Chapter 46

Next morning I woke early and Noah was not there probably gone for his run. I took a shower and got dressed. I went downstairs and made breakfast for all of us. I was having my coffee when Anna came downstairs all dressed.

"Good morning Maya. Up early?" she said.

"Yeah. Come have your breakfast."

"Oh yes. And by the way Noah has gone to Steve's to pick up some of his stuff as he's returning back to the college today."

"Of course he is. How can I forget that."

Me and Anna had our breakfast and Anna left for her school. Jess was not well so she was not coming with me today, so I locked the house and sat inside the car and called Noah on speaker.

"Morning. Sorry I left without telling." he said.

"No problem. By what time are you going to the airport?"

"I'll be heading out in like thirty minutes."

"You could have told me that earlier in the morning."

"It's fine Maya. Steve will drop me and you please continue with your normal life."
