5 CHAPTER 5:A GENTLE TOUCH

Reynolds rushed to Regan's side, worried and confused. He checked Regan's temperature and realized he had a slight fever. Unable to get the attention of the busy maids, Reynolds took it upon himself to care for Regan.

He gently covered Regan with a blanket, placed a cool cloth on his forehead, and sat by his side. As Regan regained consciousness, the first thing he saw was Reynolds, and their connection deepened.
