chapter 10: Vacation Time

(Bryan)So you really gotta go? (Amiee) Oh Bryan, I told you for the past 5 months after graduation my mom was taking Ashley and me to Florida. (Bryan) Well you could always pack me in your suitcase. (Amiee) Haha! I wish I could. But you did help me plan for this vacation. (Bryan) But yet I don't get to see the outcome. (Amiee) You will if I record it. (Bryan) Well then you make sure you do. (Amiee) Alright I will. I love you, I'll be back before you know it. Then we'll pack up and start our journey. (Bryan) So does your parents know I'll be with you on this year long trip? (Amiee) Do you think I'll be leaving so easily if they did? (Bryan) Probably not. (Amiee) I'll tell them when the time is right. (Bryan) And whens that? (Amiee) I don't know yet. (Katie) Knock knock, what you two love birds doing? (Amiee) Hey Katie, I was hoping I'd see you today. (Katie) What you really think I'd let my bestie leave with out saying goodbye? (Amiee) Well no. I would of been knocking at your door just so I could. (laughing) (Katie) I see Ashley's guy stopped over to say goodbye. (Amiee) I dont know what she sees in him? He's such a jerk! (Katie) Ya but he's rich, well his parents are so of course he's got money. (Amiee) Ashley been sneaking out alot lately because mom doesn't want her hanging out with him. (Katie) Surprised she's still going on the vacation. (Amiee) Well it's been planned for a year now and they only been together 6 months. (mom) Amiee, Ashley your dad will be here in 5 mins to take us to the airport let's go! (Amiee) Well it's that time. (Bryan) Well be careful I love you call me when you get to the hotel. (Katie) Me too. (Amiee) I will, I promise. Come on Ashley time to go, dads here. (Ashley) Finally let's get this trip started. (dad) Alright girls you have a safe trip and no trouble for Tom and your mom, love you girls. (both girls) We love you guys too. (Tom) Alright time to board the plan you ready? (mom) Ready then we'll ever be.

Look girls we're about to land. (Amiee) Sweet we're here! (Tom) Alright let's get the bags and get a taxi. (mom) Here we are. (Ashley) Nice room and we all get to share to, I'm guessing? (mom) Well sort of you girls get this room. Tom and I have the room connected to it, in the next room. (Amiee) Well I guess that's better than all four of us sharing a room. (Tom) alright I'm gonna go rent us a car for the next couple weeks. Then we'll all go get lunch. (mom) Sounds good see you when you get back. (Amiee) Well I'm taking a nap. (Ashley) I agree I'm wiped from the plane ride. (mom) Ok I'll wake you when Tom's back.

(a little while later) (mom) Girls wake up and get refreshed. Tom's back we'll leave here in 10 mins. (Ashley( I wonder where we're going. (Amiee) Hopefully some where that's fast I'm ready to hit the beach. (Ashley) Me too. (waiter) I hope everything was to your liking? (Tom) oh it was excellent, thank you very much. So is everyone ready to enjoy some sites? (girls) Yes, definitely!!! (Tom) Then let's go. *mom) You know the beach has been calling the girls name and perhaps mine to. (Tom) Well the beach it is then. (Amiee) Yes finally! The beach looked so amazing I finally got to scoop out everything. The beach, the water even disappeared for a bit to a side theres hardly anyone around.Which looked like the best place, for my ultimate prank on Ashley. Make it a week from now, she'll never know what hit her giggling (mom) Amiee finally where were you? (Amiee) I wanted to walk the beach it was nice. I guess I lost track of time. (mo Well it's the fact we couldn't find you. (Amiee) Mom, in 18 just graduated remember? (mo Not the point, we're still on a family vacation. Just a heads up next time. (Amie You're right, will do sorry bout that. (Tom) Ok so what's everyone wanna do tomorrow? (Ashley) How about Sea world? (Amiee) Oh is there dolphin riding? I wanna do that and scuba diving. (mom) All those sounds great to me. (Tom) Sounds like a plan, let's head back to the hotel and call it a day. That way we'll have energy for all that. (mom) Well we're not gonna do all that in one day. We're here for two weeks before the next vacation. (Tom) True one of those a day, plus beach time. (Ashley) Sounds like a plan. (ring ring) (Bryan) Well it's about time. How was your flight? (Amiee) It was long. Sorry Bryan we got here and took a nap, then lunch and just got back from the beach. If it helps I still haven't called Katie. (Bryan) Well do me a favor and call her, she'll have my head you didn't call her first. Then text me later. (Amiee) Alright bye for now. (ring ring) (Katie)Well well well. (Amie Hey girl I know I landed 5 hrs ago. Ok I totally forgot. (Katie) Well was it worth it? Did you scoop out the beach? (Amiee) You betcha. (Katie) Well that's all I need to know right now. (click) (Amiee) As the days went on, as a family we got to try many new things. Swimming with dolphins, scuba diving, and going to sea world. Even hit alot shops and clothing stores we never been to before. By the end of the week, we we're all so worn out. But being the end of the week, it was time to make that call. Just because Ashley and I are bonding alot this week, I know if I let my guard down she'll have me first. This time I'm a step ahead of her. Hey Tom, mom I'm going for a night stroll. I'll be back in a bit. (Tom) Alright. (texting) Its time, tomorrow 7pm. (Ashley) Hey where'd you go? (Amiee) For a stroll. Why you miss me? (Ashley) In your dreams. I was just wondering if you know the plans for tomorrow? (Amiee)Not yet but I think it's time we planned on an escape from the parents and have some sisterly bonding. What do you think?
