Chapter 30

It was 1:30 at night and Noah was still not home. I was so sleepy and tired but kept on laying there. Finally after ten minutes Noah was home.

"Why are you still awake Maya? Isn't it too late." he complained.

"I was just not sleepy." I lied.

"Well I can see that. Your eyes are bloodshot red and you really need to sleep."

"I exactly know what I have to do."

"Of course." he said and he went towards the stairs.

"Wait Noah."

"What?"

"The dinner is in the fridge. I'll microwave it, you have it."

"Thanks. But why don't you just stop ignoring me."

"Well it will be heated in a minute. Good night."

"Good night Maya."

I walked to my room and slept. I was so tired today afer so much of work. Tomorrow Amelia and Steve would be coming in the afternoon as its Christmas Eve tomorrow.

I woke up early next morning and took a shower and wore a casual wear so that I can dress up later.
