68 Summer Holidays
"Yo bro, when I said I need a bigger and better house, I didn't mean to give me a mansion overnight bro." Issei talked to Sirzechs over the phone.
"Oh? Are you not satisfied with it? If you're not, then I'm sure the construction company I hired would gladly have a big refund and tear the house down to what it was back then. " Sirzechs replied, clearly teasing him. Issei gulped.
" O-on second thought, this house is perfect for the Red Dragon Emperor and his future wives to live in. " Issei stuttered. Sirzechs laughed gently.
" No need to be nervous. It's alright Issei, the mansion costs me nothing. Consider it a reward from the Satan Lucifer for helping us deal with the terrorists the other day. " Sirzechs assured him. Issei sighed.
" Thank you for helping."
"No. Thank You, Issei! You have done your job very well by protecting and taking very good care of Rias and Sona. Me and Serafall-chan truly owe you a lot for how much you have done for our little sister's wellbeing." Sirzechs thanked him gratefully. Issei chuckled, feeling embarrassed and happy at how much praise he was getting.
"As such, I will give you one more favor. Tell me what you want, I'll make it come true." Sirzechs added. Issei smirked evilly.
"I propose a Rating Game between us, Sirzechs. How does that sound? "
" Hoho! Do tell me more. Issei. "

"For our summer holidays, we're traveling to the underworld! All of us are going! Even you, Issei!" Rias declared happily. Issei smiled at that.
"Between our training and all the other events going on. We won't be coming back here until August. " Rias explained while looking at her diary.
" So we'll be gone for most of the summer break then. Hah, and here I thought we could visit the beach together. " Issei sighed sadly.
" We don't have the ocean in the underworld. But we do have a pretty big lake. There are also pools and hot springs too. Does that work? " Rias asked him. Issei smiled and nodded.
" That's perfect!" Issei gave her a thumbs up.
"Lewd fantasies are forbidden." Koneko muttered while looking at him warily. Issei chuckled nervously and scratched his head.
"If we have time, I'd love to go on a date with you, Issei." Rias whispered. Issei's grin broadened.
"That makes it even better! I'm having a date with Rias! That means I'm gonna have a date with you girls too! " Issei pointed at Akeno, Asia, Koneko and Xenovia. Akeno blushed a little at the forward gesture. Rias pouted, she wanted to be the only one but she couldn't argue with him.
"You guys seem excited. Did you fit me in your schedule, Rias?" Azazel asked. Everyone looked at him.
"When did you get here?" Kiba asked him.
"Through the front door, obviously. You guys need to learn how to sense energy signatures. That's one thing we'll work on during our stay in the underworld. Now, please answer my question. " Azazel looked at Rias who nodded.
" It's already done, Azazel-sensei." Rias replied. Azazel nodded.
"Good. Now let's get to training, just because it's summer break doesn't mean any of you could slack off! "
" Yes, Sensei! "

It was the day of departure to the underworld. Everyone was gathered at the train station located in Kuoh Town.
Rias led the way. She arrived in front of a plain white door and pulled out a key card. "There's a hidden level underneath this station." She revealed before waving the card in front of a small machine on the wall. The machine beeped before the door opened automatically.
They entered the room and stepped on the descending escalator. "How did no one find out about this place?" Issei asked.
" It's a route reserved exclusively for Devils. There are some invisibility barriers cast on the door so normal humans would never find their way down here. There are actually quite a few secret spaces created for devils in this city, just like this one." Rias explained to him. They then arrived in a massive long room. Everyone was purely focusing on the large crimson colored bullet train in front of them.
"It's the Gremory Family train, all aboard!♪" Rias shouted in a sing song manner.
After settling into their seats on the train. Issei was bored, extremely bored. But he didn't get bored anyway as soon as Akeno sat on his dick and snuggled her ass into it. She even grabbed Issei's left hand and put it on her thick left thigh.
"Mm~!" Akeno moaned in satisfaction. Kiba coughed awkwardly and looked away. Rias walked over and crossed her arms childishly.
"Akeno! Stop taking advantage of the time I'm away! And you too Asia! " Rias looked at Asia who was snuggling up into Issei's right arm.
" You shouldn't be that attention hungry all the time, Rias. Everyone deserves a piece of my attention. You can't take it all to yourself." Issei scolded her lightly. Rias blushed and looked down.
" Sorry, Issei. " Rias apologized. Issei chuckled and patted her head.
" It's alright, Rias." Issei whispered. Suddenly, someone approached them. It was an old man wearing a militarized train conductor uniform.
" Princess Rias, may I prepare the new members for arrival?" The train conductor asked for permission. Rias stepped aside.
" Greetings, I am Reynaldo. The conductor of this train. " Reynaldo introduced himself with a bow while taking off his hat. Akeno immediately got off Issei while blushing in embarrassment.
Reynaldo then used a scanning device to determine whether or not Rias' entire peerage is here. The chess pieces record their personal info upon reincarnation. It's like an I. D.
"I've confirmed all of you. Which means all of you're clear to enter the Devil Realm." Reynaldo reported.
" Thanks Reynaldo. There's only Issei and Azazel left. And Azazel is sleeping in what used to be enemy territory." Rias giggled at Azazel who was snoring while sleeping soundly. Reynaldo chuckled and collected the passports from Issei. Once Issei was clear for entry, he then gently woke up Azazel who immediately gave him his own passport.
"We will cross the dimensional border momentarily." Reynaldo reported while checking his watch.
"Almost in the Devil Realm. Take a look out of the window." Rias invited them. Everyone except for Azazel looked out of the window.
"How wonderful!" Asia shouted happily while looking out of the window.
"Woah...." Issei voiced his surprise.
"Welcome to Gremory Territory. " Rias introduced them.
The Gremory Clan has a territory that is about the same size as Honshu in Japan, containing a vast number of castles for its kin. A very rich territory, it also has a developed industry.
In the clan's territory is an area with a well shaded forest and a mountain range filled with high mountains. One of these mountains is taller than the highest mountain in Japan, Mount Fuji, with an elevation extending 4000 meters. There is also a huge lake in this area.
Issei chuckled.
"I can see why she acts spoiled all of the time.....
