254 Figurehead

Sael was annoyed that he ended up leaning on Erica shortly after leaving the prison.  Several times he almost turned back and tried to kill the annoying incarnation just to see if it really wouldn't work before giving up on the idea.  His head throbbed feeling like it doubled in size with each beat of his heart then shrank down to the size of a marble.  His stomach churned and his ribs still ached though he could at least draw a full breath finally.  He was still regenerating faster than humanly possible. But it wasn't the near instantaneous healing he had grown used to.
