After a few talks, with her own concern, Katina was subjected to a lot of tests. Just to make sure she is perfectly alright Hecate did all necessary test. It felt like she was there to get a full body test. The result of all the test took a while to land on Hecate's table. While going through those test results, one thing surprised Hecate the most. She simply can't understand the facts that are presented in the result of her Trans vaginal ultrasound. a small portion of thin, fleshy tissue in the image caught her attention. According to her knowledge and understanding of virginity in eyes of medical and scientific world, this tissue should have been torn out since she is pregnant. But from her observation, it looks normal.
She went to confirm it with the lab technician. But the result was same. It left her confused. It is rare to see this. Since she grew a bit suspicion, she decided to do the two finger test on Katina. It will her her get a clarification.
She convinced Katina with her technically built up lie and performed the test. This time she herself done it. The result was something unbelievable give the fact that she is pregnant. She took copies and copies of the report and decided to sent it to her professor under whom she is doing her research thesis.
She dropped the idea on the thought of how secretive Deuce acted. But indeed she searched through the net to know the exact condition. Something amazing showed up among all the possible result a search engine can come up with. She immediately called her professor to get clarity. But her bad, he didn't picked up the phone. She left a voice note and waited for his answer.
After a hour long wait, She received a call from her professor. after discussing for a while, Hecate came to a conclusion. She rushed to find her brother. But she can't find him. while searching for her brother around the hospital he asked the nurses passed by. Most of the time she got an answer Don't know and a very few reminded her saying that they saw him wandering around the VIP wards. With the adequate information that she required, she rushed to the VIP ward.
When she reached the ward, she heard the conversion. With a what she heard she can say who is it. She entered the room.
It was indeed a surprise for her to see Nolan there.
Nolan, a man in his mid twenties with a well toned sculpture like body and a handsome face which can steal all the glance of people especially woman towards him. He can be said as a Rare handsome who appear on every girl's dream. But this rare beauty have a manufacturing defect. He doesn't show his expression that much. You can say, there is no such characteristic called Emotion and expression in his biological function manual.
Right after entering the room, the first thing that caught Hecate's eyes was the plasters wrapped around his torso and arms which was clearly exhibited by the shirt which he wore one side. "How come you are hurt this bad. And Deuce, why you didn't tell me?"
Poor Deuce, He get caught in this mess. She will torn him apart if he didn't give him a reasonable reason. One may wonder what is a reasonable reason. To Hecate, if she get convinced by the reason it is a Reasonable Reason.
"It was just a little injury. Why Make it a big issue.", Nolan said as if it is nothing serious to make fuss out of it.
"How come I don't care about you. First tell me how you got injured and....
WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT GOING WHEN YOU NEED TO TAKE REST", The first phrase came out in a tone of concern, while the second landed giving a chilling sensation to whoever heard it.
"Oh my goodness, The devil mode is On. Don't drag me in this. Whatever you wanna ask ask him. Anyhow You can't escape now Nolan. Don't blame me.", He said while backing.
"I rescued someone and this happen...", he answered while getting dresses and Noticed the file in her hand.
"Don't tell me that pregnant lady is the one you rescued.... There is no such a coincidence.", She just bluntly asked her speculation with a doubt in his mind.
"Why I have such a stupid sister?", Deuce compliant.
Nolan just gave a look to Hecate. She get the meaning of the look. It's neither a Yes, nor a denial.
"Who are you calling stupid? you stupid", She lashed out on Deuce. They can't help but be the snake and mongoose no matter where it is.
"I clearly stated not to mention any detail of him rescuing that lady", Deuce defended himself from her who raised her hand to beat him. But sure, she won't miss her target. A strong blow landed on his shoulder.
"Clearly who is stupid, Did I mention... Wait, are you saying that Nolan brother indeed Rescued someone. My goodness.", She got the shock of the day. But that seemed like a solution to the thoughts she was having in her mind. Making up her mind, "Then I guess it is appropriate to discuss this with you Nolan Brother." She showed the file to him.
