Utaha naturally didn't believe his words. However, Megumi Kato's reputation within Toyogasaki Academy was not outstanding, and Utaha knew very little about her. In this situation, Utaha couldn't refute Sadao's words convincingly.

As the two quietly enjoyed their dinner, the door of the shop suddenly swung open. A man in a deliveryman's uniform walked in.

The man politely inquired, "Excuse me, is this the 'Leisure Coffee and Chinese Restaurant'?"

Sadao was momentarily surprised but quickly realized that the delivery of the monitor had arrived. He nodded and replied, "Yes, are you here to deliver the goods?"

"That's right. Please confirm the goods first. If everything is in order, just sign here..." The man nodded lightly and then shouted outside the door, "It's here. Bring the goods in!"

Soon, a large package was brought in. After unpacking and confirming the condition of the monitor, Sadao swiftly signed his name on the receipt.

The deliveryman quickly left, and Utaha, whose curiosity had been piqued, asked, "Why did you buy this monitor? What do you want to do with it?"

"I didn't buy it; I won it in a lottery..." Although the monitor looked high-end, Sadao wouldn't have had anything to do with such a display unless the circumstances were special.

"A lottery!?" Utaha was initially surprised but soon remembered something, her expression becoming somewhat astonished. "Is it from that big store's promotion?"

"You know about it too?" Sadao was surprised, but considering she might live nearby, he understood.

"Yes, it's that one!" Sadao nodded. "It was drawn from there..." Speaking of it, he still found it hard to believe. How could his luck, as a casual player, be so good? It was simply unbelievable!

"It was drawn!?" After receiving confirmation, Utaha was thoroughly shocked. What kind of joke was this? If she remembered correctly, that promotion had been going on for quite some time. While many people initially thought they might be the lucky ones, as time passed, they realized that the red ball representing the grand prize was almost impossible to draw.

After learning these details, no one paid much attention to the lottery anymore. However, she never expected that someone had actually won the grand prize. Could it be that the residents living nearby had all misunderstood that big store? Wasn't that promotion a scam!?

"I don't quite understand either... My luck on normal days is just average," Sadao said helplessly, shaking his head. This situation was strange, and even he found it difficult to grasp. However, the fact remained that the monitor, which had been sitting idle at the event venue for quite some time, was now quietly lying in the store.

"Are you showing off your good luck?" Utaha's expression became somewhat strange. He had won a prize that no one else had won, and he said his luck wasn't good? Wasn't that being extravagant?

"You're thinking too much..." Sadao gave her a look. Showing off? Who would bother with such trouble? Isn't lying down flat better?

Although he really wanted to understand if his luck had suddenly turned around, in the current situation, without special external forces, he probably wouldn't be able to figure it out in his lifetime.

However, he wasn't in the mood to think about that now. There was a more practical issue in front of him.

"I need to consider where to install this thing..." Although the arrival of the monitor was quite mysterious, leaving it in the warehouse seemed like a waste.

"Isn't that place suitable?" Just as he was contemplating, Utaha's voice abruptly reached his ears.

Sadao was momentarily surprised, then looked in the direction she was pointing. A clean white wall came into view!

"That place is indeed suitable..." Sadao nodded. Thanks to his casual decoration choices, the store had no messy features. In this situation, finding a spacious wall to place the monitor was incredibly simple.

"Are you planning to install it yourself!?" Seeing him take out a bunch of tools and lift the monitor, Utaha was astonished. Could he even handle installing a monitor on the wall?

"Is this strange?" Sadao tilted his head, clearly not understanding why she asked such a silly question.

"...You're really amazing!" Utaha was at a loss of words. This guy was quite capable. Handling even such tasks, was he a jack-of-all-trades?

"It's not a big deal. If I tell you that I decorated this store myself, wouldn't you say something like 'society truly has extraordinary people'?"

"I did think the decoration of this store was too simple and ordinary..." However, after hearing his remarks, Utaha sighed, "So it was done by you. Are you so short of money that you can't even hire a designer and construction team?"

"You don't understand... I did it on purpose!"

However, Sadao really couldn't say these words to her. In the end, he had no intention of managing this shop seriously. The reason for opening such a store was simply to rid himself of the unflattering title of "unemployed vagabond." To be honest, if she hadn't accidentally walked in, he would have had a very leisurely day today.

"Do you think I, a dropout from a remote school, have much money?" Sadao asked in response. Was he short of money? The answer was no, but that didn't stop him from lying and deceiving.

"That's true..." However, after hearing his words, Utaha unusually did not contradict him. Instead, she sighed with a hint of sympathy. "Although I don't know if I can help, I will recommend your store."

"Please don't do that!" Sadao was horrified. Joking aside, if she helped him gain popularity, he wouldn't have a peaceful day and wouldn't be able to relax anymore.

"I have a lot of savings. Even if I don't work for the rest of my life, there won't be any issues!" In order to prevent her from meddling further, Sadao didn't care about lying and deceiving.

However, Utaha misunderstood something and tried to persuade him instead. "I understand your determination, but accepting help from others is also okay."

"Just don't meddle, and everything will be fine!" Sadao felt like crying a little. Why did things have to progress so smoothly in this matter?
