MY DOORBELL RANG AND I KNEW THEY WERE HERE. GREAT. I FIXED MY HAIR AND RAN TO THE DOOR OPENING IT WITH A SMILE.

"Eleanor..."

"Heeeyy....come in...." I replied and opened the door.

"Thank you so much for fitting the '73 interview with Vogue in your busy schedule' "he one who was going to be interviewing me introduced gave the opening remarks and I smiled.

"Oh...it's all good...." I replied, still standing and rubbing my palms against one another.

"Alright let's do this. What's keeping you occupied these days???"

"Umm... doctor's appointments..."

"What has recently moved you??"

"Ummm...the fact that I can finally do a cartwheel."

"Oh.. fascinating. What's your favourite beverage???"

"Coffee. You want some???" I asked as we walked into the kitchen.

"I'll pass thanks. Some orange juice will do. You got some???" He asked and I looked at him puzzled. "Please...." I laughed and so did he. Fascinating.

"What's your favourite cocktail?"

"Margarita"

"Your favourite meal???"

"Um...that changes a lot. I mean...if we're just saying what I wish I could eat everyday if calories didn't exist then I'd say spaghetti and meatballs but right now...it's egg white salad..." I replied opening the fridge and taking out a carton of orange juice, from a Scottish Highlands brand and poured it in a glass, offering it to him.

"Thank you. So if you were to write a book , what would the title be??"

"Beautiful but unlucky...."

"Wow.....that's catchy. And what would the cover be??"

"Probably....a close shot of a girl's face who's looking down and has roses in her hair with huge thorns...."

"Jeez. Is that premeditated or your making it up right now?"

"Making it up right now" I replied resting my hands on the counter.

"What would you order at a drive through??"

"A cheese burger with extra extra cheese"

"What was the best birth present you've ever had??..."

"Adam...I met him on my 13th birthday and that's when we started dating"

"Ooo....do you think you guys will get married?"

"Totally...I don't know when but totally..."

"If you get a girl what will you name her?"

"Adelain..."

"Umm....the couch.."

"Oh No...."

"Any plans of getting one?"

"Umm...that's TBD for now..."

"Great. Do you like your neighbors??"

"We don't really have that neighbors click yet because I only came here like a few days ago but I love to watch them over our porch because our house is slightly higher than theirs. You wanna check it out??"

"Sure..."

"Do you swim?"

"Yes."

"Of course"

"Come on...." I shrugged my face and we both laughed.

"How about singing??"

"I need to enroll in a school for that..."

"What do you regret not doing as a child??"

"Ballet"

"What's the one thing you need to have in your fridge?"

"Egg white salad"

"With no yolk?"

"No Yolk. I hate yolks..." I replied resting in the porch and looking at the neighbors below.

"This sure is a good view....how often do you come here???"

"I just discovered this place yesterday and this is the second time am coming here....but I'll come as often as possible. I love to see kids from down below...."

"If your phone rang right now would you answer it??"

And before I answered that question, the landline phone actually rang.

"Yes...am definitely going to answer...." I replied rushing to pick the phone. It was Gemini. He was here to drop the scripts he said he had.

"That's my manager. He's here to drop scripts for me to look through...."

"Scripts??"

"Yes...like movie scripts...." I laughed as I replied while opening the door. I quickly received them and threw them on the table.

"When do you think you'll look at them?"

"Immediately after were done."

"Do you think you'll say yes to both??"

"No"

"At least one?"

"No"

"Why not....?"

"Because am apparently not supposed to be involved in any stranous activities and have to withdraw from public events for sometime and acting qualifies."

"Ooh okay...because of your sickness??"

"Yes"

"Have you ever Sued someone?"

"Yes actually. My agency lead among them..."

"May I ask why?"

"No. Don't ask" I replied leaning on the couch.

"Okay. That's a hard one but I won't..."

"Great...."

"If not actress what would you be??"

"Probably a singer."

"Why not a doctor?"

"I have specific phobia..."

"Are you afraid of heights?".

"No that I know of..."

"Have you ever googled yourself?"

"Yeah"

"Oh..so Eleanor what do you think when you you Google yourself??"

"I sit back and think, you should never Google yourself again....ever" I crossed my arms on my chest and he laughed.

"Did you have anything scheduled for this afternoon???"

"Actually yes...thanks for reminding me. I need to water our fruits...."

"Fruits???"

"You heard that right" I replied. "Hey Cloud... we're going out...do you wanna come??"

"Who are you talking to???"

"You'll see...." I replied and opened the door the very same moment when Cloud jumped down the stairs barking excitedly to go out. I don't usually allow him to do that because of the dirt and sickness he would get from the bad weather.

"Ooh...you've got a pet dog??"

"Yeah... donated to me as a get well soon gift."

"Why'd you name him Cloud??"

"Because he's as white as the clouds...."

"How often do you ever go walk with him?"

"I never" I replied filling the cane with water and pouring it over the fruits, line by line. It was a bit sunny and mostly humid which made me think it's a good day to water.

"Eleanor....what's the most expensive thing in your wardrobe...??"

"Hmm...most expensive thing....my Rosen diamond criss cross bikini set. It's literally made of diamonds...."

"No wonder...where'd you get it from?"

"I uh...I was the best model in the Wuhan Chinese golden lingerie pageant and that was the catch...."

"Do you have plans of selling it??"

"No...oh no...."

"If you had a chance to sell one thing from your wardrobe, what would it be??"

"If am being honest Rustom qualifies for both because I uh...loved my role as a middle aged Indian woman. I mean I've always secretly fancied Indians and deep deep down my heart I've always wanted to be one. Santa Claus knows very well...." I laughed it off and fortunately, he laughed with me.

"So that's what you wish for every Christmas.???..."

"Used to. But not anymore....and uh...it was my worst because I was physically and almost sexually assaulted while filming that movie which was the worst experience of my life..."

"Oo..sorry about that...."

"No pressure. Hey, do you wanna go back in the house??"

"I think am the one asking the questions...."

"Oops..." I sucked my lips in and bent down to carry Cloud.

"Lead the way...."

"Thank you...."

"Does this house have a backdoor?"

"Yeah....which leads into a jacuzzi and a medium rectangular sized swimming pool..."

"Uh..not being able to take a lot of selfies...."

"Bammer. Do you have a lot of celebrity friends??"

"Uh..not alot...I don't think am big on friendships..."

"What makes you laugh no matter what??"

"A bathtub of hot milk with rose petals...." I laughed after I saw him widen his eyes. "Sick I know...."

"No.....no...fair enough...."

"What do you wanna do now??"

"Umm... probably make dinner...."

"Am thinking spaghetti and meatballs...."

"Yes...."

"May I watch you make it?"

"I don't mind...." I replied walking into the kitchen and wearing my apron that says I am Eleanor.

I turned the stove on and placed my Hart branded pot on.

"What's your favourite line from a novel you've read???"

"Uh...'They say love is as beautiful as a rose and yet it pricks like one' copied as is from Maddox Portman's Spiky Love"

"What's the craziest life threatening thing you've ever done??"

"Uh...this one time I got a pimple on my face and I took a gun to shoot it off and get rid of it...."

"Oh my God..."

"I know...but it was necessary....I had an award ceremony that weekend and I couldn't afford anything like that...."

"Why did your manager personally come drop of your scripts and not your agent?"

"I don't have an agent."

"Why not...???"

"Uh...because am a sucker for crowd control....so I can't have the entire country following after me like some princess...."

"The crown isn't the only heavy thing you wear as a royal. It just teaches me not to jump in and judge other people as happy and fortunate when they're also fighting battles of their own...."

"Umm....no..." I replied opening the spaghetti packet and dropping them in the boiling water. "I don't think am ever going to be royal not to mention am not interested...so...weighing the numbers....it's a zero to a million...and the million being me never becoming a royal...."

"That's too strong and very promising...."

"What's your most memorable career moment of all times???"

"Um..shooting 'The Vandal' certainly fits in that space because I was the supporting actress and I didn't really have a lot of work cut out for me. Just three lines to memorise for the entire movie...." I replied and closed the pot.

"What's one accomplishment you're most proud of???"

"Being featured in Forbes Celebrity 100 list...and also being among the top three...."

"Oo..amazing...how often do you take pictures??"

"I take pictures when I have a photoshoot or when promoting a movie otherwise...I am photophobic. I know it's sounds cheesy but that's true....am working on it...." I laughed and sat down on the couch.

"Do you know we've actually asked you 74 questions???"

"Umm...now I know...." I laughed and hugged a cushion.

"Eleanor. We're very grateful for you to let us come over..."

"Oh no don't sweat it. It was getting a little lonely so me and Cloud here enjoy the company. Especially without my phone it's just....hard-ish...."

"Why don't you have a phone??"

"I lost my main phone so I bought another one yesterday but I haven't had time to ...uh...work with it...."

"I saw your video circulating on Instagram...."

"Umm yeah...I posted that using my boyfriend's phone...am probably going to come back like online tomorrow so...." I shrugged my hands and he nodded in agreement.

"Did I hear you say main phone??"

"Yeah I have two phones. My main phone and my backup phone....I lost my main phone so I replaced it..."

"Why not just use the backup phone??"

"Because it's a back up phone....and also it's mostly with Aaron so...." I shrugged my hands again.

"Who's Aaron?"

"My bodyguard..."

"Why doesn't live here??"

"Umm...because I don't think am supposed to answer to that and while we're at it....do you also remember you don't live here???"

"Oh yeah....yeah...thanks again for letting us come for this interview. The juice was nice. A good refresher over the 73 question course..."

"More like 80...." I laughed under my breath and nuzzled Cloud.

"You get onto that script reading thingy now....."

"Oh yeah...I probably forgot...am going to do that after I feed Cloud, finish making dinner and probably after I take an 8 hour nap..."

"So ....your script reading time is basically TBD....???"

"Ha! You got that right..."

"Great....I'll take my leave now...."
