58 Gasper the Dhampir

"Issei, are you happy that we met?" Rias asked as she was lying on Issei's bed face first while hugging a pillow. Issei was sitting at the bedside playing with her crimson hair.

"Of course I am. I'm so happy, I wanna shout it out to the world about how happy I am. I feel like my soul is more complete now after meeting you. " Issei replied with a grin on his face. Rias smiled.

"What do you think about me and you marrying each other? " Rias asked suddenly. Issei smirked at her slyly.

" Is that supposed to be a hint, Rias? It's pretty unfortunate that I don't have a ring with me right now. I would've dropped down right then and there. " Issei asked her. Rias giggled and shook her head.

" Not like that, Issei! I meant to ask what will happen after we get married." Rias corrected. Issei hummed.

"Just so you know, you're not the only one I'm marrying. I'm marrying all at the same time. " Issei added.

" I know that. The future is so vague and unknown. I'm kinda scared about what will happen in the future What if the three-way conference goes wrong and all hell broke loose? What if we go to war? " Rias asked out loud.

" Don't say that, Rias. Your brother is a very intelligent and calm person. He would not resort to war. The three factions won't either. They know the consequences dearly. We will not be going to war anytime soon." Issei assured her. Rias nodded.

" Besides, we shouldn't be worrying about the future or even the past that much. We should be focusing on the present, on what we're doing right now. We should focus on it and get better as the days go by. If you worry about the future, you will end up doing nothing to prepare for your future. " Issei ranted while Rias listened intently.

" Do you see what I'm saying? " Issei asked her to which Rias nodded back.

"I get it now. Thank you for telling me this, I needed it." Rias muttered and smiled at him. Things were silent for a while. Rias suddenly sat up and cupped Issei's face with her hands.

" Chu~!" Rias gave a sloppy kiss to Issei. She blushed a little after the kiss. Issei smiled at her.

"Aww.... Rias wants some attention. How cute." Issei chuckled and cupped her face. Rias pouted.

"Chu~!" Issei gave her a quick kiss. He then started kissing her intensely and brought her down onto the bed.

They started French kissing with Issei quickly dominating since he has the most experience. Suddenly, he was pulled away from Rias.

He looked to see it was Asia who was pouting angrily at Rias. Rias deadpanned at her.

"Excuse me, Asia. Would you mind not interfering when me and Issei are being affectionate with each other?" Rias asked her.

"You're a meanie, Buchou." Asia grumbled. She looked at Issei.

"If Buchou kissed you, then maybe I should too!" Asia declared. She let Issei sit on the bed again and then sat on his lap.

She looked into Issei's blue eyes and puckered up her lips. Issei smirked in amusement.

"Chu~!" Asia widened her eyes as Issei kissed her aggressively. She had expected a gentle kiss, but Issei destroyed those expectations immediately. Asia loved the rough kissing though. Rias pouted and huffed.

Issei didn't forget about her. He pulled her in closer so that her ass was facing the air and her face was staring at his dick.

" In this room lies my other Bishop. " Rias explained while her, Issei and her peerage were standing in front of a door that had yellow tape covering every inch of it.

She then went on to explain how the Bishop was the biggest earner amongst her peerage by using a laptop to make contracts with humans.

"A complete shut in huh? Sounds like a fun guy to be friends with." Issei muttered.

"She's not a guy, Issei." Kiba whispered in his ear.

"Even better!!!" Issei shouted with a grin on his face. Rias giggled and touched the door. The seals put on it were immediately burnt to a crisp with Rias' Power of Destruction.

"NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!"

Everyone heard a powerful scream of despair coming out of the room. Issei raised an eyebrow at it.

"Good to see your full of energy, Gasper-chan." Rias commented with a smile.

" Wh-why are you here?! " Gasper stuttered out.

" My my. The seal's been undone. You can leave now, Gasper-chan. How about you come with us?" Akeno offered.

"No!! I wanna stay here! I don't like people!" Gasper denied immediately. Issei chuckled and went into the room by himself. He saw what Gasper looked like and was in disbelief.

Gasper has platinum blond hair and pinkish-violet eyes. Her hair is styled in a short bob cut with several small fringes over her forehead, and she has pointed ears. She wears Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform with thigh-high socks, creating a Zettai Ryōiki (Japanese for "absolute territory").

"Kawaii...." Issei whispered and knelt down in front of her. She was holding a doll and shaking in feat.

"Hey, you don't need to be scared of us. We mean no harm to you." Issei raised his hands as proof. Gasper gulped.

" My name is Issei Hyoudou. I'm the Red Dragon Emperor of Domination." Issei introduced himself.

" So scary.... " Gasper whispered. Issei chuckled.

" What's your name? " Issei asked her. Gasper looked up at him shakily.

" M-my name is G-gasper Vladi. I-I'm a Dhampir." Gasper introduced herself. Issei smiled.

"You have a beautiful name, Gasper. C'mon, let's become friends." Issei held out his hand at her, Gasper widened her eyes. Her eyes then glowed and had a strange pattern on it.

"Eep!!"

Issei blinked and Gasper wasn't in front of him anymore. He scratched his head and looked at Gasper who was sobbing while hugging her doll tightly. Issei sighed.

He got up and arrived in front of Gasper again.

"I froze the world again. I'm so dumb. So dumb." Gasper sobbed while wiping her tears away. Issei shook his head.

"You're not dumb, Gasper. It's not your fault that your powers are uncontrollable. I can help you with that though. Do you want me to help you with that? " Issei offered. Gasper looked at him with wide eyes.

" You can? How?" She asked him. Issei smiled and held out his hand gently in front of her.

"Follow me and I'll show you how...
