Blinking my eyes a bit I have to admit telling Maria about what happened seems to be very much easier than I expected it to be.
Then again I did give her info she once told me from her older self but…
How did she become so young again!

And I didn't expect her to be such… low-down person I think?
I would think she would be a cranky person but…
Shaking my head at this I began to tell Maria everything about what happened in the future that could happen as well as tell her about the details about her own past that ONLY she would know.
She seems to have bought it once I explained one term that catches her attention.
Salem.
At least that's what she seems to have bought my words of the future as she sighs at me shaking her head as she spoke to me questionably, "Sigh…. Kid this is a lot to take in… but… what you said is a bunch of mumbo jumbos but… This Salem isn't the first time I heard about her. In fact, you would be the second I heard the name."

I thought Ozpin kept it a secret from anyone learning it so how did Maria know immediately?
That was when Maria began to question me as she saw the confused expression on my face as she spoke, "I see… From the looks on your face, it seems that you didn't expect I would already have known about this Salem person. Thing. Would explain for the kid behavior earlier…"

Shaking her head she began to explain to me what she wanted to hear as she takes a sip of her coffee as spoke, "Ah… Tell me everything you know about Salem kid. And DON'T leave out any details. Lay it to me think about her."
This is a new look I see on Maria.

Her conflicted look says a lot but…

"Fine, I'll tell you what I know about Salem."
With that, I began to tell her everything I knew about Salem as I explain everything to her.

She didn't take it well when I explained everything I knew about Salem as she threw the teacup cracking it and spooking me as I managed to hear her mumbling as she clutches her hands on her head.
"I may have royally fucked up."
Hearing her words I frown at this as I began to ask some questions of my own, "What do you mean you messed up Maria?"
Listening to my words Maria sighs at me before thinking for a bit before she asked rather reluctantly no hesitating to me, "So… Ruby right? Tell me in your Remnant did this kid named Albus Burn was around in your world? Any breakthroughs of such? Like for fighting martial arts, medicine, or useful arts like Alchemy?"
Huh?
Tilting my head at this I don't believe I heard anyone named Albus Burn.
Roman Torchwick and someone named the Burns Farm home between Mistral City and Argus is that what she meant?

Shaking my head to Maria and to myself I don't believe there were any breakthroughs nor Alchemy?
Was there a great scientist that uses Dust Alchemy in Remnant I don't think it's that great?
Pretty simple if you ask me.
Judging from Maria's expression though paling at the idea as she glances at the mirror with her face losing color is starting to make me worry.
That was when I began to hear Maria speak out in conflicted tone as she began to talk with some concern but also surprised me hearing the first person who informed her, "So… the Kid didn't make it in your world huh? He was the first-ever to mention Salem in great worry. And if Salem gets him or died… shit… fuck… she already did in your version."
Hearing those words I'm beginning to get worried as I don't know who this person is?
Albus Burn?
I never heard of him but from the way Maria is describing him she places him in great importance judging the way she describes him.
Still I never once heard of him but the way she mentions him it sounds like Salem is after this Albus guy, right?
Then does that mean Salem actively sees her as… a… real… threat…
My eyes slowly widen at the thought although I shake my head off that idea.
Yeah right…
Salem is immortal she can't be beaten.
Stalled for sure but beat no.
She showed it herself.
That's what Yang told me when we met again and her… hound…

It makes me wonder how she managed to defile life like that no.
Like that Maria began to talk about some things about Albus but in her tone, it seems like regret as she began to mumble to herself, "Kid… if you didn't make it in her world then… you might be long dead there. And I let…"

Silence filled her as she thinks to herself deeply making me wonder what kind of person this Albus Burn was to cause this much attachment to Maria as it seems to me she seems disappointed…

~Salem POV~
Annoying.
Positively annoying.
Glaring my eyes at the distant moon fragmented as I sent my forces to search this Albus Burn for months to take him when Hazel failed.
He explained to me everything that day with no details left to the words he spoke to him ringing true.
'Oh, I don't know met god, truth, the universe, or his personal favorite everything. Here let me bring him to you.'
I highly doubt that brat had the power to summon a God but Hazel said he saw him vanish in a blinding light…

Gritting my teeth it may be possible to think that the Brothers sent another one like me and Ozma from the past to meddle with our affairs after their so-called talks of leaving this place alone.
At least originally.
And when I have my Grimm forces at the ready to find this person coming out of his hidey-hole it was met with… complications of the supernatural kind that in my years of experience never met such hideous creatures.
Although amusing at first they then became lethal towards Grimm a majority of times.
And their interference.
Whenever a Grimm gets near the boy hiding underground those Curses they call themselves always intend to interrupt me and my forces by dragging him away from him nearest way possible as I lose more of my forces each day.
Seems to me these Curses they call themselves have a bone to pick with Grimm and humans the majority of times and minor times with the Faunus.
Indeed these beings are neutral for now and few in number but it seems to me they are determined to protect the brat, Albus, from the Grimm.
For whatever reasons I only get that from those blasted spirits or curses they call themselves they seem to call him 'Sorcerer Supreme' or one that the young curses speak fondly of in that title which is childish.
'King of Curses.'
There is nothing Kingly about this brat in the slightest.
I already took an interest in him and now he became an obstacle as these Spirits or Curses seem to be protecting him.
Maybe the Gods took shinily on this mortal after all.
Because of a certain incident detailing everything Hazel knew of this Albus character he didn't find anything noteworthy other than the fact he suddenly appeared in Shion village one day out of thin air.
People don't just get summoned out of thin air.
Sigh…
Shaking my head now I not only have to deal with Ozma and his Huntsman but also these unknown factors of Curses that seems to be calling their so-called King of Curses to be that brat as he remains unaware of how lucky or unlucky he has it.
Literal beings of HATE follow him or feed off the Mana he represents to give off slowly filling the atmosphere.
Change is coming that is certain.
With changes comes growth for him and humanity.
Tch.
No matter he will fall like the rest of humanity what else can a human-like him do to an immortal like me.
He will fall like those in history I'm the inevitable there's no stopping me.
He will fall like the rest.
What can one person do to me while the rest have fallen against I.
Where did this Albus Burn Anomaly come from?

I hate unknown factors like him around.
Truly this person is becoming to be quite a hindrance wild card.
Where did he originally come from, I still wonder.
For now, I should just remain focused on my goals for the time being and I will usually get my answers with time or time will erase him in its sand.
I have all the time in the world to find out.
