I am glad to know someone loves me

"Nolan Brother, what is happening between you two?", Hecate questioned.

Not knowing how to answer the question, "I am in no position to discuss about her matter with others. I am sorry. Don't get me wrong. If it was something that is related to me, I would have told you. But it's her thing. So...", He made his point that he doesn't want to talk about it.

Getting his point,

"That....Ok. But you are not allowed to leave hospital.", Hecate replied but is till sticking to her duty. She won't allow him unless she feel at ease of allowing him to leave. She heard that one of both of the patients from the emergency case had breathed the Carbon monoxide. It's their luck that it was treated in time. If not it could have possibly caused death.

"I will take Deuce as my personal doctor with me to home and won't work till I recover. I promise. Will you allow that? Its just, I don't want to go in front of her. If we meet in any circumstances her, it will be more complicated. You know that there are high possibility of coming across each other when we stay in the adjacent rooms. So please Hecate...", He pleaded his plea and wanted Hecate to understand his concern.

'Something is complicated in this. Or he won't insist on it this much.', She thought to herself. "Okay. And I will visit you often. You can't deny that. Also, If I find that you are still in the same condition, and you go back on your promise, I will bring you back here, no matter how much you resist or whatever reason you reason out. And that idiot he will get nicely from me. If you agree on this term, I will allow you. What are you saying?", She said in a bossy tone. Only she can bossy around him.

"No. I want you to keep her company. So I will behave. I will not give you a chance for that to happen.", Nolan caressed her hand. Hecate just smiled. "Whatever. But you became a sweet talker. Then See you. I will ask Deuce to process it. Remember. Don't go back on your words.", She left the room.

Nolan turned around and walked towards the French window on the other side and stood there staring at the outside.

Soon, procedures for Nolan's discharge was processed. He was ready to leave to his home. It's not his home in real sense. It's just one of his property in this city, where he stay when he come for his business. He in true case lives in City F.

when he was about to leave, Hecate went to Katina's ward,

"May I come in?", She asked in a playful manner. She never show this side to anyone beyond the people she like. It's not even a day they met, but Somehow she like Katina and in a way she is her Sister-in-law if she is the one Nolan likes. It's a undeniable fact that Nolan is Hecate's Cousin brother from her mother's side. But this duo looks more like the blood related siblings than the actual sibling pair.

"Yeah, please... You don't have to ask.", Katina who was standing by the French window turned around and said.

"It's okay. I am okay with asking for your permission. And it's fun playing with someone . Since you are someone important then I have to be careful for not disturb you.", Hecate came in.

"Me... Important.... That's not the case now.", Katina denied.

"Well you can't say that after seeing this result.", She waved the result file in her hand like a child that got first place.

"What results?", Katina wondered.

"Take a look by yourself." Hecate handed it.

As, she saw it. "My pregnancy....I am already aware of this.", She sat down.

"Not that One. Something is behind it.", Hecate said with a happy smile in her face.

Being puzzled by her mysterious look and smile Katina takes a look. She froze for a moment, It can be said as stunned.

"It was your own child. but the only difference between you and other pregnant women is that you are still a virgin while you are pregnant.", Hecate said in a soothing voice.

But that one phrase made her cry. She went through all sort of humiliation just because of her being pregnant not long ago. But now, She can be at ease that she didn't do something against her conscience knowingly or unknowingly. Tears began to get out of her eyes. But only tears came out, She is still silently watching the report in her hand. On seeing her like this Hecate panicked.

"What happened? Did I say something wrong?"

"No not at. All Thank you for letting me know this. But can I ask you a favor. Don't let this thing known to anyone. I don't want to live a life like my past again.", She said while wiping her tears and start to give a little uplift to her lip curves. She looked so beautiful like Aphrodite that descent down to earth to make all the people admire her.

"Indeed you both think alike.", Hecate said in a low voice. But that voice is more than enough to let it fall on Katina's ears.

"Who...both?", She wondered. She know she was not brought here alone. She remember someone came to her rescue when the fire was set and she was losing her consciousness in that abandoned warehouse. To her bad, As she was drowning into the Unconscious state, She clearly don't remember the face of the person who came. Only his voice echoed in her ears like it was in repeat mode.

"I am sorry, I was just excited that I let this out.", Hecate felt a bit guilty as she broke her promise.

"Is it the one that saved me?", Katina asked while she fix her gaze to the ground.

"Indeed he. But...", Hecate doesn't know how to handle the situation. She doesn't know what is going on in Katina's mind.

"He doesn't want to come before me.", Katina shifted her gaze from below to Hecate's eyes

"I don't know much. But he asked to keep his identity hidden to you.", Hecate reasoned out what she know.

."Then don't tell me about him. I too don't remember who he was As I only saw a blurred image. Just tell him that I am glad to know he loves me. But I don't think I will be able to love anyone again. But if he wanna come before me, I will be glad to see him.", Katina said what is in her mind right away. Though she is always reserved and introverted girl, She also someone who will make things clear right at the beginning before it gets complicated later in time.

"Are you not angry on him?", Hecate asked as she find that she is somewhat similar to him, Not somewhat. She is like him. Gloomy, straightforward, knows what she is talking and doing.

"Why should I? Indeed I am angry that he didn't come quickly to me. But I am glad on the thought that there is someone out there to love me, Doctor...", She made herself clear.

"Yes, And you can call me Hecate. Somehow I am like your sister-in-law. And I guess you are elder than me.", Hecate formally introduced herself.

"Sister-in-law?", Katina wondered.

"He is my cousin brother", Hecate replied.

"Then, Can I ask you a help?". Hecate nodded and Katina continued, "Arrange me to leave this city."

"I will think about it. But you need to be in hospital for a next few days. Till you recover. Or I won't let you have a good time.", Hecate ordered and began to tickle Katina.

"Ha ha ha ha", both of their sound filled the room.

Outside the ward, Nolan who came out and stopped by on hearing Hecate and Katina's conversation, "Looks like she can be lively again. Ask Hecate to accompany her more. As for what she asked I will arrange.", Nolan said to Deuce as he is still watching Katina playing with Hecate forgetting all the sadness. He is rest assured that she is ready to move forward with life leaving behind all the sad things where they are supposed to be.

"If you care this much about her why not be by her side.", Deuce who came to send him off asked.

"My love is by her side. I need not have to be by her side, I don't want her to force something like that again on her.", Nolan said and start walking his way. He doesn't want to part from her but. He decide to until she is ready to accept it.
