Chapter 4 : YOU WANTED ME TO APPROACH?

Damn these girls !! If they would not have been belonging to Vicky's group, I would have given them a piece of my mind. I am not afraid of Vicky or his goons. He was my idol, my adorable and loving cousin, my mentor like friend. Everything shattered last year. We were most of the times being at each other's place rolling and slopping likes douches on couches. He had a blonde girlfriend and honestly I despised her (no, not for racism). Because she was with him for his reputed status and looks. I think her name was Cassie. Vicky is barely shorter to my height (that's six feet), has a dusky shade, oval wide eyes and and broad biceps. He even taught me the gymming skills to have a perfect body.

But I am not a couple mender. I tried listing my opinion to him and his reaction conveyed he too just needed her beauty. I am not gonna deny, she was attractive. I gave up on them and maintained a distance when she was around him. Until one day last year we were lounging around playing games on his PS4 when she arrived with bloodshot eyes as if she was crying for hours. She slapped him that imprinted her fingers on his cheek.

Cassie : I told you to stop !! What did he ever do to you ?? HE IS HOSPITALISED BECAUSE OF YOU !!

I : How dare you behave like that to my brother !! What are you talking about? Why would be anyone in hospital for him?

CASSIE : Oh that naive you are, aren't you? You aren't even aware about half of the things. I don't blame you. I was living under his myths even after discerning his deeds. I was more of a dumb rather than naive to be honest.

VICKY : Stop creating such a big scene sweetheart. He will be fine. I will take you to your favourite restaurant for dinner tomorrow, before that we will also go and get some gifts for you to make it up.

ANOTHER SMACK FROM CASSIE

CASSIE : I am freaking done with you. Your reputation is gonna last hardly for another week. I can't be with you anymore. WE ARE OVER ! (with that she left).

At any other circumstance I would have been happy, but my mind occupied other important things for the moment.

I : What was she talking about Vicky? You better not lie to me.

VICKY : Nothing little champ. There is a boy in our college, junior to us, whom I and my group were interacting personally and making him caught up about who is superior. Apparently he was too fragile to cope up with us so now he is in hospital. I went to visit him, there is nothing to worry about. The doctors said he will be set free within 2 days. The unfortunate thing is we have to look for another sheep to behead now. (He said in a casual manner while I was burning with hot rage beam).

I : Am leaving now and definitely not returning back to you. From now on the only relationship we have is uncle Ravi and dad are siblings (I said through my gritted teeth and left the room he was living in).

I was in my second year of high school at that time. I never thought I would go for the same university as Vicky's, not to mention one of the best though. I tried my best to contact the guy whom Vicky injured to help him out. I made an oath that very day, that I am gonna make Vicky pay his deeds. Not only him but his entire group. I haven't met Vicky for an year now but being in touch with his group members to keep track of everyone of them. Of his group as compared to boys, girls are a better catch to keep them lurking around me. I am entertaining their drama just for my oath. I am a man of my words.

It's one of the features common in every girl. They just want men who is either good looking or has money. They are vile, selfish, untrustworthy souls. As long as you behave like their pet, they are with you. Deny them once and they are forgone. I think some of Vicky's gymming skills is really helping me to ruin him. I am aware of this spectacular feature of girls' since middle school. After that day of the last year of middle school, except two, I don't trust a single feminine soul. One is of course mom and the other is Tanya.

Advik and I have been friends since play school. We are the best of the champ buddies. Till this date it's only him who knows what happened in my middle school. I thought things would get rough between us when Tanya joined our high school. But almighty, correct me if I am wrong that Tanya is one hell of a woman. She is kind, caring, sarcastic and oh lord how handy at times. She really adores Advik. I am happy for Advik. He has an average height of 5'10, has subtle beard, and is no shade darker than fair. He is a really kind and polite and deserves nothing more or nothing less than Tanya.

There must be some default in me. But I don't give half of my s*#t to it. I have always learnt about how no one gets anything less than destiny and anything before the right time. I am contained with the experience I have about features of women.

Advik and Tanya are well informed about my oath. God blessed me with two such friends, who decided to have an aim as same as me knowing for what I am about to step in. We decided to start executing our plan from the first day of college itself.

On the first day, when Advik wanted to have some private time with Tanya, I was mentally plotting my plan. That's when I saw her. A girl who was having jet black semi curly hair, has round wide eyes, a needle like sharp nose, she has let loose her curly locks that covered her cute round and slight chubby face and had glossy lips. Observing her face, didn't look like she has used much makeup. She was carrying some books, had ultra rated confident aura around her and had put on a cheerful and happy smile. Seeing her excitement I assumed she was a first year like me. But I wanted to confirm it. I went closer and bumped to her intentionally to get a look over her books and identity card. Since high school I had seen many girls rolling and devouring me. I never paid attention to them but this girl honestly was doing something to me that I couldn't name with just her glistening eyes.

She was wearing a peacock blue top which imprinted lilies on it. It hugged her body warmly and she paired them with jet black jeans that matched with her hair and crimson red sandals. My previous experiences taught me, girls pretend they don't like bad boys but secretly adore them. When I prevented her from the fall, she didn't say anything and I took the chance to converse first.

She bickered with me for a while and seeing my card, she went away from my sight as if I have 4 eyes instead of two. I was reckoned from Tanya later during the classes that her name is Roma and that they are roommates. I wanted to tease her and to some extend I wished to test her about whether she is confident in crashing words with just me or she can stand up for herself in front of Vicky's group too. I was making sure everything is under control that day. There was definitely no danger for her but I still wanted her to believe that there is absolute no requirement to feel inferior even in my absence. Thankfully I was proved correct. She just doesn't pretends her aura to be confident.

For the past seven days I have been going to the library to check on her (sorry I know it's creepy). She must be thinking of me as a stalker but she matters more than her ridiculous opinions about me. (Woh! Did I just said that a random girl who disrespected me is a matter of importance. But I never checked upon Tanya, oh stop it conscience) Yesterday she was busy in doing her assignments in the library but while packing forgot to include it in her bag. I wanted to call out her but the warden shushed me. I went to her place, contacted Tanya to come downstairs and hand it down to her.

Talking to her a few minutes after handing down the assignment I left the place with just one thought in my mind. (No, not about the submission of the assignment. I have completed it). Will she thank me that I came over to her place for giving the assignment or be all ungrateful? I did it out of courtesy of course, I don't need her reply (conscience: oh, you sure do). I shut my conscience up and drifted to peaceful sleep, excited for the next morning.

I woke up with grumpy calls of Tanya over phone with Advik.

TANYA ON PHONE : She left without telling me! Please come and pick me up or I would be late for the class. There is something wrong with her.

I jumped from my bed hearing Roma is facing trouble. Advik and I reached for Tanya to pick her up and started for college. We stopped at the gate to look for Roma. She was sitting in the garden, that's the heart of the university. Her head was hung down buried in her hands. All of us went to her.

TANYA : What's wrong Roma? ( she didn't responded) Why are you being so strange?(She asked more firmly).

ROMA : What were you doing with this douchebag last night? (She asked, pointing her finger at me).

TANYA : Oh dear, you are getting it wrong. You forgot your assignment at library yesterday so he came over to return it. He called me downstairs to give it to me.

ROMA : It was my assignment. Couldn't you call me downstairs for handing it over to me.( she said to me accusingly).

I : Definitely sweetheart but I have no source of how to contact you. That mysterious you are (I said it with a wink).

ROMA : Oh really, well you could have maybe approached to me during all these days in the library for my number.

I : You wanted me to approach you, han ( I said it with a smirk and half smile)

She blushed furiously. Oh my feisty fireball, cat got your tongue? But she looked really cute with a angry and embarrassed pout. So I didn't think twice to compliment.

I : You look so adorable when you are angry. (She gave me a death glare while Advik was asking through his eyes about when I went to their hostel)

Roma dragged Tanya by her arm to have some girl talk in privacy without arguing.While I explained everything to Advik.
