What is happening

In the morning John went to investigate the lady's body from last night. She was missing several limbs and it looked as if her blood has been drained out of her body. Do the creatures suck out blood too? Who would of thought that John wouldnt know anything about these little demons but he helped create them. When John saw that her blood has been drained out of her body his skin turned pale. He ran back into the bunker and tried to calm himself. Then..Robyn walked in. John's heart rate got faster when he saw Robyn. In his head he thought that maybe it wasnt him but at the same time he didnt want to take the chance of trusting Robyn. "H-hello" said John trying not to shit himself in the process. Robyn just gave him a very unusual smile and went to grab breakfast. John was relieved but that smile made him think as to what it meant. Was it a friendly smile? Wait..does Robyn know that i figured out that he is one of the creatures?
