~Ozpin POV~

*Sip*

"Ah… so… how did the mission go?"

"Nothing went right at all."

"Sorry Ozpin but the boy got away."

"Yeah, a bunch of Grimm took us by surprise."

"I see…"

"And miss Goodwitch. I can clearly see it from my Scroll you had quite the trouble against mister Burn quite a peculiar spell if I do say so myself."

Have to admit I thought my most trusted people will be able to find the young man and arrange to meet together to talk about his future.

I mean how does one teen get this lucky or unlucky depending on who's viewpoint this was to avoid a group of professional Huntsman and Huntresses as well as a Legend and yet fail to meet the young man?

Even Glynda was caught off guard by what the boy did as he managed to ignore her Semblance effects with one spell.

Although in hindsight I think that was partially my fault as they never fought prepared against a magic user before.

New Maidens with no practice to use their powers without guidance are as dangerous as any ordinary Powerful individual but few teams are usually needed to take them down.

One person alone even with the powers of a Maiden can't do much without knowing the right incantations or spells to make the magic function otherwise it's just them being creative with their elemental magic.

But him on the other hand…

He seems to truly grasp what Magic is truly capable of.

I'm more impressed with his work of the spell or incantation he used to distort time and space for a brief period of time to I dare say ignore the effects of the world.

Something I never really saw in my countless years in my heyday anyone talented enough to cast that much for such little effect.

But no matter what little the effect his spell did it certainly got the job done.

And according to Maria that he must have either one who has a master or better yet a talented magic castor in this era where magic is essentially nonexistent anymore.

That alone meant how truly creative and talented his use of magic is.

And his, not even a Maiden.

Although it could be possible that Albus is the son of Salem as well since we have given birth to our girls that used magic and got lucky on his mother's side of things.

But that doesn't really hold up why he doesn't stay with Salem but if not then where exactly has this person been?

Glancing my eyes towards my inner circle I began to speak to them about their goal that they admittedly failed to accomplish, "Sigh… as much as I would hate to admit it. It seems like the situation has gotten out of hand meeting Albus Burn again. He's quite crafty or lucky to evade a whole group after him."

They responded in silence letting my words sink in as they all held their heads down.

Especially on the alternate Team RWBY from what I got from their reports once they reached the White Fang camp in the area talking about Albus they were only vague about the location and their concern for them making their trail to find and recruit him goes cold.

And Glynda also failed to seize the young man to preferably talk to about somethings and safety but alas managed to run away.

Sigh…

Sighing out my breath I began to talk to them in a calm manner as I talked to them, "Sigh… I see that we have our own concerns seeing the boy left. For now – "

*BEEP*

*BEEP*

Huh?

Glancing at my Scroll screen I suddenly got an unknown number I raised my eyebrow as did the rest of my group as I took the call, "Ahem. Hello this Headmaster Ozpin of Beacon Academy how may I be of service miss or sir?"

"Ozma."

Hearing the voice belonging to was female I was on high alert but not before I saw the three react to this as I get a feeling of who this is as I ask them but also Qrow before continuing, "Sorry but Qrow can you leave a minute. And you too as well Amber I believe you two deserve your break while the rest listen in."

They blinked confused but agreed as they soon left through the elevator I began to talk to the girl in question in a calming tone, "Hello miss you wouldn't happen to be alternate miss Weiss Schnee of your Team RWBY would you?"

"Wait you already know…!"

Yup.

This confirms it is from the alternate team RWBY teammate but next a male voice was heard as he spoke quite rashly, "Hey Weiss if Ozpin knows us…! Then that means our friends are there with them!?"

"JAUNE!"

Now that got an interesting response seeing that Team RWBY managed to hear their friend's voice.

Seems like we have many things to do still.

"It's great to hear you're guys' voices… We're approaching towards Vale City Port side."

"It will be great to see you guys again…"

"Don't worry Weiss will meet you at the port! That's a promise!"

Being amused seeing the scene I guess searching for the boy will be put on hold for now –

"We managed to escape from Merlot Island using one of his airships!"

"Yeah, we have to do something about him soon!"

~Albus POV~

Flying across the sky during the night sky now as Emerald and Neo were sleeping as I was keeping myself up as I glance at the sky hoping to finish this before falling asleep.

"Ah…"

Man, I'm getting tired.

This is certainly a first better find a place to land for the night since I'm really tired.

Hmm…

Glancing around the seas of Vale I managed to find an island I glanced through it as I don't recall it being on one of Vale's maps.

Perhaps an unrecognized island?

Quite possible.

Thinking that this might be for the best of choice I smirked and thought this might make for a good detour and try to set up camp and make a fortified base.

Although I should probably get ready to give myself a quirk.

Shame I can't choose what I get since it's all based on D.N.A. even with me using the stone because the results will be… random for any better sense of using the word.

Quirks worked on biology-based and it relies on D.N.A. for it to work sadly though it's all in luck for me to get a good or not quirk I get.

Hell, I could even get a mutation-based one even.

But considering I'm going to need a little power in the future there is no problem investing some more in the future.

*Zzzz*

Using my Stone I began to change up my biology to give me a quirk changing up my bone structure to match the description to obtain a quirk as I let it begin to form inside my own body as I wanted to be sure I have everything secured to my advantage.

Waiting for the flashes of red lightning effects of Alchemy to be done and taking a look at myself with my Ult. Eye as –

Really?

Blinking a bit I spoke to myself rather surprised as I began to mumble to myself, "Really? I was hoping for more along the lines of New Order, All for One, or Danger Sense. But…"

The info I got was certainly… interesting…

The one I got was from a side character from the movie useful in some ways.

My quirk is Cell Activation.

Cell Activation allows its user to activate the cells in their body or another person's body through touch. This increases regeneration, and recovery time, and can even improve the physical condition of the body.

And my version heals all if need be but does come with the weakness of Cell Activation drains the user's stamina when activated, and continued usage can cause fatigue.

But…

Grinning a bit and testing out my Quirk I saw red and black lights surround my hand and then… turned completely black within my control as I began to use the full power my Homunculi body can give.

Now, this… my quirk essentially just unlocked ALL my body functions of my Homunculi body…

Oh, baby…

This is what I need to gain a good healing factor and greater body manipulation at its finest.

Ult. Shield-like body yes, please!

The ability I'm talking about is Molecular Mutability.

Because Homunculi bodies in the FMA universe do not have souls, the constituent molecules that constitute the Homunculi's bodies can be rearranged to form other substances or to grant shape-changing abilities.

The Homunculus Greed is able to rearrange the carbon bonds in his skin to turn it into diamond-hard armor; Gluttony's saliva is acidic enough for him to bite and chew through and digest substances of any hardness; Lust is able to change the shape of her fingers and form them into long-reaching lance-like weapons, and Envy can change the shape of his body into the form of any person or animal, or even into crude weaponry.

For some reason, this ability gives all of the Homunculi the ability to create their own clothing. It is black and can either cover or remain beneath the red circle patterns that decorate their limbs.

And I HAVE that power in my command with some practice as I turn off my Ult. Shield.

But at least I have diamond-like armor and control my acidity along with shape-shifting…

I wonder…

If I activate my Cell Activation if I eat something can I command my cells to take the D.N.A. or characteristics of my target of what I consume to gain their abilities?

I mean it did say improve physical conditions so it might be a stretch whether that's possible or not?

Hmm…

Testing this idea for later.

Oh, I can certainly play around with this later.

But the first time to land on the island and set up camp.

With that in my mind, I began to land my airship on the island.

Hopefully its not something too dangerous for me to handle.
