amiee) So? (lawyer) Well you're being released today. You're going to meet Ashley at a cafe, this is a slow day for them so hardly anyone around. Since your hairs so long, we made this hair piece it blends in with your hair theres a tiny chip in there that'll hear everything. You ready to get outta of here? (Amiee) I've been ready.

Well well well, look what the cat drug out. (Ashley) Look Amiee, I'm sorry I didn't mean for this to happen. (Amiee) Your sorry? You took a year from me, my life! I spent it in prison accused of murdering you!!!! (Ashley) I know let me explain. (Amiee) Well you better start. (Ashley) you see I knew about your plan to prank me. I snuck into your room, I was looking for your prom dress to pull a prank. When I didn't see it, I kept looking. Instead I found your notebook and read it, I found your ultimate prank. That's when I told Taylor and we came up with a plan too. Mom didn't want us together and we wanted to run away together. So your prank, was gonna help us escape. Taylor arrived in Florida 3 days before your prank. (Amiee) But how did you know when it was gonna be? (Ashley) Before you fell asleep the first night in the hotel I saw you open your phone with your finger and I knew that was your password. So when you fell asleep that night I grabbed your phone and used your finger print to excess it. You should really delete your text. Anyways I read the one from Bryan and got the number for that guy. Anyways I texted him, pretending to be an interested customer looking for life like blood and fingers and if he could meet. He agreed to meet me that day we planned to hang out. So Taylor and I met up with him apparently around the same spot he was setting up for you. The fingers looked real, when I asked him about it he said he knew someone who worked for a murg and got it to where there was no finger prints. Anyways Taylor said he wouldn't be needed for later services. When the guy questioned it, Taylor tried to scare him off. What we didn't know is he had a heart problem, he ended up having a heart attack. So we ended up burying him behind the barrier and took off. Because by that time it was time to meet up with you. When you bet I couldn't beat you to the thing 50 feet away from shore, Taylor was already there hiding. When I got there we quickly released the blood and the fingers, took the plastic shark that was already there and swam for it after I had yelled for a bit. We're both good swimmers and can hold our breath for along time. (Amie What I wanna know is who wrote that note they found in my room? It wasn't me and mom said it wasn't your writing either. (Ashley) Taylor did, he said it would make it believable. At the time I didn't know what he meant I didn't know they were going to accuse you of murder mine of no less. By the time I saw the news it was to late we weren't coming back. (Amiee) so you were just going to let me think you were dead and sit in jail for a crime I didn't do? (Ashley) I know you hate me and I can never repay you for what I did. (Amiee) No but maybe spending time in jail will help. (officer) Miss Ashley Rivers your under arrest for faking your death and the death of Tomas Lee. (Ashley) What? (Amiee) Ya I was wired I wasn't going back for nothing. (2 weeks later) (Bryan) So how does it feel to be home finally? (Amiee) Really good, thank you both for believing in me. (Katie) Of course what are friends for.
